Been coming here for years and have always had a pleasant experience. My barber, Paul manages this location and handles his responsibilities with respect and professionalism. Prices are great and the cuts are top notch. Just like any other salon/ barbershop it’s always best to make an appointment through their booking system as the “walk in” line can get lengthy just from it being in a prime spot in midtown. A lot of the negative reviews were from people who didn’t follow the steps and were upset that it’s a thriving business.

I have to admit that this mornings haircut was definitely the best Ive ever gotten. I missed the name of the lady who cut my hair, but the service she did was absolutely unforgettable. It was a very good haircut. Thank you, please keep up with the good job. I know a lot of consumers are going to trust the operation.

Good quality cuts at a decent price

Ive been taking my little brother to get his hair cut with Paul for quite some time now, I can attest that his customer service skills have always been impeccable. We are always greeted with a smile and treated with respect. He always does an amazing job with my brothers hair and offers many great services. The place is always clean and has a great atmosphere. The most unprofessional barber shop I have ever been too. The MANAGER is nasty, uneducated, unprofessional, rude and the list goes on. He should be fired immediately from his position because of his lack of customer service. He is disorganized and doesnt know when appointments are made or not even though appointments can be freely made online. On top of the they attempt to steal your money and dont want to return it when they dont give you service.It is a shame that a business like this has done a poor choice in having such an unprofessional manager. He is a disgrace to the profession and to this business. I hope the owner gets more control of his business because it cannot run or grow with such a poor mentality/lack of customer service.

Cycled here from SoBe as I don’t like paying the $35 on sobe to shave my head. Said to the barber just Shave my head don’t touch the beard. He later asked me to take my mask off. He was not wearing his correctly (only over his mouth, not his nose). I took it off to say why I don’t want the beard touched. He continued to shave my beard off. Typical Miami service, don’t listen. This is why I do this simple job at home most of the time. 👎👎👎👎

I went there for a quick wash and Paul the barber exceeded my expectations. Not only was the wash thorough and pleasant, but I also received a cleansing facial during my deep conditioning. Great place to get a cut and enjoy good times with the guys. This shop has a lot of energy and always has music playing to keep you entertained. The cool thing I love about the shop is that I can book my appointment online, not too many barbershops have that option and they accept credit cards, Zelle and Cashapp.

Ive been all over Miami for a hair cut and these guys are the best. I have never had a bad cut by any of them and always leave happy. Walk in and either music playing or TVs on with sports center. They have great attitudes and customer service. Frank is the man! I showed up early on accident and instead of me waiting outside he finished up setting up for the day and started to cut my hair even before they opened. Saved me a lot of time and its a sweet cut! They treat you like one of their buddies. Highly recommended.

I spent a couple of months taking my son to several Barbershops, but always left dissatisfied. Ive been there 3 times now, and each time I have left happy with the good work theyve done. I dont question the price as others have charged me more and did mediocre jobs.

Walking in to the place I was greeted right away and immediately taken care of. Kool-aid gave me a fresh cut and talked me through the style I wanted. The ambiance was good and staff was friendly and gave a very much needed personal touch in contrast to a city full of factory get and go type of establishments. Worst haircut ever. It looks like I did it my self. I guess if you dont have an appointment, youll get the rookie and a really bad experience. Unbelievable level apathy from the rest of the staff. I had long hair and made the decision to cut it. I cant believe how much I regret going to this place. Terrible service, avoid this place..very unprofessional.. I went for my first time, definitely they won’t see me again..the young guy who was working on doing the haircut, was keep playing with his co-worker instead of focusing doing his job right.

Where do I even begin, just go ahead and save your money. Beyond unprofessional service, waited over one hour and twenty minutes to just end up walking out frustrated without a haircut. There wasnt even the slightest feeling of anybody caring or atleast trying to be attentive outside of the obnoxiously loud music.Be prepared to have clients just stroll into the barbershop and get a haircut within minutes, even though you have been waiting patiently for the next available barber for over an hour. Miami is at the bottom of the barrel when it comes to dishing out any type of respectable customer service. Disappointing!

Came in for the first time but booked an appointment beforehand. Literally just popped in cuz it’s the closest barbershop near work. I can gladly say I was impressed. Got a good cut, had a good chat and am definitely coming back. Sirj gives a great shape up and fade and from what I saw you’re in good hands with any barber there.

I went in today for a Fade, and came out with one side of my fade 1/4 inch higher than the other. I dont know who the guy that was taking walk-ins is(the guy all the way in the back on the left) but he needs to do better.

Visiting Miami and i do not recommend this place for locals and visitors. Rohan the barber is weak technically and not friendly at all. In this job if you are not personable: its dead. Place could be cleaner. By the look of the other reviews, i think this business is not latin friendly, so watch out guys.

Legit Grade A experience. Really dope concept and art through out the shop, Making it extremely unique from other places ... Top of the line technique with the clippers, real detailed haircutting with no rushing inbetween like most places. And The tunes (music) in the shop are always fit to the day. They have a real solid humble group of guys in there from start to finish, cant really ask for anything else when it comes to genuine quality in a barber shop.

Great atmosphere, they greet upon entrance and get you what you need. And most important they give great cuts from what Ive experienced so far

I dont know what people class as good haircuts out here in Miami, but the barbers dont listen to instructions and they pushed back my hairline, TWICE! The one guy even spent over and hour just on my fade alone! Making me late for stuff I had to do, quality is just not there.DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Place is a joke. Unprofessional and no talent. Barber got upset because I wanted to pay with a card and no cash, then he charged me the card transaction fee! I’m so lost for words. Today was my first time at this barbershop after the all-expense-paid-recommendation granted from a friend of mine. I must say.... I just don’t know! I like it but I love it. I just can’t find the right word to put it together. For a fact, the barbers are very communicative and forthcoming with each other and it’s customers. It’s atmosphere is pleasantly welcoming. I am quite disappointed they weren’t my initial barber. I advised “Cap” (my responsible barber) of my situation (I have a serious tape alignment issue) & he had no problem reassuring me.
