If I could give this business a zero rating I would. We booked a charter for 10 people one month in advance as a birthdaysurprise for a few friends who flew in from New York. My friends and I had been anticipating this trip with excitement for the entire month. The trip was a total of $490 with credit card information provided up front at booking. The day before the trip still excited, we called to confirm that we were still scheduled for the charter tour but no one would answer the phone. We continued to call, send text messages and emails to no response. Just in case you were wondering the business hours for this company 9am - 8pm. MANNY called around 10pm to say that the trip was cancelled. REALLY! WOW! How unprofessional. MANNY did not apologize for any inconvenience that he did in fact cause and expressed no concern. Please save yourself the headache and DO NOT use this business.

This company is not the one for me. Absolutely disgusted with the customer service. They deserve NO STARS!

This company is a SCAM! By all means AVOID putting your money into the business. I called the day before to make the reservation. I paid the amount and received a TEXT confirmation. Never received an email confirmation confirming our scheduled boat ride. The next day my friends and I traveled over an hour to go on the boat. When we got to the pier it was crickets....THE BOAT WAS THERE...BUT NO CAPTAIN! I called the business...THEY WERE CLOSED..NO ANSWER! I left numerous amount of voice mails...NO CALL BACK! I also sent an email...NO RESPONSE!The next day I CALLED FOR A REFUND...the lady on the phone voiced how unorganized the company was..and long story short THEY COULDNT GIVE ME BACK A REFUND. Please save your time and money on booking with this company. Its a scam!!!! DO YOUR RESEARCH FRIST!
