Absolutely overwhelmed with the customer service I received at this dealership. Louis, and both Rayβs were such a blessing. Toyota is a good company, but this dealer is taking advantage this time to sell their cars overpriced. Every car they going to sell is +10,000k more expensive than the normal price, and with bad customer service ever. If you want a car now with less overprices, then you can go to the Honda dealership and with better customer service.
These people are vultures! I wish I had a picture of the piece of scrap paper with scribbled arrows they tried to get my brother to sign. Or video of the man following them to car to harass my father for giving my brother sound advice (not to trust them). βYou need to let your son be his own man!β I will never go back to that car dealership or recommend anyone go there. Need any guidance at all ? If they smell any hint of naΓ―vetΓ©, They will take advantage of you. I promise you that.βEvery time you try to negotiate it will lessen the chance youβll get this deal β this is what they said to him after they called him in with promise of one price and then pulled the βole bait and switch. I wish I had his his name so I could tell you who exactly to steer clear of. Probably best you avoid the place altogether if you can .I really just hate when supposed professionals try to take advantage of the people they serve.
Joseph Province immediately assisted my mother and I before we even got out of our car to look for a new one. He helped us get a brand new Corolla as it was even cheaper than getting a used one. He was honest and upfront and understood our needs and budget. Great guy!

Very bad service dropped off my vehicle to get maintenance and decided to take a look at the new cars and when I got there passed 2 sales men not even a hello. Me and my wife were thinking of trading in out 2019 rav4 and buying a new highlander so since none of the salesmen even acknowledged my existence I went up to one of the sales men and started to brush me off so decided they do not deserve anymore business from us granted we are vip customers supposedly we have purchased 3 new vehicles from this same location very bad experience go else where.

Car wash was down for about 2 months & now its repaired Called service to confirm when it is open. 8am. Called twice at 8:08am to send someone to open it. 8:30am...still not open? Then had oil change done. They didnt install the engine guard correctly. They ordered another 1 to not install that one correctly either. So I no longer take my car there for oil changes anymore. Lisa sent someone out. No one showed up.
I stopped by with no appointment and the line was packed (2-3hr wait)I was greeted by Christian at service and I expressed that I was short on time and that all I needed was a taillight bulb replacement. He checked me in, grabbed the part and installed it for me while my car is in line. By the time I was done with the cashiers paying my service bill, he was done and my car was ready to go!! He went above and beyond ! Christian reburiano will be my service guy at Toyota of north Miami. A+ service

I would give 0 stars if able. I was highly disappointed to experience such high levels of scamming from a Toyota dealership. Every time I had a concern about a vehicle, the answer was always βthatβs how itβs supposed to beβ. When I advised I had the same vehicle as the car I was testing, he changed the answer. I wanted to test drive a car but the salesman persistently said he had to run our credit first. He told me it would be a soft inquiry that wouldnβt hurt my credit but then said my score would go down 2 points.. right after telling me how it wouldnβt affect my credit. You do not need to run credit in order for someone to test drive a car or in order to get an estimate on the car. A manager was able to give me a numbers estimate without running my credit based on the score I told him I had. The estimate was $3000 higher than what was expected. I asked him to elaborate on the cost/fees and he said the fees were tax and title transfer fees. The math still wasnβt adding up and the more I asked for an explanation, the more he changed the subject. There is a $999 dealer fee but there is also a $999.50 TNM Value package fee that includes tints and nitro air but I had previously asked him how much they charge for tints and he had told me somewhere around $100. There is also an electronic filing fee of $499.50. Before you sign anything, please ask them for the break down sheet so you donβt pay for unnecessary fees (someone else actually posted the exact same fee invoice in the previous reviews).
Writing this review due to the high quality of service I received when working with Rafael Boschetti. He was very pleasant and tried his best to work with me and make me happy with my purchase. I bought a used Corvette at a great price and with great service. Rafael treated me with care and respect and did all he could to make sure everything was copasetic. 10 stars if it was possible!
While balancing my cars tires, the mechanic broke two of the tire lug studs. Service advisor Donald Salazar came to give me the bad news that two out of the 20 stud logs broke, and that I would have to pay $170 to repair them. I was shocked to hear that I was responsible to pay for something their mechanic broke, but Donald said that it was not Toyotas fault because they must have been put wrong somewhere else. I asked to speak with a manager and Donald said he spoke with the manager (Donald said managers name was Richard) and that the manager confirmed that I was responsible to pay for what they broke. The manager never came to talk to me personally. I obviously couldnt drive away with the tire like that, so I had no choice but to pay for the repair. My issue is, after the first stud/log broke, why didnt they contact me then to tell me what happened, instead of continuing and breaking the second one! I asked the advisor for the dealership to at least split the labor cost of $160 with me. They said no, that they werent responsible, blaming whoever must have worked on your tires before us must have installed them wrong, so were not responsible even when we broke them. Well, I hope your $160 and your commission was worth it... Thought that at least Toyota would have the courtesy of the manager handling a customers concern face-to-face. I ask you: if you take your car to a shop, they break something that wasnt broken, then they tell you youre responsible to pay it, how would YOU feel!

