Was working with Melissa Otero for 2 months. I would reach out to her weekly and never a response. After finally being able to contact her, she told me she basically just didnt do anything. I told her I wanted to cancel my services since she did nothing for 2 months. She then started to contact me finally back to back days asking if I was sure and i said yes i had found someone else to do the job. She said she would cancel all services as well as refund. 1 month time passes and i check my account to see her charge me AGAIN!! I have all of our communication via text message so I will let you know it wont stop here. Worse company to deal with. Terrible ethics!!

I don’t feel like Laura did enough for my credit nor my moms credit. I paid for the services last year and the only thing that’s been updated is my contact information. Anything that’s been taken off my credit since then was cause I paid it off and disputed it myself. Honestly don’t recommend it I could of used the money I paid towards my credit instead of the services.

Extremely disappointed with the service received from this company !!!Melissa Otero didn’t deliver at all as she promised to us, she guaranteed that my husband’s and my credit would be excellent by the end of the 12 month period, after providing her with more than enough time we had barely seen any changes to improved our credit profiles.In 11 months we have only received couple of calls from her to give us updates in the accounts, but surely they have fully collected the payments in a timely manner.People save your money and time I suggest to hire real professionals if you want to see true results.

Its simple JUST DO IT, I started the process with David about a year ago and am glad me and my wife did. As anyone else we were skeptical about it first but now am more than glad we did it. Yesterday I was able to buy a 2018 Hyundai from a dealership like new with my credit and I had 17 negative accounts, now I only have 2 negative accounts pending. My wifes credit is now 759 on credit karma and she had 7 negative remarks on her history. For me I speak from experience, I cant speak for others on their cases but I never felt like I was being scammed or cheated or lied to, purely 100% trustworthy and honest and dedicated to show you results. Executive Credit a real SCAM!!!! they took our money and did nothing !! Over a year with our credit frozen and did nothing to it, accounts coming back, did not take away any of the important stuff that was suppossed to be out of our credit, Melissa looks at you and has no clue what soever about what shes doing or whats going on with the cases they have, she didnt bother to work fast on our credits even though we asked her several times that we needed to see results... WONT RECOMEND TO ANYONE, the worst experience ever! im giving them a 1 star because it doesnt let me post without any stars but they trully deserve NO STARS AT ALL.UPDATE!So the Owner David called me, and we had an understanding, we are currently working together, he offered to restrart the process and make it right, so i thought why not give it another shot.
