Horrible job. Door panels still had same dirt after I drove in. Windows left dirty, windshield not cleaned, center counsel was not touched, rims or tires were not wiped at all. 30 bucks. Insane. I don’t expect a detail but I do expect clean windshields, dirt picked up and rims cleaned when paying 30 dollars. No pride or supervision to make sure standards are met. Buy a bucket and a shop vac, it’s cheaper and you will get more for your money.

Worst car wash experience. unmotivated employees. very bad service. They do not wash the car well, the left the car dirty and they did not vacuum it even though I paid for it. When I complained to her manager, she simply did not pay attention to me and did nothing. It was a scam, they robbed me and I left them a tip in advance thinking that they were going to vacuum my car better!!. I lost my money.

Actually Im pretty sure the car was dirtier when I got it back. They passed a rag once and called it quits. Nothing was clean. Inside was left as it came.

Have you ever went to the Dentist and felt like you clean your teeth way better than him on his best day?! That’s how I felt here. A good rainstorm will clean your car better than they will. Mats were placed wrong when i returned, dirt still on car, dried up water spots, windows dirty under visor guard. No attention to detail whatsoever. And I paid for the premium service that they had the audacity to name ‘Glitter’.

Disappointed - I opted for the “Bubble” car wash at $29. Spots remained in the outside of the car that I later removed easily with a cloth. I paid extra for a wheel detail...wheels remained dirty (see photo). The boys didn’t spend much time vacuuming the interior, there was obvious sand and dirt on the seats and rugs. Supershine is down the street and will commit 25 minutes to washing and detailing for the same price.

Drove up, workers were drinking beer in the back - asked pricing and to guide me where to drive in- they were so unprofessional and rude, were probably drunk, I made a uturn, drove next door to the better one. Not sure how you guys are still in business.

They did a poor job of actually cleaning the inside of the car-and then lost the rubber mats. Wont be coming back.

The car wash was great, I even paid $10 extra for the “brush”. I asked if their highest tier included the interior and the young man told me yes . what they neglect to tell you is that you pay $42 with tax and it doesn’t include A simple wiping down of your seats or floor Mats. That’s an extra $29. I could have paid $5 at my local gas station for the same wash. Very disappointed. Not worth the money in my opinion. Nice people but wasn’t worth it.

All I wanted was a good vacuum and clean rims. 😪 what I got was soap dripping from my front bumper a really bad vacuuming and dry dirty rims. The person who told me my car was ready came over with a dirty rag and a spray bottle to reclean my rims.I paid for the Glitter wash, the best one they had and it was not good.. The manager came out and looked and offered to rewash. I was already annoyed and said no. Then the manager started to vacuum my car himself because he agreed with me. He did though make the excuse that grass or beach sand is impossible to vacuum. I asked if he had a brush tip for the vacuum because he was using a pointed tip and he said no.I left and said I will never take my car to be washed there again. Why is the manager redoing my car? While the employees just keep doing a subpar job. The next morning I had one shiny tire and the other 3 were dry. I went back to show the manager and ask for a refund. HE SAID NO. He made the excuse that we had alot of rain that afternoon. I told him thats fine but I was going to leave this review.Honestly you can get a better car wash from the gas station ones that use pressurized water only.Skip this carwash because they barely do the minimum 🙄The interior wipe down was like one wipe across the dash, thats it. When I opened the trunk it was dripping wet, they never opened it to dry it, which means they didnt clean the interior back window. The glitter wash includes the interior windows.Too many excuses and all I wanted was what I paid for.

If you get a car wash here your VALUABLES will get STOLEN!!!!!!! I got a carwash here today 2/10/20 and my air pods got stolen from my key chain. You are to leave the keys in the ignition while the workers move your car. I know for a fact my air pods were in its case on my keychain and before I knew it, i get home and they are GONE!!!!!

I have been there twice in the past 3 weeks, I thought maybe the 1st time was a fluke, The second time even worse, even after I told the Cashier that I hope they do a better time this time, they do not even clean the interior door panels, will look for a Mobile Service to come and do it at my house. I will pay a little more, however I know it will get done better.

