I got my first haircut here today. A+ experience. Javier did a great job and was very attentive. I plan to make a reservation with him next time. Today I walked in and Al got me in quickly with no fuss. Some of the other (more *ahem* “Miami”) downtown barbershops are too showy for me, but Next Level feels like my neighborhood barbershop, which is exactly what I want.

Guys let me tell you something.. This place is one of a kind... has New Management and man the owner has done an amazing job. This barbershop is a one stop shop. They do cut your hair and offer Micro Pigmentation for us guys. They are also offering massage and facials on a professional level. Definitely recommend for you to see for yourself. Honestly, what drew me into next level was how close it is to my residence and also the fact that its the cheapest haircuts in Downtown/Brickell. However, by no means does it feel like it. The barbers are good, fast, and friendly. Ive been going for 2 years now and im happy everytime I leave.

Fantastic shop! Honestly the best in the area. Everyone there is skilled and professional. They have an appointment system so if you plan accordingly you never have to wait. Owner runs the scheduling so everything is always smooth. I’ve been to several shops in the area and my cut here is by far the most superior, next level.

I highly recommend this shop! Im in town working for a short time and needed a haircut. This place was recommended to me. I walked in and they were very busy, but the gentleman at the counter got me in rather quickly. While I was was waiting I was offered a colada. Javier was my barber and did an excellent job, taking time and care to give me a perfect cut. I spent about 20 seconds explaining what I wanted and he nailed it! My other recommendation is call ahead, this place is busy! For good reason!

Excellent barbershop. Colin did a great job. Easy to schedule on time, the place is clean, good music, a diverse crowd (doesn’t specialize in just one type of hair). This was the 5th barber I tried in the last few months and the only one I’ll go back to :)

Excellent experience w/ Colin. Quick cut on my lunch hour with time to spare. Next Levels appointment system is so intuitive and easy to use; a really nice addition. My only complaint and its not their fault... is the lack of parking (you have to blame the city for that). Took longer to find parking than for the actual haircut. Plan to circle the block or use the lot right around the corner. Otherwise, highly recommend Next Level.

They are quite unprofessional. There have been three or four times when Ive made an appointment and they havent honored the appointment when Ive shown up, usually claiming that they dont see me in the system. The issue appears to be that the barbers have their own clients that book appointments by calling them directly. This leads to double booking if the receptionist has already booked someone for that time frame. Moreover, a guy named Colin charged me $30 for a basic haircut when their website says they charge $20, which is classic bait-and-switch fraud.

Experience was great… I did not have an appointment and walked in an hour before they close but they took care of me. Warren did a great job with my haircut and I appreciate his attention to detail. I think I just found my new barbershop!

Professional Barbers, they have student discount if you present student ID on Monday and Tuesday. Call and ask for Collins or Jesus. They are great with Caucasian hair, they are good at all types of hair but some specialize in other.

I had an appointment at 10.45am, it was pushed back to 1.30 at their request. I showed up at 1.15 and was told my barber was just finishing up and I would be up right away. At 1.45 I ask the receptionist if the cut was happening soon as I have a personal commitment that I would need to leave by 2.30 for. She clearly had forgetten about me and asked the barber who said the guy in his chair had been waiting since noon. Not true as I was the one who opened the door for him, his gf and his child when they arrived. They argued like I wasnt there and it was clear to me that this barber had no interest in cutting my hair, so I offered to reschedule for tomorrow. No answer. No apology. Completely unprofessional and rude staff. They even had the audacity to tell another client who had shown up 5 minutes late the importance of keeping a schedule. Hypocrites.

My first time there was April 5th and from the moment I called to make a reservation from the moment I came in the door, they were very welcoming and got me situated immediately. The cut was fresh, beard sharp, and all of the staff were friendly. Highly recommend them especially if you live or work in the Miami Downtown area.

Visiting from out of town and a friend recommended this barbershop. We (2 boys + 1 Adult) walked in without an appointment for 3 haircuts. The staff was very polite and they accommodated us almost immediately. One of my boys got a fade and color streaks on the tips of his hair - Javier did an awesome job. Warren took care of my fade and my other boys haircut. We could not be any happier. We wish that we could get the quality of fades + style where we live... oh well - next time that we are in Miami we are going to the Next Level!!!

Do not go on this place ....I tried few times because I cannot judge on the first time. But now I can tell you this is not a professional company. First time i went there without appointment you need to wait (long time) 45min if the hairdresser want to cut your hair or more if he doesnt want. Then there is an hairdresser who was drunk from his last party and he ws happy to tell everyone he finished is party at 6am at Eleven totally drunk. (first experience). Second time I took an appointment, I had no preference for the hairdresser, I took an appointment for 11am and when I arrived we ask me to wait a little bit (everything is normal) after 10 min I m asking if I need to wait more or not because I saw only one hairdresser who just start with a customer. The lady told me I tried to call someone to cut your hair but nobody answering. And the lady ask me to come back later during the day (what a joke, funny ...) If you need to cut your hair go away from this one. But if you want to loose your time go. I will put one star because in general the hairdresser looks good on their job.

Travel a lot for work around the country and this place is definitely one of the best barbershops I have been to.

As a first-time customer, I called earlier today and made an appointment for 5:00pm. I arrived 10 minutes early, checked in, and at 5:00p the receptionist told one of the barbers, Warren, that his 5:00 appointment was me. He glanced over at me and continued finishing up his current customer—I get it, sometimes a few minutes isnt a big deal. After waiting until 5:30 without even an acknowledgement or apology, I walked out and wont be back.

They do a solid job. I think its $16 base, but it was (unexpected) $20 with scissors. Barbers are chill and talkative. I was told to definitely call ahead and get an appointment, but you can still expect about a 15 min wait after your appt time.

Waited over 2 hours, and one barber had the biggest attitude. Acted as if hes doing you a favor for being there. Gimme a f***** break. If you dont like your job, then do everyone else a favor and quit!!!