I have been here quite a handful of times to service my Prius. Sometimes with an appointment sometimes without an appointment. Just prepare yourself to be patient is my advice. They can certainly be busy. Can certainly say all the employees I have ever encountered were kind and helpful. Today I visited without a service appointment and was assisted by Juan Hernandez at the service department. I had my eye to visit the sales department for a particular vehicle Iβd seen online. During my car getting an oil change I was assisted by Luis and George of the sales team & enjoyed a test drive of the vehicle I had my eye on. I went as far to be approved with my preferred lender of choice (independently from the dealership.) Unfortunately I wasnβt able to strike the deal I wanted sadly. We were only $2000 apart from me being happy with the deal. I was treated well by all sales team members. Just like any other person, I need my numbers to line up to feel comfortable with a big decision. I have no ill will and will continue to visit the service department. I know Iβll eventually find the right vehicle at the right price, it will just be with another dealership. As a woman car shopping alone I never felt pressured or dismissed. Can appreciate that. (But I do know exactly what I want and how much Iβm looking to pay which makes me confident to go car shopping aloneβ¦ just do your research and know your own numbers) So Iβll continue my car buying experience elsewhere. Overall it was still a very positive experience.

I placed an order for a part online. I happen to be driving by the area and decided to stop to see if by any chance I was able to pick up the order. The employee from the parts department wasnβt very attentive. He interrupted me when I tried to explain the situation telling me that I should read the email and wait 24 to 48 hours. Even though he had the part, said that because I did it online itβs considered a different department. If thatβs company policy, I get it (even though it sucks) but just the way I was treated by the employee and the lack of interest in helping and offering solutions was dissapointing. This happened on 7/17/21 at 4:30 pm
Best prices on online parts compared to other local Toyota dealerships. Sometimes it is easier getting a hold of the President of the United States than it is the online parts department.

Shady dealership they hide the prices until you get ready to finance the vehicle & theres a bit of a lack of attention to details that actually will matter. they did a great job finding something within my budget but the overall process was incredibly suspicious & shady & honestly I give 2.5 stars based on them just being unwilling to maintain contact after a total loss accident that I had with a car financed through them. Id say skip this dealership at all costs!!!!!!!!!!!!