Highly recommend this place if youre looking for a quick and efficient was in miami.

Horrible car wash.I paid 29 dollars for the bubble wash and they treated my car like nothing. They barely vacuum my car and didn’t even clean the rims of my car correctly and still had soap residue when you open the car doors. This place is a SCAM! You’re better off going to the automatic car wash and pay 11-15 dollars.

I dont recommend you to go to this place. I paid 20 dollars and they left my car more dirty than before. I will never go back to this place.

My experience with this place not good, I pay $20 for them to run my car through the machine, rims dirty, running boards dirty, rear tail gate dirty, half way vacuum, if you want to wash your car yourself and give $ 20 this is the place, I don’t recommend this place

TERRIBLE!!!!!! Youre better off going through a $3 car wash at the gas station. They should really make sure they announce that interior cleaning is not included in the price!!!!! And why say you will vacuum but my floors look dirtier than they did before the cleaning.

Hate to say it, because this used to be my favorite car wash, but this place has gone downhill. Staff is always friendly and service is quick... however theyre not very thorough with the vacuum and interior cleaning job. I always have to check my car before I leave and point out spots that were missed... door panels, cupholders, seats, dashboard. They used to be fantastic... just need to kick it up a notch. Prices are decent, though.

Was way too expensive and charged extra to wash bugs off. Isnt it a car wash. That is included in every other car wash I have ever been to and all basic car washes are usually $5 or $6 not $12.99. I will never come back.

AMAZING Place! I’m a Mama IBIS in Miami visiting The kids who go to U MIAMI and of course nobody cleaning the car! All about the U! Yikes! Grime! Googled car detail- Dadeland came up with bad Yelp reviews. SO GLAD I IGNORED THE YELP REVIEWS. THIS PLACE IS AWESOME. Wonderful POLITE -HARDWORKING STAFF WITH AN AMAZING BOSS! Cleanest I have ever seen the car! The car came out “ON FLEEK” as the kiddos say! REASONABLE $24 PLUS TIP and I can now enjoy my car without sitting on a towel for at a week! ALL YOU MAMA IBIS’s it’s a keeper!

BEWARE - I purchased a booklet from them which seemed like a good deal. However, they sometimes will ask you if you want to brush the vehicle when they are washing and for the most Ive said yes, since my car tends to get spots from a tree that we have outside. However, the spots are easily wiped away. Today, when I visited the car wash the supervisor asked me if I want to do the brush and I sad no not this time, since the spots are easily removed. As my car was being finished, I witnessed the supervisor go up to the gentlemen that was finishing my car and telling him NOT to wipe my car down - simply because I did not do the brush - keep in mind these spots are easy removed and I know this for a fact since I wiped them away when I got home. I will not be taking either one of my vehicles here ever again.

First time using this place. Cost me $39 including a $3 tip. I paid for the $18 leather interior cleaning and the seats were just as dry as when I arrived. The wash was ok. I had to have them go back inside too vacuum sand from one of the rear seats. Nothing stolen or broken. Very basic cleaning. Only go here if youre in a rush and there is no other full service car wash to go to. Pricey for no reason.

This is THE worst car wash. on some seats they just sprayed and didnt even wipe. listen to the reviews and do not go here until management steps it up. Also receptionist was not professional at all.

Worse service i have seen, They over sprayed my interior with liquid and my seats were damped with their cleaning product and it didnt dry for several days, The interior actually looks worse than when i took it in because it now has streaks all over the leather and dash, The exterior was not much better they rushed the cleaning and it was still noticeably dirty even though i paid for one of their more expensive packages.From now on i am washing the car myself or with a reputable car wash dealer, These people are very rough with your car and they are not even careful when entering and exiting your car, I see several scratches on my leather that werent there before.

