I was refused service because of my profession. Please be aware that these types of people are out there and sadly this business has one of then. This so called a man sits in the far left chair the one who tries to looks like Eminem refused to give me service. Other barbers have always been good to me there but this person refused its service.

Great price and excellent service. Wheelchair accessible too. I read some of the old reviews but now there is a new owner and I see nothing wrong with the place. The staff is friendly and the haircuts are precise and highly detailed. It is better than the barbershops around. 10/10 I recommend it. Pepe is a great barber but I guarantee he makes sure the others do their job as well. They all are experienced. As an add-on there are plenty of places to eat nearby.

I hardly ever write a review but, I been to other barbershops near the area, and always the job is mediocre. Here they know what they are doing, they suggest styles and solutions for each individual hair. Also the designs are awesome! You can tell they like what they do, and its not just a job to them. The place itself could be a little bigger, but its not a big deal. They are friendly, always have popular music on and they have flat TVs hanging on the walls, also a pool table in the back. Very nice tiles on the floor as well. I had a great experience. Not to mention they are pretty efficient when cutting your hair.

Im in town for work and Googled Black Barber shops in the area.... I walk in and admit that I was nervous about someone other than a black guy cutting my hair. I gave Adam the opportunity and this guy cut and lined me up better than my barber back home!!!! And in less than 15 minutes!!! Im here for awhile and will definitely be back!!! Thanks.

Came to the this Barbershop by recommendation. I was told that the place is really inviting, great environment, the barbers are experienced and I should see myself with Oniel, Aniel, Ariel...I didn’t catch his correct name because after my experience I am never coming back to this place again! He is a gentleman in his 40’s, with black hair, glasses and what caught my attention the most was the Bible sitting in his station WIDE OPEN! 1st and foremost, religion, politics and work don’t mix at ALL! I was very surprised that a business so close to a university that houses a variety of people with different cultures and religious backgrounds can have and approve of such behavior of having religious things exposed to the public. I am a business owner and my employees are very well aware that we do not talk nor express politics or religion during work hours. His experience as a barber from 1-10 is a 3. He asked me what I wanted to do and that was alright. The aftermath of his job was nowhere near as to what he asked or what I wanted. He is super fast and he even nipped me behind the ear...btw he didn’t even say a word after he made me bleed. Thank you but no thank you. I am very sorry to the business owner and the other barbers for this, but I want the rest of the public to be aware of this place and what kind of barbers they have especially this guy. Wouldn’t recommend this place to no one due to my bad experience.

I was worried because I dont have the best experiences with hair cuttery places. People are always lazy and miss details or dont give you what you ask for.That being said, our man Charlie hooked it up. He gave my boyfriend an amazing cut and paid attention to all the details I was worried he was going to leave out.+ the music they play is classic rock! 🎼The reviews on this place are good in ratings but leave out what happened or why they loved it here. I hope my review helped you decide where to go! Well definitely come here again.

I had a date. I wanted to impress, so decided to get a haircut. He took the machine and ruined my hair I mean ruined! Took a huge swath off the top with the setting for the sides. Then one of the other guys got into a screaming match with me and threatened violence. These are lowlives.

I moved to the area about a year ago and got tired of driving 45 mins to my old barbershop. I arrived there around 9am and was immediately helped by Ernie. I was a bit nervous at first because changing barbers is always risky business. I was extremely pleased with my haircut and the service. It took him a bit longer, than my other barber, but the haircut was way better. I would definitely recommend this shop and barber. He earned himself a new customer.

Nice looking shop, but unfortunately some of the worst haircuts Ive ever had. Been twice, both times have left me with cuts that werent what I asked for: uneven lines, and huge gaps around my ears. Ive had to go somewhere else to fix what they had do e each time I went. So much for 2nd chances..

Have been getting haircut a this place for last 4 years or so, was usually please mostly, last time I had a haircut it was the most horrendous experience. The barber who did a horrible job on my hair is most probably in his high 20s and after I told him that i want my hair cut to medium length he used the trimmer on my hair and made them excessively short. and when I questioned him he said this was medium, and I could literally see my skull because he cut all the hair. Really bad experience.

The worst ever. Asked one of the guys to do something for me and i gave him the specific details and how to do everything and he ended up doing nothing of what i asked for! Now i have to wait for two months to look ok just because he didnt listen!!!