Worst place for the pos disposable plastic cars now made by Toyota. Dont get fooled by lazy dealers and super slow financial guy who made me wait 4 hours for nothing. If you look their advertising they said we finance everyone no credit no problem but the bank will deny you if you have a new credit or small income due the covid pandemic. Waste of time and money I never will buy a Toyota in my life. Just found a better Hyundai with only $500 deposit.You guys are a joke nasty place.
Hidden fees!!!!! Please be very cautious about the fees. I recently purchased a brand new car from this place. Made decent amount of down payment to bring the monthly payments lower. It sounded pretty good deal at first, but after signing the papers there was some unnecessary fees. Those fees cost me another $4K in total. I only know that we pay taxes & license plate fees but not T&M, tint, floor mats, and also for delivery but not sure for which delivery and other unknown fees which I forgot to remember by names. I BLAME MYSELF for not paying enough attention. Dont ever go without proper analysis/investigate. π @ToyotaNorthMiami if you are responding to this review Please dont write some general response π . Solve the issue.
When you have two bad experiences at the same location you know this place is a hoax. No matter how huge their showroom, they rip people off with false advertising. They charge you $1000 dealer fees in addition to T&M package of $1000 and some kind of electronic fee which apparently is non-negotiable. There is no real breakdown of any charges they add to your vehicle and talk down to you when you point it out. If you are a single woman looking to buy a car, salesman and managers are condescending and will not take you seriously. You can have an excellent credit score but still be given horrible financing options. All these people writing better reviews are either foolish or have not known better. This place should get a serious inquiry for how fraudulent they are.One star cos thats the only way I can make this public. Also watch out how many harassing phone calls you will receive after your visit. Maybe get done women employees who are not just receptionist and for display.
Had the pleasure today of working with Steve Maldonado, he was extremely helpful and made me feel like family. You rarely find good service nowadays anywhere you go, but that is not the case here especially when dealing with this outstanding gentleman. My vehicles engine was hydro-locked due to a storm about 5 months ago. I took my vehicle to Toyota and made a claim through my insurance which paid them over 7,000 dollars to overhaul my engine and put a used one in. About 3 weeks ago the check engine light came back on at this time I took the vehicle back in for service and was advised that the 2 coils were bad and their suggestion was to change all 6 because once one goes bad they all do, this were the exact words of their service rep., after quoting me over 1400.00 dollars, i decided to take my vehicle to my mechanic as they stated that these repairs had nothing to do with the engine over haul. My mechanic changed all 6 coils and the problem still persisted, come to find out Toyota never overhauled my engine, they never replaced spark even when they charged my insurance for these repairs. The issue with my vehicle was just the spark plugs which Toyota charged and stated they replaced. They are thieves and I will be going after them legally as well as contacting my insurance company.
This is the best car buying experience Ive had so far. I was helped by the sales manager Eric who was very attentive and helpful with the process. He was willing to compete with other dealerships and find the best deal for me all while over the phone. When we finally decided on a price he had the car detailed and the paperwork ready to be signed right when I walked in to help make the purchase quick and easy. Worst experience Iβve ever had. I came in at 11 am to do an oil change and ended up leaving 2 hours later. I mean how long does an oil change take? The attendant who took care of me was lost and was never there to update me I even texted them because they give you a number to text and I never got a response back. Luckily enough I asked another attendant for some help and he quickly got on it right away. Turns out the hour and a half I was there my car was parked and wasnβt even being worked on. Mattias which is the wonderful attendee who helped me out quickly corrected this issue and got me out of there in 30 minutes. When it came time to pay there was a huge line and he even went as far as charging me himself (he didnβt have to since he wasnβt the one who attended me to begin with) instead of making me wait a huge line to pay.
This was my first time at this dealer and I bought my Corolla yesterday, Javier Rojas was extremely professional, kind and patient, best sales representative ever, thank you so much for everything! Exceptional service.. the warranty on all of their cars and unlimited car washes is really worth it!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Terrible dealership. We Went to see a RAV4 car that they posted online for 17,500$. When we went there they were asking for 21,000 with high dealership fees. When We tried to show them the picture of their online post the manager of the dealership Mr. Nick told me to look into a Corolla. They acted as if they Wouldnβt even want to give us any service. As if our presence there were bothering them.The best part: they charge more if you want to pay cash than credit. I died of laughter. Never heard that in my entire life.I suggest you look at other Toyota dealerships before stepping foot here.We are never going back again!!!!!

We stopped here last weekend to look around for a Tundra. We were greeted by Rafael Boschetti and he worked with us to find the truck we were looking for. We didnt leave that day with it because we wanted to hold off for a few reasons and make sure we had all of our ducks in a row. Rafael was extremely professional throughout the entire process, he followed up with us all week, when we had questions we called him and he took the time to answer them for us. A week later we were back for the right truck and closed on the deal. Rafael was amazing the entire time and so was the rest of the team there at Toyota of North Miami. I would absolutely highly recommend coming here! We will certainly be back for my car when its time to upgrade!

