What a shame!. I used them for over 10 years to send packages to my family in Santiago, DR. Now they are horrible, disastrous, unprofessional and irresponsible. They overcharge for weight, lose packages and dont answer calls or emails. All the signals of a company about to go out of business .

I havent had any problems. I live in the DR and I order many things from Amazon and never had any issues. I wish they would make the mail delivery service more affordable. As for packages as Ive said theyre okay.
Credit card fraud
Been using this service since 2014 sending packages to to Dominican Republic. Minimal problems. I even used them to ship a car. However, when it comes to depending on them for mail the service is absolutely horrible, especially around Christmas time as I found out the hard way.Local office is great at trying to find answers. However, EPS as a corporation could care less. Call Miami and they transfer you to a line that rings and I guess they have caller ID, so if you call back they wont answer.No one has a CLUE where correspondence aka snail mail is unless it is certified with a tracking number. Before Christmas correspondence was reaching me within 14 days from sending. During Christmas rush Sosua office got no mail after December 6th. Today is December 18, 2018 and still no correspondence.Totally unsatisfactory.
If you want your merchandise to be stolen and never seen again, send it to EPS Miami...your items will be for sale on eBay in less than a week after they are delivered. CROOKS.

With that said, not all buyers are scammers, and many are legitimately honest and just trying to get an item which is still less expensive after freight and duties are added to the price.This service, however, is exceedingly dishonest. They will lie about packages being broken if they cannot be reshipped. They may also damage the products themselves when they inspect and poorly repack fragile items, so they will also claim they arrived broken (such as expensive drinking glasses which were originally carefully packed in bubblewrap and foam, and have otherwise always arrived safely). They will refuse to provide evidence, nor to ship them back to the sender with all the original packaging. They will also contradict themselves in a phone call, stating that the item was inspected right when it was received, and then later stating that it was not inspected until a week later.THERE IS A HIGH LIKELIHOOD THAT SENDING ANYTHING HERE WILL BE A LOSS. BEWARE, AND CANCEL ANYTHING YOU DO NOT WANT TO LOSE.

Being a patient of Dr. Salama was an amazingly right choice for my life ....I wanted someone who understood all the things I wanted to be done during my surgery to give me the look I was dreaming of. The price was very decent money, very much worth it! The staff At the office was great and kind, very fast and knowledgeable about procedures and paperwork...always ready to answer questions immediately and deliver all information nessary.I would highly recommend women to him for the look they desire Im sure he can make their dreams come true. The anesthesiologist was a great guy, very nice and great at his job, I really felt comfortable with him taken care of me, he was awesome !! I chose Dr Salama because he obviously takes his job very serious and thats another thing I really liked bout him ...he basically did everything I wanted safely and correctly to achieve the goal I was reaching for ...I luv it ... Then last but not least after care was extraordinary, I had a caregiver for post operation from here she was with me 24hrs a day making sure everything was great and by my side for absolutely everything I needed. She has been so Awesome and I am so grateful to have had her in my life to help me with everything, she even cooked for me and did anything possible to make me comfortable and happy :) !!!!!!

Do not sell anything and mail it to this place. They give away $200 packages without a signature so that the buyer can claim they did not receive a package and get a full refund of their money.
DO NOT SEND ANYTHING TO THIS ADDRESS. buyers use stolen credit cards to buy stuff and ask you to send It here so they cant be traced. this has happened 3 separate times to me, the first time I wasnt sure but in days the bank contacted me, refunded the customer saying it was fraudulent, if I had sent the goods I would of lost out on the money. now i report it as fraud and refund it straight away.

I bought an old phone from Ebay, and the seller shipped it using USPS. According to the tracking information, he delivered it to EPS on July 26, 2021, but they say that the USPS did not deliver anything to them, and that they are liars; But it seems to me that they are the liars, they dont even take your call by calling them to the United States. I am very disappointed with them for their poor service.

It has been 8 days since my package was delivered to Miami and it is still not reflected in their systems. When I call the office they tell me that they have not received it yet and that is to say, they do not have a system or any direct contact with local correspondence when these cases happen and they can follow up. Now I dont know if my package was lost or what ... I have another one on the way and Im afraid that the same thing will happen and lose my money. The response of the customer service is that I contact the seller of the item, when clearly in the tracking it is seen that it was delivered. I have sent a package from New York to the Miami office. To be delivered in DR, 12 days have passed and my package has not yet reached its destination. When I call the Miami office, they dont know how to say anything about my correspondence because they have no way of checking if my package is in their office. Now I dont know if my package will be lost or how long it will take to deliver it to me.

The worst customer service experience Ive had in my whole life, you call and they dont take your call and when at last after several attempts you can contact them they put you on hold for a long time and they dont give you the service. Ive been using a different courier for years and I wanted to try a new one, but it was definitely the first and last time I used their services. Slow in the shipping process and poorly informed employees of the processes, I definitely do not recommend them.
I have been bringing everything through Eps for several years, their service is faster than other couriers, however customer service must be improved to remain number 1 as it is until now. But remember that the customer is the raw material of any business.
I have always had the package in the desired or expected time. Ive never had a problem with this shipping agency. I know that if I was not like many others, maybe I would not have a guarantee to buy outside my country and that it will arrive right at the place where I can go to pick up ...
