Great Customer Service. The booking process was quick & easy, my confirmation didn’t arrive by email but after calling, they sent it do to my misspelling. My family enjoyed the boat ride on the bay which made the experience even better. Thank you Miami Rent Boats!!

Giving them that one star like I promised. 😉 And they are only getting that because the boat riding experience in itself was amazing! Find another company!In response to owner’s reply: Oh I’m sorry not that Chanel, I’m talking about the Chanel that was blamed for damages on a boat with no proof that she was the cause of the damages because there was no inspection before the trip. The one who got blamed for damages on the side of the boat before the person who reported the crash corrected you and told you that the crash happened in the front…. then got blamed for those. The Chanel who was actually in the boat that crashed again under your direction, trying to get us to unload back at the dock. The Chanel in the boat that has crashed a million times before she has gotten in it, yet she had to pay a random price of $250 for small damages that could have been there long before her. That Chanel.

Edit: rented from them again for a second week in a row. And amazing experience as expected. The anchor doesn’t work anywhere in the biscayne bay, but besides that, it was fantasticGreat experience renting from Olivier and Terry. Super fun. Boat was in great condition, instructions were clear, hospitality was amazing. Already booked a second rental 🍾We booked online, but be sure to call or text Olivier and confirm the availability (even if it shows available online) because they are usually very busy.

If I could I would give Alex and Courtney a 10 🙌🙌. Service was EXCELLENT. They are very professional, are prompt with communication, and want you to have a safe time and a lot of fun Boat came with ice which was very convenient for us. I will be back!!

If I could give them zero stars I would. I waited four hours for a boat that was promised for a group of 4. At 3pm I booked my rental and waited up until 7pm to be told “be patient, he has to bring the boat” the owner Olivier has a very nasty attitude. You can’t a keep business if you’re not hospitable especially as an owner. Very unprofessional employees working for this company. If I’m paying my money for a select service and time then that service should be guaranteed. Not to mention there is a no refund policy apparently. Anyone hoping to book a rental boat with this company, Don’t. You will be saving your time and money from being wasted.

A WASTE OF TIME & MONEY is an understatement, if I could give this place 0 stars I would. First & foremost we paid for our boat rental of 4 passengers (with no captain) at around 3 PM for a two hour experience starting at 6 PM. We arrived at the pier at 5 o’clock and met with the man at around the same time, just for him to tell us that the boat was supposedly not functioning properly 10 minutes shy of 6 PM. The man told us that we could wait until 7PM and that would be our only option. After watching several different parties enter the dock and getting on boats, paying $20 in parking, bought around $100 in swim trunks, towels, etc. just for this mans partner to tell us at 7:30 pm that they could no longer give us the 2 hour experience that we paid for, nor refund us the difference for the 1 hour subtraction. After wasting literally 4 hours of our time, we had to cancel our trip and head back home empty handed and having to contact our bank for a dispute.SB: The Owners name is Oliver, & this is apparently not the first time that he has been this unprofessional with customers.Not to mention the fact that we drove 3 hours to Miami from Orlando for a boat experience.

Great experience. They do book quick, but communication with them is over text, which makes it quick and easy to get those updates. Very helpful, especially for beginners. As long as you follow the rules and are timely, you should have no problem!

Amazing experience! Rented a boat for 8 hours for my family and myself. Can’t stop talking about it. Never drove a boat before and the captain and his assistant was extremely helpful. Learned to drive in 2 mins! Experienced a rain delay and the owner credited my debit card for the rain delay. Would definitely rent again!

Horrible Horrible experience. We made a reservation for 6pm for 2 hours with Oliver. We get there he tells us that the boat broke down and all he could do was have us wait for the next one 1 more hours so we waited he gave us a terrible unnecessary attitude like we are at wrong, we wait for next one at 7pm he never showed up or came back, finally his partner shows up and tells us at 730pm that we cant take the boat that was there because no one can rent a boat past 8pm. After hours waiting around and not even get a phone call or an apology. Not to mention we drove 3 hours for this boat experience, he made us even pay for a driving course to operate the boat, parking, and all the food that was bought went to waist. BEWARE AND DO NOT RENT.

