Just took my car and i loved this places, definitely coming back and now to get my monthly pass. My car came out better than when i take it to the 20$ Places.. took me 20 min between washing and vaccuming.. full recommended..

Joined the car wash 2 years ago and the quality of service has gone down tremendously in that time frame One noticeable difference is that they do not pre- spray your car anymore before going through the washer, This was given in the beginning now it has to be requested thats a joke and I have canceled my monthly membership Customer service matters. I wouldnt recommended anyone joining there monthly membership they will just take your money and leave you Frustrated with the service you receive.

So these people dont have a system in place when there is a crowd. My husband paid for top spin and got a regular wash. I called before I left the car wash and no reply. This is one customer less and Im making sure family and friends dont support.

I mean its a basic car wash it does no more than any other drive thru car wash go to a gas station car wash and save a extra 7$

Went through twice and still didn’t get my car clean. Just left dirt streaks everywhere. Got the $15 spin wash

Consistent Customer with the Monthly Spin Wash Pass, one wash per day. In and Out, with above average wash mechanics (I’m satisfied with the outcome. And decent Vaccum slots (40-50% of them bad, with terrible suction pull)

Something is always broken like the machine to wash the mats & some vacuums. Then I paid $5 for them to spray with the water gun with soap on the sides of my car & the tires and the girl only did one side, talk about freaking lazy!

Very horrible experience, i showed up an hour before they close and they decided to just close. The guy was very rude about it as well as if it were my fault. Definitely don’t recommend this place at all. Do not do business here.

Liked the car wash and vacuum. What I didn’t like…there’s no guide mirror for your wheel which means you’re totally reliant on the attendant to guide your car on the track for the pulley system. No no. Get a mirror y’all.

Love the car wash itself. Just wish the vacuums were all consistently working. About half are not working and the ones that do dont provide much suction. Fix that, and this would be the a 5 star.

Youd think the machine would get your Jeep cleaner. Minor touch up while drying. The free vacuums are awesome.

Love this places but some of them dont have any clean supplies so make sure u always keep a spoon in the car or towels u dont use just to do a lil whip down...and they just build a new one off 183 and 2nd ave down from Miami sub and the new race track over there bye the ugas station....u cant miss them check them out

No one there at arrival had to wait 11:50amDrove in and then guy came to lecture me I couldn’t drive in yet. I informed I been waiting and lovely to finally catch his attention. Refused to use water pressure to pre clean of car which was never an issue before and thought it was part of the service as it was always done before. Guy sucks

Truck was still dirty after 2 washes and tire shine not working and worker said it should work instead of fixing the issue also second wash was a basic wash so it took off all the extras i payed for

This is the best service car wash Ive ever been to. Theyre cheap and kind. I told them about my situation in which some had thrown a sticky substance all over my car. They gave me the cheapest wash for 5 dollars and told me it would take care of the substance. When It didnt, they offered to take special care of the affected area and run me through the wash again for free. This was my first time and the employees walked me through the process explaining everything on the way. The staff is great and friendly. Ill definitely be returning. 5 stars hands down.Also the vacuums are free.

Note: Must enter through main entrance on 95 St and go straight into the car wash? Thats a horrible process and who wants to wash their car before they get to vacuum it? To clarify when you enter the car wash your only option is to drive straight into the car wash, you cant go to the vacuum stations beforehand 🤦🏻‍♂️Cool brand new car wash. Quick in and out, many options from $8 to $16 wash with $2 increments. Free vacuum and self detail stations with vacuums on both sides of your spot.

I come here all the time with no monthly. I pay full price for the good wash. Since opening As the months have gone on this location has become horrible. Vacuums do not work. My car was all dirty still so were the tires. When I paid for tire shine. The man would not help me and also told me he was the manager, and wouldnt pass me through the machine againVery rude & not willing to help there customers. Will not be going to this location ever again.

They cleaned my tires. Friendly staff, clean surroundings, organized as well. My car was shiny and the dirt was cleaned off my rims really well. Will go back

Had to wait in a long line to get to the system where you pay and it seemed like the guy standing there was making it take longer than if people had just entered what they wanted themselves. The system did a good job though and was cheap!

