The super duper option failed to remove many stains. Soap remained after the rinse. And the vacuums before the wash creates a constant traffic jam.

You can vacuum and wash ur car here. Just make sure to put the car in neutral before going through the wash 😫Its got the slappy washers so it will cause some swirls and minor scratches which is fine if ur car is already like that anyway but it does come out clean and shiny. Only mentioning bc my bf is a car detailer and he prefers the spray washers at other places that dont touch the car. But hes picky. This gets the job done. Also make sure to fold ur mirrors back if they are foldable after the wash and remove any long nonsturdy antennas prior to wash👍

Cleaned the car... So 5 stars. Weird layout where you vacuum first then wash (Im just used to seeing it be the other way around.) And a little expensive but not too much more than other places, and probably on par for Miami.

Terrible and complex car flow, they don’t provide alternative exits and basically if you looking to wash first and them clean the car is almost impossible. I suggest to clarify the flow in the entry to avoid exit issues.

Paid for monthly membership and never was able to use the member lane because they applied the membership sticker incorrectly. Everytime I ask how can we resolve the issue they just ask for the number on the sticker. With this pandemic going on I loved the fact that I could just use the sticker and drive thru but because of the sticker I have to stop and give the number just make sure they place your sticker where it will actually scan

A young man that seemed to be in charge was very rude. Telling me with an attitude to pull up and that I had to wait. Im an elder healthcare worker (had scrubs on) and told him he was rude and how would he like if I treated him like that at a hospital. He sarcastically replied I never go to a hospital then I replied God Bless You and hope you wont have to but I guarantee someone in your family or close to you will and you will see the difference in custumer care.

Car damaged by hanging curtain. Manager did not accept any responsibility nor took time to review what happened. Only offered free car wash vouchers. Vouchers now do not work without having an expiration date. Did not answer emails. Unprofessional.

Good deals! However if you go before 6 pm is going to be a bit better cos I noticed if you go at that time, the air pressure for the vacuum pumps will be a bit stronger cleaning your car better . If you go after 6 pm you will get 2$ less charged but the vacuum is not as great as it is. I am not sure but that is my personal experience for more than 2 times i had this situation!! Good luck

Decent little carwash. They have free vacuums before you ever get started with the wash process. You can get an ultimate wash for $14. Obviously not as clean as a hand wash but if you need something quick, this will work.

Pretty awesome carwash! Free vaccum places arent a thing in Florida so this place is a gem. The car wash experience was great too. Its like youre rolling into a nightclub when the pull in and the light show starts. The lights give color to the soap to make this a one of a kind place to get your car washed.

It used to be the best in Miami. Now, Ive been there twice this month and I have not received the service Ive paid for. When I claimed them about it, they told me I had to do it the same day of the issue. I paid for a complete car wash or Supreme, that would include tires cover with black magic but my car tires were never even touched by the machine that performs this operation. Thus, poor customer service, place run by a bunch of people who dont know what good customer service is. Im not talking about the employees, which are very quick at what they do, its the poor management that makes them look non competitive. Update as June 2019. Id give this car wash one star rating, but employees deserve better than that. The management team is the one that doesnt seem to care. Went back there again, paid 14.99 for the complete package, same old story, tires were not even clean, I had to wash them myself and apply the tire foam myself. Very disappointed. They have no clue about what is customer satisfaction or feedback, or they dont read or dont care about the reviews.

Do not come here, your car will be scratched guaranteed, we have a brand new dodge challenger demon and its only 2 days old from the dealer and there is a huge scratch from bumper to bumper, the owner of the carwash laughed and said its not his problem and we have the cops here as I post this. If you love your car I suggest you never bring it here. Zero stars.

Today I went to wash my car and when I got home I noticed that the antenna was missing I try to call the place but there is no phone number... every time I go to this place is an issued 😑

They had an issue with the machines which caused a huge back up. I had to leave and come back at a later time. During the second visit I would not be let in because system said I had already used car wash. I explained to the manager what had happened.Her response was that she had no idea if I was trying to steal car washes so there was nothing she can do. Im surprised that the manager on duty would rather accuse members of stealing car washes rather than offer a courtesy wash.Accusing people of potentially stealing as an initial response is not very professional. I will avoid this location in the future and will tell others to do so as well.

Really poor layout. the vacuums are available as soon as you pull in, but as soon as you do, you have no way to exit without going through the car wash.today i pulled in without seeing the line, then when i noticed the line and didn’t want to wait, i had no way to exit without going through the car wash. will absolutely not return to this location.

Fastest carwash I have been in, basic wash was increased to $6 which sucks but Im sure they have promotions on specific times. Vacuum is before you wash your car!

Prices have been re-structured - no longer $5 basic wash with $3 happy hour price from 6 to 8:30 pm. Now, $11 per wash and hh is from 4-6. You might as well go to a gas station for $3 with a fill-up. Not worth it. Too bad, cause we used to go 4 or 5 times a month. Forget them.

If you want a fast car wash, forget it. They hold the line back trying to sell membership to the place.

$25 monthly gets you 8 car washes a month. Peak hours are really busy, if you have a flexible schedule, go when it is not busy. Machines do not dry your car 100%, bring a towel to dry it or drive off like that.

Under new owners and not good car wash anymore. Went to Flagler and 122 .. have been there twice now and car doesnt get dried properly, today didnt dry enough on right side of car and tried 2 vacum stations.. nbr 18 and 22 and *both* not working.. went to report them and nothing done.. not enough water to wash soap away.. very dissapoonted

The girl that processes the wash selection and payments had me waiting until she finished her cell phone texting to attend me, my car was still dirty after the wash when I went back and told her it was still dirty she told me it was clean with a nasty attitude, then she went to look for her boss that took forever to come out to handle the situation, then he does not even identify himself and tells me to move my car and when I relay to him that the girl should be paying attention to the customers instead of her cell phone, he says nothing does not apologize for the dirty car or rude girl and tells me to get on the long line again to get my car washed even though I was almost in front of the car wash machine. Avoid this place !!!!!
