Horrible restoration company. These guys only care about their money. They didnt dry anything and still charged me for the terrible job they did. Dont use these guys. You can even tell most reviews arent real customers.

No drama but results, which is what I was praying for during my property damage crisis. WRG reassured me amidst a very stressful situation and got the job done so that I was able to have my home back in shape quickly. I appreciated the transparency in explaining the process from day 1, clear billing and they also helped me sending all the paperwork to my insurance company for a timely claim payment, which was a nice plus. Professional and experienced staff. Eyes closed,100% recommended. Save their number... Trust me, if you live or have property in South Florida some day you may need them!

I had the great pleasure of witnessing this great team that was called out to my building not long ago. One of the top units experienced a huge leak and water was everywhere; my apartment the hallways, and inside several other apartments. The management office immediately called The Water Restoration Group and within a decent waiting period they arrived. Their entire response time was amazing during the duration of the clean up and where most people were seemingly stressed. The crew was very professional and diligent with their work. I am a licensed CAM. I have hired WRG over the years to resolve water damages in the building I manage and now have hired them to remove ceiling popcorn texture from the common areas of the building. Their team leaders Monica Martinez, Robert Lozano, Jorge and Luis and their staff have been amazing. Super punctual, on schedule for the project, clean up and minor repairs are resolved by the next day. Not many companies in Miami that you can write about like this. Thanks WRG!

On January 9, 2017 I had a flood in my apartment. Wow!! Water fills up pretty quickly and when I walked in from walking my dog, I had a mini-lake in my kitchen, living and dining rooms and my master bedroom and hallway. I was thrilled to learn that my building called The Water Restoration Group on my behalf. Your representative checked all of the areas and walls for dampness and immediately put fans and dehumidifiers to work. Yes, the machines are very loud but as each day passed there were less and less of them. The gentleman came back to the apartment everyday until he was able to remove all of the equipment. I am happy to say that because of the promptness of The Water Restoration Group, there was no mold in the walls. I recommend them highly. Thanks for a job well done.

WRG was called to service The Plaza at Brickell where I have a unit that was affected; it was an overall great experience, very professional company and I would highly recommend them.

I was their marketing intern for a few months and I absolutely loved it, it was such a great learning opportunity. Everyone was so nice, I never once felt pressured or overwhelmed here. Oh and Henry treated us to lunch very often! Which was awesome.

This company was hired to complete water remediation at the condo building I live at in Coral Gables. I had about 3-4 inches of standing water in my unit after a fire loss occurred on the floor above me. All the water used by the firefighters to put out the fire ran down the walls and into my unit. It was a disaster. The damages were so significant that I was unable to reside at the property for 2 weeks. After four days of standing water sitting in my unit The Water Restoration Group had done nothing! I had to threaten the association and WRG with legal action for failing to protect my property from further damage. Of course since the unit was not dried out correctly, my entire kitchen was infested with mold shortly thereafter. Guess who the building hired to do the mold remediation? Thats right, the same company the screwed up the dry out. Guess who did not know how to follow the mold protocol report that was provided to them by the mold assessor? Thats right, this same company. So not only did they botch the water remediation, but they also botched the mold remediation. I had to take an entire day off from work to monitor their workers who consistently asked me what the next step was in the protocol report that they were provided. WHAT A JOKE! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

I do not endorse this company. These are people that buy Google reviews and or at one point worked for a company that was disloyal to their employees and to their customers. The company does not have any technicians of their own so they use subcontractors and then subcontractors do a better job than the actual company and vice versa it’s unfortunate

Work at a condominium where water damage and mold can show up any minute. I got no worries when the team of water restoration group come, they take care of everything without a hassle.

Most unprofessional company Ive ever dealt with. I do not recommend.
