I had to come back and update my review. The first time he fixed my laptop it didn’t show WiFi options. He suggested that I restart the computer, so I had to restart the computer 3 times for it to connect. Then a few days later, my computer starts freezing and shutting off by itself. I told him about it and he said he’ll fix it again. When he brought the compute back, I was on an overseas call with my father who was checking on me because I’m 7 months pregnant, the guy yelled at me to hang up my phone because he “has to show me how to use my laptop, because I don’t know what I’m doing” he basically told a 4.0 social worker, who’s on their third degree, that I don’t know how to use my laptop. Then when he tried turning on the computer IT DID NOT TURN ON, and when it did, it was DOING THE SAME THING AGAIN, FREEZING! So he got frustrated and started yelling back and forth with me, saying I broke it, while it clearly was still in his hands. He made my computer worst than when I gave it to him, the only good thing is, that whenever it does work, I’ll have about 8 hours of use before it shuts off or freezes again. Who argues with a 7 month pregnant woman and insult them because their service wasn’t good? UNPROFESSIONAL!

Will, was hired to repair an iMac for First Miami Presbyterian Church To replace the hard drive. He quoted a price and and was paid half upfront for his work. He had the computer for over two months and no repairs where made. He then broke the screen when removing it. He was offered a chance again to fix it at his cost and he kept delaying. Finally after three months he returned the computer in a broken state, worse than how he received it. He has refused to return the money or pay for the damages he created. We are currently in the process of going to small claims court on the damages. We would would not recommend this company for any type of work.

Will was unable to fix my computer in fact it came back in pieces as he was unable to install the components parts into the new case I provided him with. I do think he was able to clear up the software trouble I had but as I cant turn my computer on now I cannot confirm this. Based upon my experience I cannot recommend him.
