It was such a blessing to have found Exclusive Handyman Services. I have used them for several jobs already, and we were very happy with their work. Working with Exclusive Handyman Services was a breeze, from top to bottom. Communicating with Jose was as pleasant and straightforward as I would hope. We were quickly able to schedule a site survey. My work schedule can be quite busy, so Jose made sure the survey was fast, but thorough. All the necessary details were sorted upfront, which made things much easier for both parties on day of the project. As for the work, he did an excellent job. He made sure to keep me posted as he day went on, I felt very safe in his hands. He actually finished sooner than I expected. All said and done, my neighbors were grateful that the noise was kept to a minimum and were all eager to compliment the final result. Oh, and it was priced exactly within the range I had hoped. José was really great. Arrived on time, very professional, mindful of the noise so that he wasnt upsetting any neighbors.He arrived with all of his tools and set up the pool and ladder. He did a really great job.Hes a very nice guy and I feel comfortable calling him back for any other stuff we might need around the house. Do not hire this company. They lack attention to detail and their work is very shoddy. Ceiling drywall with the air vent attached sideways, uneven tile job, cracked floor tiles because of uneven mortar underlay, trash and debris left for days and workers who don’t respect the property leaving their lunch containers thrown about the house. Just an overall unpleasant experience!

Jose is my regular handyman. I do a lot of design projects and call him up to come on install day. I have him hang light fixtures, install cabinetry and shelves, he even fixed the direction of a refrigerator door (and freezer door too). Ive also used him for custom built-ins and refacing my own kitchen cabinetry. He shows up on time and he has a lot of integrity when it comes to the work. It is clear that he wants his clients to be happy. Hes also thoughtful about the mess he makes as he goes. I really appreciate that! I highly recommend calling him for small jobs and large! If you say you will come at 4 pm to a building for an estimate, then it should matter to show up.Poor customer care and service.

We had them come last month to fix an assortment of problems around the house--everything from a dripping faucet to a noisy washer, and also had them do some patching and painting. It took a little back and forth to arrange the times (normal), but we were very happy with the end result, and it was also very pleasant to have them.

This company is a total disaster, we called Jose the owner to come and give us an estimate to make a closet and open a door and to also put up the high-hats and make the ceiling flat. He told us do not worry everything is going to come out beautiful. When we went to check how the job was done it was horrible the closet was a complete disaster the high hats were loose. And on top of everything looking bad there were pieces of plaster everywhere in the house and he didnt clean up after himself he left everything a mess. DO NOT TRUST HIM. He overpriced us and didnt even provide the services he said he would. HORRIBLE. If he was a professional i shouldnt have to tell him everything he did bad. He should already know how things should be done. LIKE I MENTIONED OVER PRICED AND NOT RELIABLE.

Exclusive Handyman Services has been doing jobs for us for over 12 years! He is awesome!! He shows up when he says he will. He never says he knows how to do something-if he doesnt know something he tells you to find someone that can do it right. Having said that he really knows a lot and always does it well.On several occasions I have had emergencies come up and he has been right there to help. He has done everything from helping us move, paint, drywall, concrete, brick paths, plumbing, tile work (awesome!!!) even when we had a so called dry wall contractor who totally messed up a job Jose was able to tell us that they were making huge mistakes and was able to fix it.Above all he is incredibly trustworthy, a pleasure to work with and reliable! Can not recommend him enough!

Jose Exclusive Handyman Services was excellent for the glass subway tile backsplash install in my kitchen! He was quick to respond when I reached out for a quote, he gave a very reasonable quote for the job and had his tech Tommy scheduled to my place ASAP. I had purchased the tile and grout previous to the job, but did a great job showing up early (much appreciated) before I left for work to get set up and make sure the tile was installed as I had envisioned it. He was extremely polite and professional, and brought sheets/tarps to cover my island, my couch, my walls, etc and left it very clean when I came home from work that day. He just came to my house this Wednesday to cover up a doorway between two rooms with sheet rock. He texted me at 8:00am to say he was shopping for the materials and was here shortly there after. He laid tarps everywhere, put up the dry wall, molding, wainscoting, applied the mud and was gone by 3:00. Absolutely terrible. Not sure where these other reviews come from. We paid Jose to repair our dining room floor. After weeks, he still hadnt shown up to do the work. After threatening him with legal action, he finally showed up, but did half the work (demolition) and walked away. Left all the debris and mess in our yard, and took our money. Wont respond to calls, emails or letters from our attorney. This guy is irresponsible, unethical and likely a thief. Stear clear.

