WARNING SCAM ALERT!!!!As others have said, this company is a scam. They will give you false hope of the items shipping soon, then no contact. Luckily I only had a small order and will be going through small claims to try and recoup.

DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT ORDER CABINETS FROM THIS COMPANY. IT IS FAKE! IT IS ALL A SCAM! They made over $10,000 off us. I have reported this company to my credit card companys fraud department. This matter is under investigation. What a terrible way to make a living, scamming people into thinking they are getting their dream kitchen! I have been waiting over 2 months for my cabinets. My kitchen is bare, I can not put anything in our kitchen until the cabinets are installed. I hope the people behind this scam know, Karma is going to be biting them. I will do my best to stay on top of this fraudulent activity to make sure these crooks are caught and consequences are received!

This company is full of empty promises and lies, several products did not deliver, and all the while there is no communication from them. None of this is mentioning the time and stress put into creating a kitchen, and any damages that came with the existing products. We paid extra for a different company to send us their product and for them to install it. We gave them a set date, 6/15/18 to fix the mistakes they made, and they did not deliver their promise. We paid an expedition fee and even that seemed to not happen. Were behind schedule on our project almost a month now because of this company.

Do not buy from this company - it is a sham! - he will take your money and continually offer excuse after excuse about why you dont have your cabinets. the biggest excuse his health, dont believe it. myself and my contractor have gone back and forth for over 4 months trying to get either the cabinets or my money back to which i have neither. it has now gone to a chargeback with the credit card company. if you have any questions to the owner of the companys character do a search for arrest records and the truth shall set you free. if you have any questions please feel free to message me on yelp and i can fill you in on the details. my experience mirrored that of another reviewer brian k from laguna hills.

This company is horrible and possibly crooks. We ordered with them in the past and after extreme delays (About six months late) we got our order. We gave them the benefit of the doubt and reordered with them again during the previous order they at least responded to our emails / calls. It has been months now and we have called and emailed them about 20 times and nobody has ever gotten back to us. To date we haven’t received our order. I believe that they are frauds and possibly out of business. Their location in Miami is a fake. Buyers Beware.

Ordered cabinets and told I would receive in 2 to 3 weeks, waited over 3 months then they only sent boxes no doors or fronts. A month later sent the fronts. No apology at all. They would never return phone calls. When I got the fronts some were damaged. Had to wait another 2 weeks. Ended up not even able to install in house because I had to finish the job with other cabinets. Almost 5 months late. Used in another house and the cabinets were different than what I ordered and one cabinet was missing a drawer. Called 10 times left messages, they never answer phone. Never returned phone. Never got the drawer I needed. Worst customer service I have ever had, worst company, worst follow up. Nothing good to say. Don’t order from this company ever!!!!!!!!!!

Despite reading low reviews of Modern RTA Cabinets, I decided to go ahead anyway and buy from them for a several reasons. First, they are the ONLY online rta cabin manufacturer to have the modern styles and cabinet selection (one of the only ones to offer a microwave cabinet) I wanted. Secondly, their prices are lower or very competitive with other online rta sellers. 3rd - quality of cabinets and 4th, when I called, they were the ONLY ones that called me back after leaving a message the first time.Patrick Sr and Jr were outstanding in helping me with my overall design ( a free service!!!) and answered EVERY email or call every time I had questions.My cabinets look amazing! I get so many compliments on the unique style. They even custom made a blind corner pantry and a couple custom sized doors for me that werent even listed as available on their website.I know there are bad reviews for this company and Im not arguing their experience but something must have changed for the better. I highly recommend them for their products and customer service without hesitation.

Received order on time, quality was better than expected. THIS PLACE IS A MILLION TIMES BETTER THAN IKEA

*Do not believe the 5-star ratings, they are fake!* - The negative reviews are all too familiar and the responses from Patrick and/or his son are all lies so is the Miami address they have on thieir website, it doesnt exist. The same excuses were used on me in the Summer of 2018 (I was hospitalized, my son is traveling in Northern california and I am alone, Etc.).I wish I had read these reviews before ordering and having my own nightmare with not a single cabinet delivered and my entire construction job delayed thanks to these unscrupulus people.Thanks to my credit card company I received credit for the kitchen order but that did not covered the contractor expenses due to delays, let alone all the other incoveniences.

Why I would not recommend modernrtacabinetsI placed my order with Patrick. At this time he was helpful and responsive. Then the nightmare started. They did not send much of the order despite invoicing and charging me. Excuses used - I am sick, my friend died, a machine was broken. They even attempted to double invoice and charge me (I kept copies of the emails and forwarded them to the credit card company as they opened an investigation).They have sent bits and pieces of the order but over 4 months later they have yet to complete the order. As to the quality, their doors were not even properly sized to fit the cabinets ordered and improper hardware and screws were sent. These cabinets were the standard sizes they offer on the website, not custom. My contractor even provided them with proper measurements of the doors twice. Neither time were doors sent that matched the measurements. My contractor couldnt believe they wouldnt be familiar with their own product and know what proper door measurements should be on the cabinets let alone not being able to send doors that matched the measurements they asked for and were provided ( have emails showing measurements and pics showing what was sent clearly does not match).I am now going to have to redo my kitchen again with a reputable company and will be moving forward with litigation against them under inexcusable compensatable delays caused by this vendor.As I am preparing to bring claim we have found this seems to be a common occurrence with this vendor. Sean P (from Ca) initially gave a 1 star review on Yelp for missing items and ripoffreport has multiple case numbers 1331725 and 1330226 where others have stated about their similar experiences.
