Took my Bentley for service. The advisor told me it will be a minimum of $1000!!! just to look at the issues at hand. They start at that number and the more the tech needs to diagnose the problem the higher that number gets. TOTAL RIP OFF!!!!
Purchased a $92k 2020 BMW X6 m50i from out of state. Receive the vehicle to discover $3500 worth of body damage that the dealership didn’t even disclose in their pictures or on the phone. They then tried to blame on the transport company but they had taken pics of the damage before it was picked up. Then they said there was nothing they could do and didn’t offer ANYTHING to make it right. They don’t care about their customers, only about the bottom dollar. It’s $1k in parts to fix it and they didnt even bother fixing it at their own cost. This place sells Rolls Royces, Ferrari’s, and other exotics and treats their customers this way? I’ve seen better customer service at a Honda Dealership selling a $20k Civic. BUYER BEWARE
We just had an emergency on the road with our vehicle and were unable to get the fuel lid to release. After spending time trying to figure it out on our own, we called the service department desperate for help, the service manager was unavailable but the receptionist took a message and assured us that he would call us back. After a few minutes, true to his word, Miguel called us back and patiently walked us through the process to locate the manual fuel lid release. He was an absolute life saver because we were literally running out of gas! Thank you so much Miguel for your help and we highly recommend Brahman Motors and service.

Seems like no one in that call center knows how to use a phone. Called 15 times and somehow they managed to hang up on me. My wives car was taken in a year ago and on the way back to deliver it the driver crashed the towing truck and the vehicle shifted and my car was damaged. Yes they fixed it but did not include what was fixed. Nor did they offer an invoice of parts. Don’t know if they were aftermarket or not. Ended up selling it and buying a newer version. Now they have our vehicle and I can’t get a hold of anyone because their operators don’t know how to use a phone. Unfortunately they are the only place in Miami and have no other choice. Hopefully they won’t wreck this one.
We have purchased two cars at this dealership. That says a lot right there. The dealership is what really puts the pleasure into your new ride. They fit you out with the right car for you and stand behind it. Larry Kantrowitz is easy to work with and the finance officer, Darcy, was too.
Outstanding service and attention to details! Max Malikov helped me a lot, excellent knowledge of vehicles and high level of customer service. This place have amazing inventory & its easy to park. The best Bentley dealership I have seen. I highly recommend this dealership.
Awesome experience, only went in to walk around and still got help from a sales person named Max. He gave me a lot of information about Bentley and Braman company and made me feel very welcome in the place. Great place!
PROS: The Customer Service and Sales Department at this dealership are Excellent!CORPORATE CON: The following comment has to do with Bentley USA/Worldwide. They censor comments posted directly on their Social media sites and there is no review that I found on Google specifically for the corporate site. So, I’m forced to leave it here.I WOULD NOT recommend buying a brand new Bentley. Why? They ARE NOT maintaining adequate minimum levels of parts inside of their Kentucky US based warehouse. In case of the 2016 GT Continental and most likely other models; they are custom making each bumper in England. The bumpers are then shipped by order to the States. If yours happen to be the 8th order and they only produced 6 then you have to wait for the next batch. I have been waiting since the first week of August 2016 on a rear bumper. One finally arrives on or about September 19. But they shipped the wrong bumper after being given the VIN number and photos. Now, I have to wait an additional approximately 2 weeks to get the right bumper and another week or so to pick up my car. This car has been in the shop longer than I have been driving it. We are 9 going on 10 months into the year. There should be minimum levels of parts maintained in the US warehouse so the customer is not inconvenienced having to wait on custom orders. 2016 didnt just roll in yesterday. When speaking to Corporate, I’m being told since this is a specialty car Bentley does not want to essentially incur the cost of having a warehouse full of inventory. My response to that was, “so you save money at the expense of inconveniencing the customer, whose purchases keep you in business. This is unacceptable!!! I will not be purchasing another Bentley nor will I be advising my friends and family to. I cant go through this again.