Spin Car Wash is a good place to clean your car and truck. But its cost to much for a membership. I was looking forward of joining but the cost is to high.

This will obviously never be as good as a hand wash but the best automatic touch wash you can do. Vacuums are for paid customers only which is great because busy bee gets packed by people just using the vacuums.

This place is amazing and has multiple ways to wash your vehicle. Prices start from $5 for a full wash and $16 for a complete package wash!!! They even have monthly memberships!! Amazing customer service and very clean place. I will come back!

My car is still shining after 2 days which usually doesnt happen even after it rained the next day it still looks nice only thing I didnt like was that they didnt get the tires really well but thats okay and they have free vacuuming after your wash

This is got to be one of the worst car washes I have ever been to. By the time the car comes out it has to wiped down. Door jams not done outside windows streaky and no vacuum?Instead of trying to make everything so fancy why don’t you take a trip up to NY where they know how.

It takes 15 minutes to drive there and back after I wash my car. It takes 20 minutes at my house. The staff is very accommodating. Time and money saved.

Went here because I googled free vacuum, I arrived and they had the section closed off, than the gentleman tells me the vacuums ain’t free, he persisted on charging me after the fact the website said free vacuum, why would I drive so far if I wanted to get my car washed? This doesn’t make sense and you shouldn’t advertise things that aren’t true. This happened in the location in 103rd st. Northwest !!!

Gives plenty of soap, liquid-wet-wax and tons of water the neon-color-slime appearance is a nice touch for the kids!

This place is great. Im really glad we have a car wash like this in the area now, the free vacuums are super convenient and the car wash is really quick and high tech. I also had a great experience with one of the staff members that helped answer alot of my questions he was a very professional friendly young man. Hard to believe this place just went online. Feels like theyve been operating for years, thats how efficient and nice the staff were. Quick wash, free vacuum, etc. Very affordable.Edit: Decided to pick up the Monthly Club Package. Went with the $40 package, which gets me the Spin++ Wash every day for a month. Really liked the Spin++ Wash today ($12), and since I wanna do this weekly, I can save $8 a month (more if I go more than once a week). Its insane, I get lava foam, tire shine, triple foam polish, high pressure rinse, undercarriage, surface sealant, clear coat protectant - my car looks better than it did when I dorve it off the lot nine years ago.

1) Doesn’t clean the trunk area well, 2) leaves water spots. 3) they just recently fixed the tire shine because it never used to work. 4) prices are way more than busy bee yet the wash is a complete disappointment. You guys tried but theres no way a new car wash should be like that.

I was having problems with my membership and was about to cancel. Manager Belen V. # 87 took the time to make phone calls and fix the problem. She also keeps this place clean.

I paid for the $16 wash and it didn’t clean my car well and left suds all over it. I told the manager who gave me an attitude and told me I could BUY a rag from them to wash my car myself and told me I need to get my car detailed. Waste of money and horrible service.

I am a former employee at this location training to be an assistant manager but I was wrongfully terminated there is no benefits and the HR is cannot be contacted by employees. From what I know I was wrongfully accused for something I did not do they did not give me a reason on why I was terminated for anybody thats trying to work at this place please be careful on being assistant managers because they will blame all the money problems on you when there are employees in there that are not handling the money right this is the worst work experience I have ever had in my life and the overly ambitious manager xiamora Henry cannot be trusted I forwarned you first I repeat there is no human resource for employees turnover rate is high(I caught the employees/ manager mishandling money so they had to get rid of me)

Im a monthly member and I am a driver. Its sad that this business got vandalized. This company is bringing employment to the community and best thank you that you lazy bombs can come up with us to disable the copper for profit. It would have been to your best interest to get dame job or ask about getting one there. This is an inconvenience to me as a customer because I drive for a living and having a clean car is important. I hope you open soon because I save alot of money by being a monthly member. All the best and thank you for investing in this community.
