With a very smooth transition they installed new servers for all of us, cleaned up our network and gave us a way to store all of our back up with no hassles at all. This company doesnt just have anyone working on things of this nature, their employees are top notch, well educated and certified. That in of itself says enough.They are very responsive and are proactive.We are very happy that we switched over to them! **Update: Take a lot of their reviews with a grain of salt. Funny how after posting my review, they all of a sudden received tons of 5 star reviews out of nowhere at the same time. Can we say bogus?Over-promises, under-delivers, insufficient resources, will undermine your IT staff and their staff is unhappy. Their relatives post positive reviews to make them look good. Find another MSP that will look out for the clients best interests instead of focusing on lining their wallets.
