Captain Jonathan was LIT! Him and his co-captain took great care of us! They were professional, fun, and very careful during our yacht ride. If you ever come to Miami for a trip- be sure to book and ask for Captain Jonathan specifically. You won’t be disappointed. 5 star treatment. Everyone at the dock was super nice and welcoming. We will be back!!!!

What a time to be alive!!! Captain Johnathan and the co pilot made our experience so amazing! He made us feel safe and made sure we had as much fun as we wanted. We thank you for your ahhhmazing hospitality!!!! The rain came but they made sure the party didn’t stop and that we knew what to expect.

Great time out today with Captain John and his Co-Captain. Here for a Bachelorette weekend and they really took care of us while we were out. Really enjoyed sailing with them today.

Captain Alexis and first mate Winston were amazing! My boyfriend regularly rents boats from captain Angelo but this crew has by far exceeded my expectations. If I was running low on a drink, Winston was there. Needed toilet paper? Alexis got me. These guys work very hard to make a wonderful experience for you and your friends. 10 out of 5 stars.

Didn’t even have an experience to describe. 13 people came from across the country to go on this yacht and the company calls 30 minutes before to tell us that the captain was arrested and the trip is cancelled. This was a birthday celebration. Quite possibly the worst experience with a company. Probably would have a better experience trying to get out of a time share.

If I could give them zero stars I would. On the date of our booking they did not show up at the dock, they were a no show. They have yet to refund us our money and continue to harass the person that organized this for us trying to re-schedule. We just want our money back and they have not given us a refund. Save yourself a nightmare and DO NOT BOOK with this company -- very unethical and unprofessional!

THESE PEOPLE JUST WANT TO GET PAID AND DON’T CARE ABOUT ANYONES SAFETY! This company is absolutely awful. I have been waiting over three days to be able to speak to a customer service person. DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM! They refused to issue us a refund when there was a tropical depression with wind gusts up to 60 mph and a marine advisory issued. They said that it was “bad weather” and that they would not be issuing us refund. A marine advisory and a tropical depression that later formed into a tropical storm is more than bad weather! It was unsafe for us to be out in those conditions but all they wanted was their payday.

Absolutely would not recommend. Booked a boat for a bachelorette cruise which ended up being the day of a tropical depression. They refused to give us another option other than going out on the water for 8 hours in pouring rain and high winds. We showed up and they weren’t even there, even if we had been willing to risk being out on the boat. They were no shows and have yet to refund our money. Very unprofessional and unreliable.

DO NOT BOOK. After being harassed all day, being called dramatic for not wanting to risk my life in tropical depression winds, being forced to show up to the dock and no one be there I HOPE no one ever books with this company again. I have never met such inappropriate, disrespectful, and fraudulent people. EXTREMELY disappointed in this company.

We booked a boat 1 week and a half in advance. 5 days before the captain tells me the boar is broken and I’ll have to find another boat. I emailed the company 6/22 to issue me a refund because the captain couldn’t do it. They said it would take 10 business days for my refund to reflect on my account. I waited the 10 business days and nothing come to find out they NEVER put in the refund. I have to wait another 10 days smh. This company is unprofessional and have no urgency. Do yourself a favor and DONT WASTE YOUR TIME BOOKING WITH THIS COMPANY

This company is a joke. They have the worst customer service and confirm boomings without your consent.

What a great company! We chartered an amazing sailboat last month at Sailo in Miami. They have a fast and easy booking process and amazing customer service. We will go back to charter from them this summer as well. I would definitely recommend them!