Now I hardly write reviews, but the quality and great customer service that we received from Jose was impeccable. We had reached out to him for a quotation to have our interior of the house painted, and to have a mirrored wall that was very old removed. We wanted to have accent walls painted in dining room and guest bedroom. In all, we needed 9 rooms painted including bathroom, and hallways. We were on a time crunch due to us moving into this home within a week.He made himself available the next day, came to the house to take a look at the work and said not a problem he will get it done. He asked how soon we needed this done, and we told him in a few days. Jose gave a quotation via email (which was very reasonable and convenient), and once we agreed to the work he had come the next day and started work. He was very flexible with our busy schedule and helped my sister pick the paint color we were looking for. Upon approval, he had began work and finished the job in 2 days.We had a carpet cleaner come to the house around the same time Jose was working in the house, and he was very kind and trustworthy that we had gave him the deposit for the carpet cleaner and to pay him upon completion of the job (this was due to our busy schedule and being at work). Jose had the keys to the home and completed the work very well and managed to look after another contractor who was cleaning the carpets. He is a very honest, and genuine human being, and he honestly wants the customer to be pleased and happy with his work with 150% satisfaction. He will be our go to for every project in our new home and future homes. We know he is going to get very busy because through word of mouth, many of our friends are going to start calling him as well. You will not go wrong with him.

I found Exclusive Handyman Services by reading all the positive reviews on Google. We requested a quote from Jose for replacing the corrugated panels on our roof because they were old, cracked and leaking! He replied quickly and was able to come out & look at what needed to be done, then give us his estimate. Because of his quick response, we didnt bother to get estimates from other handyman services.The weather forecast was for rain on the day that we originally scheduled so Jose called us the day before to reschedule. He kept us informed on the time he would arrive.He came, looked over the problem areas and purchased the supplies he needed to complete the job. While working, it started sprinkling and he came to the door to let me know that it started to rain in case I wanted to put anything indoors so it wouldnt get wet. (How thoughtful!) He worked all day with no breaks until after sundown to complete the job! It was dark outside and he was still on the roof! Afterwards he cleaned up the area and took away the old panels.The new corrugated panels are stronger and it lets the sunlight comes through so the whole area brighter.After the job was completed, my husband was concerned about pine needles clogging up the drains on the roof, phoned Jose and left him a message. Really wanted to work with him as he seemed excited about the small project and told us how good our concrete fireplace would look. My bf felt very comfortable with him so we decided not to search elsewhere. But, if you want to hear my experience, two big things stand out.First, a couple of guys came to my place but declined to do half my tasks, telling me they would require specialists. They came out, scoped the entire project, and said they could do ALL of them.Second, two guys told me my broken livingroom window was IRREPAIRABLE and that I would have to replace all my windows (at a cost of thousands). Frank came out, tried to fix it, and his first solution failed. I said, I guess those guys were right, this window cannot be repaired. No, he replied. This can be fixed, I just have to keep digging/researching. Once he sets a goal, get out of the way because hes going to find a solution come hell or high water. Hes a bulldozer. Naturally, he found a way, bought the necessary parts and fixed it. Works great and now I have air! The room is totally different. Amazing what a small adjustment can do.Also, my under-counter lighting had an electrical issue, another handyman said it would have to be ripped out and replaced. Franklin found a creative solution, fixed it in two minutes (literally, two minutes). Several other annoying things were repaired with lighting speed and quality. He doesnt fix the symptom, he fixes the root cause. These guys are the best and they saved me a TON of time and money. They should change their name to Exclusive Handyman Geniuses.

Jose and his assistant did a wonderful job. I had water coming into the house when it rained and he quickly resolved the issue. He also replaced some drywall in the bathroom which came out great. The work was completed in two days and he was very punctual. I would definitely choose Exclusive for repairs in the future.

This is the worse handyman. He is super unreliable and will keep lying to you pretending he will get the work done. Been dealing with him for over a month now on a job he had claimed would only take a few days. He was hired first to paint and then said he could also do the tiles. He doesnt show up to work when he says he will and he sends strangers to do the work that he himself cannot do. He does not answer the phone when he knows hes supposed to be doing the work. He is not qualified. DO NOT USE HIM. HE IS A LIAR! I am sure all the good reviews here are from people he had put reviews because i dont see how anyone could recommend hiring him. If you look at all the bad reviews you will see that he always claims to be another company. Its weird that every time the person is mistaken the wrong JOSE? me myself i can confirm that it is this guy and that the phone number matches the one i used to get in touch with him PLEASE if you value your time and money STAY AWAY.

Jose is a great guy! He was able to install a TV mount in all 4 rooms of my brand new home. He saved me a lot of money and I recommend him to all my friends and family. Exclusive Handyman Services is the place to go for all your Handyman needs!

It was fast and good work quality. Jose was amiable and profesional. Would hire him again. The reason I gave four stars is because he is a little costly, but other than that, everything was perfect.

