If I could give less than 1 star I would.We payed full price in advance for a boat (50’) on the day at the event this company sent us a wrong address, after 40 min waiting on the wrong Marina, where the people were very annoyed that we didn’t have our captain with us, of course we were in the WRONG marina, they gave us another address, after going to the new address we found out that the boat were not the boat we reserved 3 months in advance. I will upload pictures of what we reserved and what they gave us.We were 13 people that they played with, we lost time, had a lot of stress, waited more than 2 hours, on phone calls, going to another marina and did t get the chance to go out in a boat.After many calls they told us that they actually they didn’t have the boat we reserved, when they already had out money full price, they really thought we would be so stressed that would just jump on any boat and go on with the day. We payed $1728 for a boat, and we “received” a boat that was not even close to $1728. VERY disappointed, they tried to get out money, and give us a smaller boat, no, sorry. If you are tourist in Miami make sure to know where you rent your boat, and don’t just jump in any boat because it is what they want to give you.We lost the day, they gave us the money back but not out time or stress, terrible.Pictures is what we reserved and PAYED. The other is what they tried giving to us.AGAIN, find another place.

This place is a scam, DO NOT RENT WITH THEM!We rented three months ago $1700 plus $200 ($1900 total) for the captain for a 2 floors boat 53 feet for 13 people but when we got there they had a small boat 44 feet with one floor and they didn’t say anything about the change, we had catering ready to do the food at the boat but they could not do anything in this small one, very unprofessional company. if you don’t want to have your birthday or party destroyed do not rent with this people.Also they gave us the wrong address so we went to a totally wrong place making us lose almost one hourSee the pictures attached of the boat we were supposed to go and the one they gave it to us.We ended up not going because it was not fair what they did with us, totally unprofessional and rude people, I URGE YOU ALL NOT TO RENT WITH THEM IF YOU DON’T WANT TO HAVE A BAD TIME!

This is the most horrible experience I have ever had. Our rental boat was rented and booked from 12pm-6pm- over $3000.00We arrived early at one dock around 11 something in the morning. We were then told the 70 ft boat we reserved was not in working condition.We were then sent to another location where we didn’t have a captain, not to mention we sat there for over a couple of hours.When someone did show up, they had no recollection of our event until prior to 20 min before take off.Not to mention, we never made it to the sandbar because around 4pm, when someone did show up the weather was horrible- the person was rude.We had no captain, we did not get the boat we reserved for no one to explain to us what was going on.No one gave us a refund.As of right now I’m still waiting for the manager to make a decision. Everytime I call; they tell me to hold on. And then apologize and say the manager isn’t there. This is horrible customer service!

Miami nautical was very unprofessional. I booked with Mary on April 4 for an event on April 11. I gave the deposit that was asked. On April 11 my party was at the dock where we where told to meet at and Mary calls and says the boat will not start. I would think that all of this should of been sorted out way before we got to the dock. Mary send us to another dock for another Yacht, which was a horrible experience. We waited on the boat for 1 hour and a half for the captain to come. Every time we asked where is the captain we where told he will be here in 5mins. We called Mary and she kept on saying talk to the man for the boat. We kept telling her we booked through your company and nothing is right we need this to be fixed. We asked for the money or price reduced and she could not help us. We asked for her manager and she told us he would call us. We did not receive a call from the manger. Mary should of had or rental yacht ready the day before not the day of. We missed our party we where trying to attend. We did not leave the dock until 3:30 we where suppose to have a yacht ready for us at 12:00. Worst experience ever.

I was want to thank you so much this company because they’re 100% professionals. First of all, they gave me total attention when I asked to see the boat before rent it. I went to the marina, saw the boat, the owner was kind and a really nice person. As soon as I zelle them the value, they sent me an invoice, the contract and all the confirmation. I was so excited, and happy about celebrating my birthday on that boat, but unfortunately I got COVID, and I won’t be able to go. They don’t do cancellation, but they were totally comprehensive with my situation, and they’re giving the money back. Thank you so much for this, at the next time we’re coming with them for sure!

The captain was nice and so was his assistant. The a/c was barely on inside which sucked because it was a hot day. We brought our own food and drinks and they had no cups for us. There was no floatie or anything for us to go in the water in. I’m use to having someone serving us the whole time but that wasn’t the case. I would of liked all of these amenities especially for the price but we booked last minute (booked Sat for a Sunday trip). 3 stars because it wasn’t bad but it was things that we would of liked to have made it a WAY better time.

I rented a pontum boat as a gift for my nieces 18th birthday. She invited several friends and they spent the whole day navigating, guided by an experienced captain. The return at the evening, when it was getting dark, was spectacular because they could see the city of Miami from the sea. The process was very straightforward and they took care of the ice for the food and drinks. Excellent!!!

Unfortunately, I had to reschedule my outing due to concerns with the pandemic and Roman and his team were so incredibly helpful, understanding, and accommodating. I was searching all day for a last minute July 4th booking since all the beaches were closed and Miami Nautical was able to get it done. We had an amazing time on a 52’ Scarab off Key Biscayne. The boat was comfortable, fast, and the sound system blew every other boat away. We cruised and then found a nice spot to pull up and enjoy the water and views of the Miami skyline. Will be booking with them again!

We had the pleasure to coordinate with Roman García and he accommodated one of the most wonderful experience we ever had in Florida. Julio Messuti was our capitan and he drove his own boat for 8 passengers. We visited a bajo closer to Vizcaya Museum, later to Miami Marine Stadium and finally across the stadium and Brickell. A total 7 hours the boat was really welled maintained and the service deserved a 6+ stars. You won’t retreat this experience!

WOW WOW WOW! Those are the words that come to mind when I think of Miami Nautical. My brother and I had the honor of taking our wife’s out on a romantic night cruise. Let me tell you something! From the minute you arrive at the dock you immediately feel special. A night time cruise to as the sunsets is the most incredible experience. I’ve lived in Miami for 32 years, I have seen countless sunsets but seeing a sunset from a boat on the water while going down the bay to the open water was breath taking. That want even the best part. Once the sun has finally set we cruise around Brickell and toward the place we would dock. Seeing the city from this point of view is like nothing I have ever seen. The building, the lights and feeling and music was just pure romance. Our wife’s were beside themselves. We proceeded to dock in the middle of the sea to have dinner and downtown was our backdrop. The dinner table was set up with beautiful placements and lights to set the mood. They have different dinner options on the menu. We went with sushi. Just went you think it doesn’t get better it does. The food was fresh and delicious. Let’s just say there were no left overs. If you are a sushi lover I highly recommend it. Once dinner was done we decided to jump in the water! I know a little crazy but the mood was so right that I could let the opportunity pass us by. This was a perfect night from the beginning to the end. The attention to detail is second to none, the captain even tho her was there you didn’t even feel him. I felt like we were on our own. Extremely respectful, educational, willing to make the night as special as you wanted and alway had a great attitude. Captain Román! Thank you for making our day one to remember. Ivan thank you for you patience and making sure we had everything we needed. Im looking forward to booking again. They just added more boats to the fleet so I will 100% book a large boat and bring some friends along because this experience must be shared with EVERYONE I KNOW.
