The real name of the company should be 4-hour delayed courier! They lie through their teeth to get you to pay for their services and then don’t deliver until much later than what was promised—prime example of bait and switch. Do not use this highly dishonest and unprofessional company. The VP who responded to my review is clearly unaware that I was next to my title agent who clearly stated the time that the item was needed by but as it seems to be the norm here, they rather respond to negative reviews than actually trying to get better and deliver on time. Typical underachieving company... blame the customer and accept no responsibility.

Nancy is extremely unprofessional. She had trouble finding our pickup information & transferred me to another employee. The entire time on the I was speaking to the 2nd employee, Nancy was screaming in the background.

So, we were in a time crunch. we needed package picked up from one a store in 33172 and delivered in 33166. picked this company at random. service was very good and delivered quite quickly. very satisfied.Price was a little hefty. my initial quote of 32$ was revised up to $37. thats the only down side. otherwise, im satisfied. thanks for delivering.

Very upsetting, requested a pickup 7 hours in advance since it was time Sensitive. Driver was supposed to be at 3:30pm at our office that did not happened. I called at 3:40, the receptionist said he will arriving in 15 minutes. Did not show up, called at 4pm and was told one more time he was 5 minutes again. Which was a lie, I called back and canceled. They did not apologize. I will not be using this company again. They suck

The reason I give 1 star is there is no possibility to give no star, like the courier that didn’t arrive to pick up the package.I spoke with a lady that quoted my delivery for 30$. I didn’t have all the information to conclude the reservation so I gathered it and called again.I had very long conversation with Leonardo, giving him all the information he requested (as a meter of fact two calls), we schedule the pickup for the next day at 08:30, I got new quote of 45$, and I didn’t argue.As you can understand from the beginning nobody came to pickup the package.I called to cancel the reservation (without getting clear information if it’s in the system).Big NO!

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. they have no idea what customer service is. they are super rude nor welcoming or nice...also they take forever. 90 minutes is an understatement. they are SUPER QUICK to charge but will not help the customer. I would recommend Uber for anything like this... has worked out for me 10/10 versus these people have worked 0/10.... i ordered a pickup for my business, gave the guy simple instructions on the items and sizing of items and he said it would be okay. had to pay the cancel fee and then order an uber that did it in literally 10 minutes and everything was received perfectly... antiquated service. also from reading the responses from the VP on google made me realize why they might be like that. no business owner should belittle or make a customer feel like its their fault. you offer a service... follow through or face being closed by your poor etiquette...15 google reviews and half of them are bad...

Service is usable, nearby, good prices, guys are punctual with delivery and they can take last minute jobs. Star off for the passive aggressive lady that takes the calls over the phone. Its not what you say, its how you say it

I work for a company in NJ. We had a packaged delivered to the wrong address, they picked up the package within minutes and delivered to correct address within a half hour! Amazing! This could have been an epic fail! Thank you Nancy from 90 Minute Courier!!!

This company has no idea of what customer service is. I spent 15 min trying to get my instructions taken correctly, and still they sent the courrier to the wrong Address!!!!!!! Than when we called, they had not only the wrong address, But because i was upset, the lady called me rude and retarted!!!!! What kind of customer service is that?!!!!! They cant even speak proper english. They shouldn’t be answering phones. Its not that they can’t hear you, is that they cant understand !!!!

Customer service is fast and reliable, my receipt was given on demand, Driver was prompt picked up my box in less then 30 mins and had everything done by the Hr I will be using them again.

Never get this service again, the most unprofessional ever. They will take your payment nicely, they dont get the stuff on time and theyll tell you Well, Sorry but we dont have drivers in the area, so thats why we got backed up, You still want this service or do you want to cancel it? They are liars and disgusting filth, they are worthless in every single little aspect of their disgraceful lives.

One no longer needs to enter the site (Dirty, smells like damp) to see how their service will be, they attend very poorly to customer service, they have no ID, the Manager attended me a super rude, arrogant man who notices the lack of education and training to run a business just thought about leaving that site and apart from that super expensive everything, they lack a lot to be able to provide a service to the public. Bad very badly you should remove your unfortunate internet notice

I will NEVER use your services. I requested that they pick up an envelope in one place and take it to another. The driver requested the envelope with the wrong information and was told there was nothing with that name. They called me to tell me that the driver left and that they would still charge me for that shipment. I talked to the Office Manager and told him that the mistake had been theirs, who refuted him by telling me that they called me and I didnt answer. I suggested that we assume both the error and not load it completely, because the driver gave the wrong information. In a rather rude way and raising my voice she told me that she was the office manager and there she did what she said and they were going to charge me the $ 13. To top it off they didnt charge me $ 13 but $ 17. They lost a client thanks to the wonderful and efficient office manager .
