Rey is your go to guy very friendly and professional... Rey is an immaculate employee!!!! Very important they are taking all CDC measurements to take care of their clients health when their visiting. James HOOKED ME UP!!! I really like my haircut!!! I remembered seeing the barbershop TRUCUTS Uptown while driving on Biscayne Blvd. I decided to do a Google search and quickly realized how reputable and professional this establishment was and/ or is.I showed around 10:10am. As I entered, the barber who was cutting immediately greeted me, and I returned the greeting. There was two men ahead of me. Soon James walked in and was able to cut my hair. He listened, was attentive and aimed to please.He was very kind, professional and funny! Humor goes a long way in this life! Soon I was able to relax and enjoy the haircut. James took his time and listened when I had concerns. If I could give 10 stars, I would! Talk about a SKILLED barber!The business was clean and well-kept! So I came in and was offered a nice drink. James whose been cutting my hair for awhile really took his time and gave me a clean cut, shave, and shampoo. It was so relaxing I fell asleep twice. Got a cup of coffee to go and was on my way. This is an amazing luxury barbershop.

Bad experience. over charged because the barber( luis) said he used the scissors to cut my sons hair and to do a line . And the worst thing is that he put a lot of hair gel and when my son take a shower, is a mess . My sons hair need more adjustment .

I walked into this shop without an appt for my nephew to get his haircut. We were greeted by Frankie. My nephew was a bit nervous because he normally doesnt switch barbers. Frankie made him feel comfortable and at ease. He took his time with his haircut, was very patient and professional, courteous and attentive. He has a welcoming spirit and he did a great job . Even though my nephew doesnt really react to his haircuts he was super happy and excited. He was feeling himself and loved his cut. Not to mention it was his birthday. He is now our new official barber. Our experience was great. I would totally recommend him for a cut. And hes handsome. 😉 Lol . As long as he is at TruCutz we will be there faithfully!!!

Best barbershop in town....Ive been getting my fade there for almost 2 years now. Nick is my barber and surgical with the blade but I would sit with any of the barbers in the shop if he wasnt around. They are all skilled.

Parking and pricing aside it was a great cut. Luis and Jeff are great. More expensive than Id like at $30 a cut though.

Stopped in after getting off the cruise ship. My boys wanted a fresh cut. They both were extremely satisfied with their final results. My boys loved how Angel and Oscar took their time with precision cutting. My husband even got his hair cut and he rarely is satisfied with barbers other than his father. He left Rays chair smiling with extreme satisfaction as well. I highly recommend these barbers as a visitor and local.

The shop is always kept very clean and you have TVs with the sports channel on for your entertainment.Barber: Nick is who i go to and i usually do the Brothers Keeper cut with him. He takes his time with you and makes sure that the minute you walk out the door you are looking sharp and are happy with his service. I rarely post negative reviews but I think people should know. The guy who cut my hair did the total opposite of what I asked for. I don’t think he actually listened because he had earbuds in and was running some sort of side business while cutting my hair. I get it, we all got to hustle but dude come on.

The music was so loud that I could barely get across what I wanted from my barber. Had to yell. Did a decent job on the fade, but when it came to the top, it seemed like he wasnt too comfortable with a pair of scissors. Overall, I would say that I disliked my cut.

Trucutz has a great and clean atmosphere! My husband and my son have been there a few times and always came back home looking fresh! My son is 5 years old and is very picky with his barbers and he actually felt comfortable at Trucutz. Keep up the great job!

They didnt understand what haircut I wanted and I even showed the guy pics and nothing. And then at the end when I payed he had no change. What kind of business is this? The tru cutz at midtown is way better, they gave me exactly what I wanted and theyre much more friendlier, plus they dont even smoke during work hours like the guys at this barbershop do.

I do not recommend you to visit this place as a tourist, they charge you $25 for a simple shape up. There is even a sign that says shapeup $10.It took the guy between 10-15 minutes to shape up.Thats really not nice.

If I could give it no stars I would i all I wanted was a rounded tape and a shape up. The barber did not know what he was doing he tried to shape my hair up like a man even after I’d asked for it to be rounded. In order to some what fix it he had to shave my hair way down. Then screwed up the line design in my hair and tried to downplay it. Never ever again
