This was my first time chartering a boat, and it was for one of the biggest moments of my life: proposing to my gf.Angela, and her team at Prime were absolutely five star in every way. Angela was personable and helped me find the perfect boat for the occasion, which was a tall order because my proposal request were quite specific. Still, Prime went above and beyond to make my day special. The boat was as described, and the Captain and 1st Mate were extremely professional and always accommodating during our entire ride.I surveyed at least 4-5 boat rental companies and am confident I made the right choice. If Prime can pull off my surprise boat ride engagement, they can surely execute most any occasion. I would definitely use Prime again, and would refer any of my friends or family.

Krist was great working through my booking details and Captain Danny ensured we had a great experience on the day of the charter. I booked the Vandutch, which I would highly recommend. It had the lounge seating to relax and an incredible sound system. Two things to be aware of - the welcome champagne is brought to you warm, so dont rely on those bottles as your drink package. Second, I did order the two bottle package for six people. While the bottle package doesnt detail out the bottle size, but for a luxury rental company I was assuming magnum bottles. Well the bottles were quite small and was not enough for six people. We had to stop for more drinks. I did want the ease of walking on the boat and have everything there for us. However, $250 drink package for essentially two small bottles, would recommend to definitely bring your own!

It looks old and not well maintain.If you rent the boat twice the same day I would recommend to have at least one hour to clean the boat prior to give it to the next customer

I rented 2 yachts for an event and it went INCREDIBLE.I could not recommend Prime Experiences enough - they went above and beyond.I worked with Carlos and along the entire experience, he was super communicative and always went the extra yard for me. On the day of the event, we were supposed to have jetskis, but there was an error - however Carlos managed to still deliver and we had the jetskis drive out to meet us!All around incredible experience and will 100% be using them again for any future bookings.

The boat was clean and in good shape. We loved having the lily pad to be able to float on. Having the food catered was so convenient and nice not have to worry about. Our captain was great! He pretty much gave us our space and just let us have a good time and made sure we were safe. I would 100% recommend Prime to anyone that travels down to Miami. I think the pricing was great and we definitely got a great experience.All the help we received during the entire planning process was so professional. Staff works hard but far from a luxurious experience. The good was definitely the chef they recommended Frenchy Chef was amazing and the contract stewardess was on point with helping everyone feel comfortable. The bad was the experience and yacht. Mechanical issues, not ready for guest arrival, 1 hours delayed, no dinner out at sea but at dock due generator issues, yacht looks very rundown, missing top, cushions broken, dirty, yacht bedrooms used as storage and in disarray, and nothing was executed as planned or explained; except for the staff waiting for signature on contract upon arrival. Wish the staff assigned to maintenance staff, organization, planning, and cleanliness was as efficient as the contract staff. It was a shame since only reason I gave them 2 stars was the staff tried hard and apologized a lot, but truly deserves a 1 star for the rest. The price is way over the top compared to experience...

I rented the 102′ Maiora + 2 Jetskis + 2 Seabobs for my 40th Birthday from Maria Clara Grajales. From the very beginning she was intent to make sure my experience was memorable. She was very attentive to my needs and the planning of my yacht excursion. If at all possible add a chef and a dj to your experience you will not be disappointed. Everything was perfect my group and I had an excellent time. Captain Anthony and his crew were amazing. They were extremely nice and very helpful with whatever was asked of them.

The experience with Prime Luxurys reservation process was a disaster. They switched the yacht I booked and boarding marina the day before the charter leaving me no choices. The yacht they switched me to turned out to be a couple years older than what was promised when they made the switch. Promised 6 bottles of champagne for the inconvenience but; only got 2. Promised VIP parking ended up having to pay for valet for all my guests. Waited almost an hour past boarding time sitting and standing with no refreshments. The experience was far from the luxury they promised. The captain and his mate were the only saving grace in this experience..i will give them 5 stars if I could.

