Super service and great prices compared to everyone else.

Expected some professionalism as a new customer. Not very responsive. I got a quote for 4 luxury vehicles, and even scheduled a day and time for the service. They didnt even show up on the scheduled day, didnt answer when I called, and read my text but never replied with a reason or an apology. Terrible.

Promised to come in the morning after one job. Then promised to come in the afternoon. Then texted me to tell me he was on his way over. Two hours later does not return text messages. I told him this was for a used car I bought for my son to give to him the next day on his birthday. Now I have to change birthday present plans because of this loser.

Tried reaching out half a dozen times in both English and Spanish and never got a response. Certainly not a professional way to work. It’s easy to answer and let people know you’re too busy for them. Simple. Communication is key to success. Something that’s learned with experience. Today and for the next couple of weeks you can be incredibly busy. But when that busyness runs out and you need more customers, we won’t be there waiting for you.

They never called me back

I’m not sure who is the owner of this business but this company needs to learn to be a little more professional and follow through with the appointments they set. It’s the second time that I agree at an appointment time with whoever is the person answering calls, and they don’t show up. This is a very bad image to set as a company, and I will report this two incidents to the BBB (Better Bussinsss Bureau). This company needs some business ethics as far as running a company. It is very difficult to find a professional and well organize mobile car wash company in this city and your company is another one to add to that list. I am extremely mad and upset for a waste of time of day. I hope this company gets checked out by the BBB, and something gets done about this.This company needs help to know what it is to run a true business.

My car was a disaster! I have two small kids and my backseat looked like it was orange from being covered in crackers crumbs. It hadn’t been waxed in ages. It needed A LOT of help. I found Pinecrest Mobile Detailing through the reviews on Facebook, and called and scheduled for the works. They had to postpone a few hours because of an equipment issue, but Gio was very communicative and was still able to see me the same day. Gio and his wife did an amazing job. I wish I could post before and after pics. My car looks like new! So super shiny, smells great, and my backseat is happy again. They are very hardworking and they were very nice! I had no issues in scheduling or communicating, which was mostly by text, but that’s fine by me.

The best experience ever!! Very friendly, very hardworking and extremely fast!!!! They did an outstanding job on my Durango. The absolute best detailing service in the Miami and South Florida area. I get my Beamer washed here weekly and I always receive top notch service. Very well organized and professional service team.

Never showed up and never called to notify. Google page says they respond in 15 minutes of calling, but no one ever picks up the phone. Only communicates via text, but after confirming never responded. Wouldn’t recommend.

I was visiting my buddy in Miami and needed my car detailed before we went out on the town and I called these guy took care and gave my car one of best detailing it ever had. The owners Laz and G were really warm and welcoming and were standup guys. If your in Miami and need your car detailed check these guys out you won’t be disappointed.

Great service! I needed to have my car cleaned for an event. At the last minute I called Pincrest Mobile Wash, and they were extremely helpful. It only took an hour or two from my initial phone call to have them come out, take care of me, and make my life so much easier.
