I sent my Mac Desktop for repairs. HD had died on me. They suggested putting an Solid State Drive instead of my old Hard Drive. They did the installation very quick and I got my computer back. It is working flawlessly. Highly recommended. Thank you Reafy2Tek.

I left my computer airbook 9:00 am Thursday morning. I had an issue with the battery it was not working properly. I was told it would take 1 to 2 days. I called late Friday and they had not even looked at the computer. I called. Monday afternoon to check on it. The person that answered told me they were running diagnostic so I said good the battery is working now then? Then he realized he messed up and said no they had it in the bench ready to work on it. He was totally lying. I said I was coming to pick it up. I came and they said they will not refund me but I could pick it up. They did give me a refund at the end. Computer still not fix and looking for another service place. This place is a waste of time.Daniel

Dont go here. Ignore the suspiciously general and celebratory reviews.I brought my iPhone XS for a repair because it didnt power on. Ready2Tek charged me for a diagnostic which concluded that I had to purchase a new device for $500+ because, and I quote: Phone doesnt turn on.Thankfully, I ignored their diagnosis, took it to a smaller repair shop not authorized by Apple (meaning it wasnt authorized to overcharge), and $90 later, my phone works perfectly, plus I got a screen protector and phone cover to boot.Dont waste your time and money with Ready2Tek. Go to a smaller repair shop; they dont have the Apple-backed financial incentive to overcharge you or to try to get you to buy a brand new device when the one you have can work just fine.

It is the BEST technical support I’ve had in my whole life. They are very professional, very fast and have excellent service. I highly recommend this place!!!!!!

Should of read the other reviews. Took on my daughters phone for not powering up and they cracked the screen and wanted $100. Up front .Run anywhere else.

Terrible customer service. I was given a quote to replace my battery over the phone, went to drop off my laptop and got a call a few days later with a higher price. When I disputed it they agreed to give me the price I was originally quoted. Then a few days later I got for a call telling me my laptop was ready for me to pick up. The only issue was that the call was made to me 30 minutes before they were suppose to close their store and they dont open on weekends. When I went to pick up my laptop the following Monday they had removed the palm rest from my laptop and didnt replace it or notify me they had done so. When I asked why didnt they tell me, the person giving me the laptop had an attitude. Overall, I cant say it was a pleasant experience.

I do not recommend this place at all, they charge me for an diagnostic that they DIDN’T do and when call me saying that I meed to spend $600 in my computer saying that it didn’t turn on nor charge when I turned in charging and turning on. I had to go there and show them that it is turning on and it is charging and they were even more rude to me! I spoke the manager and he was very disrespectful. They basically stole from me the $70 that I paid for the diagnostic. Honestly. Do not work with them.

I had an excellent experience with Ready2Tek. The battery on my MacBook stopped charging and they were the only Apple certified business with an open appointment. The first tech I spoke with was very thorough about the process and she was upfront about the expected wait time. It only took them about 4 days to diagnose and fix my MacBook despite how busy they were. They called me before performing the diagnostic tests to give me the heads up and immediately after. I was able to pick my computer up the same day and the tech there took the time to talk to me about what the issue was and how I could avoid it in the future. Im overall very happy and appreciative of the service I received.

I came all the way to Doral with an Appointment after advertising ”same day service,” but when I get here, they say t” sorry,” but its going to be 3-5 days turn around. With no concern that they wasted my time, had, and a chance to have my phone fixed by a company that knows what they are doing. Even after admitting they have prior knowledge of the orders and what people are expecting, the staff was super rude and completely unwilling to take any responsibility. I wish I could give 0 stars!

If I could give zero stars I would. They took over a month to “repair” my iMac without giving me any sorts of updates throughout the process. When I finally got it back it wouldn’t even turn on. I’m a professional editor and I cannot even put into words how frustrating that was. I would never trust this company to make any sort of repair. Please go ANYWHERE else.

Awful customer service, rude and condescending staff, ended up getting my laptop fixed with Apple for cheaper and faster!! Don’t waste your time...In response to your response; the employee in question actually followed me out of the store yelling at me until I got into my car. It happened last week (May 2020). He was medium build, perhaps mixed heritage and about 30 years old. He quoted me nearly $700 to replace my MacBook screen and had a lead time of 8-10 days. Apple repaired my product in 3 days for $500 and I by dealing with Apple directly I didn’t get yelled at once.

Took my iPhone here to have the screen repaired because they are an authorized Apple repair business. First of all my repair was done correctly but was way overpriced. Left my phone to be repaired and was told to come back in 3 hours. I accidentally left my sunglasses there. My phone case was on my phone. Upon my return, my case was missing along with my sunglasses. The gentleman working there said I dont have them and made absolutely attempt to look for them or ask any other employees if they may have put them somewhere. Just sorry I dont have them you must have taken them with you. Another shady business in Doral but what else would you expect. Avoid this place if you can. Maybe the other branches are a little more reputable but stay away from this place. NEVER AGAIN!!!

