Things happen for a reason,I found another crane service company that took on the job. thanks to the very unprofessional & poor customer service from On the Spot Crane that claimed that the shed was not in conditions to be moved as you can see that was NOT the case. Shame on On the Spot Crane for not returning my calls and not being honest and just tell me they didnt want to take on a small job. To the owner of On the Spot Crane ...I have the text and call history if you need to confirm what I have stated. However, from what I was told it was your decision.

I am shocked on how fast and very effective this company is. Had them help me move a shed from one location of my home to another location in Miami. I was really worried on not being able to get things accomplished before a deadline and out of all crane companies i called they seemed to care more about the customers concern and were able to help me with the best prices and great operating team. Im very happy with their service, 10/10 would definitely recommend. Thank you!!!

I would never use this company again and would never recommend them to anyone. This was hands down the worst experience I have ever had with a small machinery move (1800 LBS). Argumentative and disrespectful is an understatement. They quoted one price, then charged triple. Absolutely terrible communication within their company, no single person ever seemed to know what was going on. Id call and talk to one person and its this then call back and another person says its that. The owner Buddy said he was doing one thing then he did another with no consultation. In the end it was clear their intent was to take advantage of me being across the country. The daughter went on my website, looked at what these machines sell for, then told me you can afford it. Beyond disrespectful from start to finish. Stay far far away from this company.

We use on the spot for all our crane needs at Lawn Guys Mia. I have to admit it’s truly hard to find a company in Miami that is not only responsive but fairly priced. On the spot is always on call, they ALWAYS arrive on time and every single employee from the office to the crane operators are all so friendly and helpful! I had a friend recommend me to On The Spot and at first i wasnt sure about how they worked and i ended up loving how skilled the operator Lenny was he was super nice, sincere, and very thorough on how everything would be done. I was going to schedule a 50 ton crane for a job that was a 30 ton and they really saved me a lot of money and time without doing that mistake of going on with another company who wouldve charged me for a crane that in the end i wasnt going to use.