We had a blast! We rented a couple of boats to do an event with some clients. Miami Rent Boat was great. The boats are new and they give you the boat rentals filled with gas, ice and water... The staff at the boat docks were very informative and made sure everyone learned some safety tips. If you are looking for a boat to rent without having any issues, Miami Rent Boat is a solid choice! Per other reviews below, Owner/Olivier has an attitude problem and the unnecessary sarcasm and eye rolls marred the experience and made us uncomfortable. Boat is very basic but functioned properly and we had an enjoyable few hours despite our interaction with the owner.

Had a great experience! Everything was as described, beautiful boats and perfect customer service. All the stuff very friendly and helpful. We even extended our trip bc it was so cool!!! Our 3 y.o. also enjoyed the boat trip with us. Highly recommend and it’s better to rent for a minimum of 3 hours 🤗

They CARE! They care about your experience first and foremost. They care about the environment and they care about their boats. The owners contacted me to reschedule. The bay is having an issue with sea life, an odd occurrence. It is better today than it was 4 days ago but they wanted me to be able to have a great experience and maybe today would not be ideal. WHO DOES THAT??? The bay is not closed. They could have taken my money, but it was not about the money. I CANNOT wait to re-book. Trust no other!!! Thank you Miami Rent Boat!!

And just for asking a question he wouldnt rent u a boat all i asked was how fast can u go on the water with this boat and he said just for asking he wont rent me! We had such a great experience with them. It was our first time renting a boat in Miami and we couldn’t have chosen a better one. It was easy, quick and had great communication by text messages. We had a great time.

Olivier is a Snake! The boat is the only reason they got a star. We scheduled and appoint online 11/25/20 for a boat rental from 11am-2pm on 11/28. On 11/27 I received a text from Olivier asking if we could come at 10, I said ok. Then he says 10:30. We arrived just before 10:30 on 11/28 and the boat was not ready. We waited while he cleaned the boat and then waited some more while he waited for his partner to bring ice for the boat. We didnt actually get on the boat until after 10:45. He had the nerve to put 10am as our time out after telling me to only fill in and initial certain parts of the paperwork. Had I known he was a fraud I would have filled it all in myself. After him telling us on more then one occasion, See you at 2 we arrived back at 1:55 with him yelling at us that we are late and he is charging us a fee. I dont want a refund, I want people to know this guy is not a Professional & visitors please protect yourselves. I found MULITPLE complaints on BBB (Better Business Bureau), I will be filing on a well. Consumer Affairs, Yelp, social media will all be hearing about this.

I rented a boat for the day to take my daughter and her friends out on the bay for some sightseeing and then we stopped over at the sandbar parked walked around and got some more sun.The boats were very clean and they provided us with full tank of fuel, a cooler with plenty of ice and water. Also the team gave us lots of information on where to go for sight seeing and the best views to check out.Thank you guys for a great time. I will definitely return.

My experience with Miami Rent Boat was amazing! Olivier was so helpful and so kind. He made contact with me via text the morning of my reservation to inform me of the weather. (Ive rented boats many times before and have never received such great customer service!) It was a cloudy Sat morning with possible thunderstorms. Due to this Olivier informed me it would not be a good idea to go out at my scheduled time of 9am. I was very surprised that he didnt just cancel my booking (as other companies do) He gave me options like rebooking for another day, canceling WITH a full refund or leaving the reservation open so that we could continue to montior the weather, you know, in case the sun came out! within the hour he texted me with time frames of when we could possibly have sunny skies. AND boy was he right! we went out later that afternoon (2pm) and had the best time!! the sun was shining, the music was blasting and the bottle of champagne we ordered was👌 My fiance had the best birthday!!! We will definitely be booking only with them when in Miami! Thank you guys for being so helpful! *Important to note, boat was clean upon arrival!!

We decided to rent a couple boats for our annual party. Best decision ever! Miami Rent Boat rented us brand new boats. Driving the boats on Biscayne Bay was cool. We drove the boats around places like Star Island, the port and others. Cool boat rental experience!