I had my MacBook Pro serviced here while the local Apple store on Lincoln road was closed due to the CoronaVirus. I was highly sceptical however they were recommended by the Apple Tech who I chatted with online.I had to say that I was very impressed with the service and its employees. They fixed the laptop within 72 hours - I did not have to wait in line just to drop off my device like I have to do at the Apple store. They repaired the system using Apple parts, it is warranted by Apple and did the work faster with no waiting hassles. They are my go-to Apple repair place in the future. Keep up the good work!!

5 star service definitely! Went to Ready2Tek because I broke a piece of my charger inside of my phone and the customer service was amazing! This review is not necessarily for their service but at their approach. In two instances I have reached out for Apple services. In the first instance they told me it is customer induced and it wouldnt cover (key got stuck from dust issue then eventually broke). This was covered by Apple. On my second interaction I talk with them, they stated a battery replacement is 1-2 hours but after I drive there they state it takes over 1 business day!

We were very pleased with thier level of knowledge and advice, they were very helpful. Kelly was wonderful. We will take all our Apple products to them. Friendly, knowledge staff makes it worth the drive for us.

I brought my MacBook Pro in for a battery problem and the guys here were really quick at fixing it. I got the computer back a few days later.. they replaced the battery and screen at no charge! My Mac is back to running 100% and looks great

Please be careful with this place. My iPhone has a bad battery, I went on the Apple site and created an appointment here. Got there and was advised that I would need to pay for my battery. I told them I had AppleCare, they said the battery is not covered. I called Apple directly and was told that AppleCare DOES cover the battery cost. These people were trying to charge me for something that is covered by AppleCare. Apple noted it on their end that this store was doing this.

Worst company Ive ever seen. Theyve arrived 1h late. Im not apologizing. I told them I was going to put up a bad review for not apologizing for being late and giving them the same. Service not operative and expensive. Do not go here the manager is passive and disrespectful to customers

Ready2Tek was able to accommodate me with no appointment, their staff was friendly and knowledgeable and much easier then the Apple Store. Amazing service! The trackpad on my laptop broke and Apple no longer carries the parts- Xavier was able to run diagnostics, order and receive the parts, and repair it super quick all relatively cheap. I got it back in less than 24 hours. Naturally I was panicking about possibly not having my laptop for a few days as most of my classes are online, but luckily Xavier was understanding and kept me posted on the status of the parts. Staff upfront was really friendly too. Would highly recommend anyone to use their service- Ive never been so relieved in my life!

Wonderful service and very courteous and knowledgeable personnel. I took my iPhone SE with an intermittent problem. I had to leave it but they gave me a loaner iPhone. Shortly thereafter the technician called me informing that after extensive diagnostics, he was not able to reproduce the symptom. I made a suggestion on how I reproduced it and he graciously agreed to try it. He called me back to let me know he had reproduced it. Had a shaky start with them and my first repair of my MacBook, but they took care of me on my second repair. Theyre nice people, just need to work on communication with clients. Clients can be antsy when they need their electronics back for work use.

When the apple lines are too long and the reservations are a week away, these guys have come clutch, I took my iPhone X to them for a draining battery, they were very patient and helped me understand the process for my repair, got it done within a couple hours and the phone is like new, id highly recommend their knowledge and professionalism to everyone.

I did an appointment with apple for a battery replacement for 5:25 pm, the store close it at 6 pm. I arrive at 5:25 pm and They did not wanted to take my phone in, customer service was not good, the credit card machine and computer was not working.At the end they took my phone, replace the battery and picked it up the next day.

Went to get service on my iPhone, after setting an appointment directly with the apple costumer service. The person at the entrance didn’t wanted to help because they didn’t know how to troubleshoot the issue I had. It’s an embarrassing that apple put this type of stores to service their phones. Drove all the way for an appointment to get a we don’t do that here you have to go to an apple store

I call Apple and make my claim and for pleasure also when they call they tell them that the person who has my equipment is not available now that they call the next day so that they do not take the trip for pleasure! 😖 then I am the owner where my rights are, there is by God that stress !!!!.at last Im going to pick it up and surprise by magic the keyboard cover is lost and nobody knows anything and nobody can answer. CAREFUL!!! THEY ARE FRIENDS OF THE FOREIGN !!I work in the same building but in another suite and to make a short story ... I went to an Apple store to take my cell phone, which had a fault. When Apple sends it to me UPS delivers it, by mistake, in suite 1 (Ready 2 Tek) The next day I find out about this I walk to them with the trackin number and the name of the person who signed for the package ( surname CARRETERO)Well ... nobody found my box, mysteriously it had disappeared.I went to complain three times and the last time the faces were not very friendly, so I decided to fight against Apple and UPS which took me almost 2 months to make them understand that ……Apple has in its ranks a company which loses customer products even though the package was signed by a person who worked there.UPS a deaf elephant ... or better said, they play deaf.PS: the phone that was mysteriously lost was an iPhone X I mean almost a thousand dollars !!!!CAREFUL!!!!
