I highly recommend anyone that is need of help with their credit situation to speak to Camila Caballero, she took her time explained all my options and what I would need to get to do to get started and repairing my credit. I can’t say my experience has been bad but it hasn’t been great. The day I signed up I was very happy had I just received an amazing service and thorough explanations which made me feel very secured about signing up and gave me high expectations. I am currently on my 5th month and I honestly have not had that “communication” they talk so much about. No one calls or follows up with me on a monthly basis or at all. I am not even receiving all the email notifications as they don’t even notify me when the new rounds of disputes are sent out - this only occurred the first month if I’m not mistaken. On my end, I have called a couple times and have tried to do my part - sending in correspondence and applying for the suggested cards. I know I have many accounts that are being worked on and can take time correct, however I have not really noticed a change and am more concerned about the way they approach you once you’ve already enlisted with them since I do not feel it is the same treatment they initially give.I will continue my process and hope that the outcome is positive.

The treatment they give you is amazing, they will not let you leave the office without explaining everything and making sure you understand every step of the process.

Adonay was very honest and informed me right now would not be a good time to start my credit repair due to other stuff affecting my report but haven’t hit collections yet. He was my second choice but became my first after speaking to him. First choice wanted me to start right away and charge me an initial fee of 300$.
