Was recommended to this company by a family member who used them extensively. Used them recently to send items to love ones in the Bahamas during COVID-19. The items arrive minus one box.The receiver and I reached out to the company to inquire about the missing box. All they had to do was to respond to me and let me know they were looking into the matter. Never heard from them and it seems that the receiver and I was even blocked on WhatsApp. And to think I never let an invoice go more than 10 minutes once received without paying it in FULL.I will never use this company again. They do not take ownership when items go missing. I will stick to the Bahamas Mailboat. I may have lost a few items but they have DEFINITELY lost a customer. And if you value your items you should do the same.