I Had An amazing experience with Maria and Prime Luxury Rentals. She was very helpful and very knowledgeable about all the yachts to choose from and very convenient when it came to any add ons changes and all the multiple questions I had. She always got back to me in a timely fashion I would recommend texting and not calling because they’re always on sail with guest. It was a true luxury experience when we set sail and having the freedom to do as we pleased for myself and my guest made us feel like it was our own boat and not just a rental ! The service was exceptional. Everyone on the 2 boats we rented with them for 2 different events was fantastic. The one boat was a little more worn than the pictures appeared but was still in very good shape. Carlos was a very hard worker and excellent with communication and changes.

I spoke with Angela in order to book. All was set, and she called me back with an unfortunate setback due to my request on a holiday. The third party vendor were adamant about charging an additional holiday fee of about $1,200. She was just as upset as I was. I told her I had to think about it, and we hung up. Apparently, she spoke with her company reps and advocated that the first price should be honored given there was no mention of a holiday charge beforehand and my readiness to book immediately.... she called me back. Her boss agreed, and the company offered to pay the third party holiday fee for me.I appreciate the personal understanding and the sincere concern of Angela, as well as the company’s willingness to listen and consider the needs of their customers. I’m excited for my trip.

Red carpet rolled out greeting our large party of guests, friendly staff warmly greeted us with smiles, and a private chef preparing delicious treats for us. The customer service was very good the boat was in great shape the captain and crew member were friendly and polite and we enjoyed our time cruising around Miami on our 41 foot rental, I also included a VIP pick up to the location which was very nice and comparable in price to an Uber VIP.The only areas that needed improvement were instead of one email from prime entertainment with all the information regarding my booked event I had to request multiple emails to get the specifics as to where in the marina I would meet the boat and how to contact the captain. Also on the day of we were notified as the guest for arriving at the boat that nobody could wear high heels on the deck because it would damage the boat that information would’ve been very useful ahead of time. Finally the last area concern I had was the crew member on board serving food and drinks didn’t speak English which I know works For most people in Miami however from a safety standpoint and professionalism all crewmembers should speak at a minimum English.

We had a awesome 40th Birthday experience with prime luxury. From the start, Maria was so accommodating and new exactly what we needed for our trip. Then Captain Paul and his Stuart Raquel where some of the greatest people we meet on our whole trip and they new all the hot spots and what to do on the water. Great job and we’ll be back soon.

We rented a yacht for my Birthday, It was our first time on a yacht and I really wanted my dad to rent one out on that same day so I started doing some research and the first thing that popped out was Prime Experiences. I was a little sceptical about it since we had never done this before, however, Maria who was our assigned agent was really convencing and walked us through the whole process with so little time. I thought the booking was going to be very hard, but she made it very easy and very quick.Thank you so much Prime for letting me enjoy my birthday on a yacht and have such a great Experience! We willl def be doing this again!

Made a reservation online and the nightmare started. I was relentlessly called, text and emailed by two different people. I finally cancelled via emailing them (no one picked up the phone). When I emailed Angela her response was well we wanted to finish your reservation. Not a single care that their process seemed flawed and rather obnoxious.

From the moment I called, till the very end the experience and support was amazing. The only caveat I would say we had was in regards to the grill. I got the word that had it, however, immediately after entering into the vessel there wasnt one. But they were kind enough to let us bring our small(gas) grill so we could bbq on it. Krist has been extremely supportive and her assistance has been great. Looking forward to another travel on the same vessel (Eva) but now in the Bahamas! Prime Luxury is the way to go!

My experience with Prime Luxury Rentals was amazing. I celebrated my 50th bday on the 44 Cranchi. Angelo Urbano worked with me for 1 yr and help me with so many different options for my big day. I then wanted to cancel and Angela did not let cancel. She said what can we do to make this work for you. I then reserved 2 boats and due to Covid things were delayed for a while. Never losing contact with Angela. Eventually she included some complimentary items included with my adventure. Thank you for the balloons Angela.

Prime Luxury was an awesome experience! I booked through Maria and let’s just say she has excellent customer service. The captain and the stewardess were so nice they accommodated all my needs.

We rented the beautiful 58 Sea Ray .. I was celebrating my Birthday with my company team and our hosts including the Captain made sure we had the best time.