Sonnel was great today while getting my car service.
I had a bad experience during my last service visit. Oil was left all over my engine after a oil change and my radiator and a electrical connector was damaged by the mechanic. They had to replace both and even after that they still left my engine area with coolant everywhere and a hose disconnected and had to take it back and clean it and attach the clamp. The service manager made a effort to right the original wrong but the service technicians are sloppy and there does not appear to be anyone checking on them. This completely undermined the recovery effort. This will probably be my last time using this dealership for service
I visited this dealer two times, both they gave me one price by phone and internet and the I found the price was higher. Last time I checked with the CHR, price announced 22 k, price on site 33k.If you want to waste your time, this is the right place.

My salesperson, Henry Espinosa, guided us through the entire process with curtesy and respect. Our finance manager, Potfy Cordero, was also very helpful, informative and had a great sense of humor. I took my car to Toyota of North Miami on Nov 2018, because they call me, that I could refinance my 2017 corolla and pay less. Took it and they end up putting me on a 2019 corolla.!st week I notice that the tank got empty by 205, I drove mostly highway, car supposed to be 28/36 and 32 mix. Call the salesman and told him that car was giving me gas issues. He told I me keep driving and record mileage, car is new and needs to break in. Drove it and same 203 or 207, never over 220 miles per gallon. He told me that the car might be a lemon, that we needed to bring it for 3 inspection and then send paperwork to lemon law office. I told him, if this doesnt get resolve, I would not make payments on a damage car.Well he gave me the run around, told me that no worry about it, I even made a payment on Feb, so the car would not get repo.I sent the papers to lemon law office and Toyota, The Toyota office address was not the correct one, salesman gave it to me and was sent as address unknown.Well car got repo, I call them, explain them the whole situation, fax them all the paperwork I had it. Today found out, all my effort was in vein, car is going to be auction and I will be left with a build and credit destroyed.Thanks alot Toyota of North MiamiKarl KhalilSouthEast Toyota finance.

Gave this place two time the opportunity to service my car π and even bought my 4 tires in thereBut unfortunately every time I go there they are too busy talking with each other and spending time looking on thy own cell π± phones they always forget something..At this last time after spending 340 USD if maintenance I had to drive 40 back each way because thy forgot to reset the maintenance painel. I try to call to avoided the trip and the business card I was given is not currently and I could not speak or find assistance over the phone βοΈ

READ CAREFULLY WHAT THEY CHARGE IN THE INVOICE. They will add so much in warranty plans, maintenance fees, high cost dealer fees and rip you off. Director will have you wait to not talk to you.

Absolutely horrible. My boyfriend has been waiting for a tag for almost three months. We live 45 mins away, they said it was ready to be picked up, we get here and they canβt find it? Ridiculous how they treat their customers. Once they get a sale they could care less about anything else, sad. Train your people correctly.

I have been to the dealership several times. I got my car from Anthony D. It was a great experience. He was really kind, professional, and efficient. Then on November 22, 2020 Sonel Augustin helped me he was really knowledgeable, which made visit was so smooth. He liked his job and did it well. Then on Dec 8,2020 I came in contact with Juan Hernandez my experience was not was I was used too in the past, at first it was going good. I got a nice deal, then after that, it went down the drain. He was not a great at communicating with me. I was told the process would take an hour. I repeatedly tried to get answers. Nothing! My car got there at 10:52 a.m. I didnβt get out until 5:30 p.m. Why if the policy is first come, first served! That was not my case at all. He would not tell me the status of how long my car would take. Like my time didnβt mean anything. He was bringing other people to cash out and leave, just not me. Why? Why? Was I being punished? After hearing how frustrating this experience had been. The young man who get the cars asked my name and walked in to find out something for me. The was wonderful. Thatβs all I wanted to know. While he was inside Juan shows up with someone else and says oh yeah your car is ready, in a matter of fact way! Really! I told him you couldβve communicated better, you donβt know my life what I needed to do. I hope that he gets better.