Jose is unbelievably good at what he does. We had him do small and large jobs for our new house and he put extra time and precision into each job to make sure it was done correctly. He was also very reasonable in what he charged and even did a couple small things without charging us. I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs things done with their house. We are going to continue to use him going forward whenever we need anything done.

We moved into our new apartment and Jose handled all of the following: bathroom lighting, under cabinet lighting, installed gas range hood, fixed cabinet doors and sliding bedroom closet doors, hung up sconces, did electrical work - changed outlets, switches, installed fire/smoke alarms, fixed the toilet, installed bathroom sink and faucet and shower head. Hes professional, very friendly and on-time. We will be doing business with Jose for the long haul!

I called Jose on a Monday and he was able to stop by that day to assess my damages. He came back on Tuesday and was finished with the work by 5 that day. Jose did an amazing job on our new home expanding a narrow entryway between the kitchen and living room and creating us a new Pantry. He is trustworthy, quick, and a very hard worker! We had some setback with our project due to unexpected concrete wall, but Jose and his team worked extra hours to deliver the work by the time promised (2 days!!! Not bad). So please with his work we have already requested a quote for another project.

I needed my apartment to be repainted to so i called this handyman service I found from google. Within 2 rings, they picked up the phone and answered quite professionally. Jose was prompt, fast and accurate and he definitely knew what he was doing. So I schedule him to come in the next day. He was on time to a T . He was so friendly I even bought them lunch while they were doing house work. There were two guys and both was very focused on their job. The job took a few hours and the end result was flawless. I needed an audio studio built in my home so I called Jose & Franklin from exclusive wrks . They came and gave me a good price and immediately I accepted the deal. They day after, they came and started construction. Within 1 week, they finished the entire project by putting up drywall, wood flooring, nice windows, paint and electrical. They made everything look simple and Now Im happy with my audio studio!. Thanks to them, everything was on budget! If your curious on how much I spent, it was quite a bit, but definitely worth it.BTW. I believe they have pictures so ask them.

This man is a complete liar and crook! DO NOT work with him!We hired him to retile a small balcony, something he said would be very easy to do and he completed in one day. After he was done, I noticed that he had done an awful job... The balcony was holding a ton of water for days after every time it rained. The reason for this was that he tiled it in such a way that there was a belly in the middle.He promised to fix it free of charge, but all of a sudden it was impossible to get a hold of him. Day after day he came up with cancellations, excuses and stories about why he couldnt make it. The best story by far was a last minute invitation to court. Amazing! This was EXTREMELY frustrating as he would make appointments with me and I had to put my day on hold or stay home from work to wait for him. When he did finally show up, he removed one tile, then got tired and said he didnt have the tools to fix it, that his brother in Homestead had whatever he needed and he promised me he would show up at 1:00 PM the next day and gave me his word.Well, sure enough the next day he couldnt make it, and said he would try to come by later, but just stopped picking up his phone completely. This guy is a complete LIAR! Do not trust him! He wasted my time and money. I let him know that I will be filing a complaint against his license (if he even has one) and taking him to court to retrieve the money I wasted with him.Stay Away!

Jose came to my tenants house and repaired water damage for me. He fixed warped wooden floors and helped me upgrade my tiled bathroom so that it looks better than ever. He used great quality tiles and Im very pleased with his flexibility in working with my tenants work schedules in mind.

My knight in shining armor! I called him this morning crying because I had found the source of my roach infestation in my apartment (I have a bad phobia of roaches). He came later that day, took care of the carnage and was willing to temporarily seal the holes in the wall to give me some piece of mind. I would definitely recommend him 1000x for being courteous, keeping me informed of when he would be there, and actually following through in one day!

Im so happy I found these guys. I found them when I was searching for the best reviewed handyman companies and I noticed everybody saying amazing things about them. Ive been a loyal customer for 3 years and have turned my friends on to them. They came over again last Monday to fix several things in my house, repairing a few things in my bathroom and my living room. Whats great is they seem to be able to fix just about anything. They go above and beyond in their service and are very pleasant to work with.

I hired Jose to fix a leaky window on my upper floor window. They told me the roof seams needed to be resealed and they also silver-coated the roof, they charged me $1300.00 and the first time it rained the top of the window leaked again. Called them and they said they would send their roofer back out the following week. The guy called to say he had to cancel and he would be out the following week. I waited and he never showed, called two times and never called me back. Their web site is impressive but do not let that fool you, their service is terrible.

I have used Exclusive on two different occasions and both have been excellent. Scheduling was very easy. For the first repair, they came out the very next morning. For second repair, they came within hours of my call. The first time was to fix a pocket door that had come off the track. The other was to install a new shower head. Each time the technicians were on time, worked quickly, cleaned up after themselves, and charged very reasonable prices. In fact, for the shower head install, I didnt have all of the correct equipment and the technician went out got everything that was needed to complete the repair. I would recommend them to anyone.