Positive things first to be fair then I will explain the big issue: I purchased a booklet of tickets to clean my truck several times here because most of the staff does a good job and the wait time is not significant. However, they broke my drivers seat and would not reimburse or contact me after I spoke to the Manager for the owner to reach out to me. Overpriced “Bubbble Wash” without a focus of basic cleaning on the inside of the car. Vacuuming missed the most obvious spots (cracks of seats and under seats). The didn’t even move the seats all the way forward or back in attempt to vacuum those areas. Rear bumper and inside doors of car weren’t totally dry either.Vacuuming and wiping down:drying the interior should not be extra on a $30 (w/tip). This was the worst full service car wash in Miami by far. Including the hand wash spots at gas stations. Save your money and time South Miami... and go anywhere else!

If I could give it a 0 I would.. WORST CAR WASH! Dont waste your time and money on this place. Paid $30 for a car wash and I could of gone anywhere else or done it myself for half the price. They couldnt even clean the dashboard which takes 5 seconds. Do Not Stop Here - Worst than a $5 car wash. I paid $33 ! My car still had areas dirty on the exterior. They up sold me on the interior cleaning and for what? My entire interior is streaked with random shiny product. I had to clean all the surfaces again to make sure they didnt get ruined. My car came out worst than when I went in. Worst car wash Ive ever received. I paid $30 to watch my car get wiped down with dry rags which did absolutely nothing. I know this because I actually asked for one of them to try and remove some shmutz from the dashboard myself and the outside (that was covered in drips and waterspots) which obviously wasnt coming off without the use of some sort of product. SAVE YOUR MONEY youre better off washing it yourself.

I wasnt that impressed for the price. Its the only car wash around. They bring you in with a sign by the street today only $3 off but thats only for the most expensive washes. Anyway they up sold me and it was only ok. I was expecting more for what I paid.

Horrible! Didnt clean the carpets, cup holders, windshields, side of the doors. Paid $40 couldve gone to any other car wash for cheaper and gotten a better car wash! Its a rip off and a piece of crap!

This place is just ok. It is true they do not do much detail inside the car like cupholders but every place I go to is the same. You must tell them and point out things wrong or tell the manager so they can correct it and improve. It is much cheaper to purchase the packet of car washes in advance. The best car washes are hand washes off of 8th st. on the cheap.

Bad service with equally bad attitude is served at this fine establishment. If you want to pay a premium for bad service operated by the most disgruntled group of people in Dadeland this is the place for you.

I get a booklet for a basic wash and inside vacuum. True, they dont do a great detailed job, but for me location is quite convenient, so acceptable value if you stick to the basics and get a booklet.

I am giving CERO stars to this place. I payed $20.00 for a inside and out car was and it was as it I payed $3 for it. The didnt clean inside my car at all only removed small papers that were in the rug. From the outside it just looked normal clean but it wasnt shinny or anything it was like they used the cheapest soap....On top of that the attitude that those people had was very moody.

I pre-paid a plan of 5 or 4 washes, yesterday I went to my second wash and the truth is that I was not satisfied, it was not well vacuumed, the windows were not washed well, in short, very regular service.

I didnt like paying 22.50 and the car was clean on the outside but not on the inside and when I told them they were upset and blamed each other. Poor service first and last

VERY BAD ORGANIZATION. To get to where someone is supposed to be to receive the client there is no one. All the employees sitting watching, they make you sign so you can continue to where they are. There is no one to tell you the prices, nobody welcomes you to decide what type of washing you want, they force you to get in with the car to where the washing machine is and, as was my case, if you do not want what they offer, A line of cars has already formed behind you that starts to play a bugle and then it is a mess to get out of there. Employees even laugh at one because of the mess caused by THIS CAR WASH

Lousy, I spoke on the phone, and just because I didnt speak English, they threw my phone, and they said wrong number, of course we are in the US, they are not obliged to speak Spanish, but that does not take away the courtesy, I found a car wash of a gringuita, who speaks Spanish, and there I go now, these people must train their Latino employees and pay them an English course because they do not speak Spanish and English pronounce it lousy
