My son loved this place and the lady who cut his hair. The environment was very good!!! From now on, he’ll do his hair cuts there!!!
Tony is the man. Got my haircut today with him and it’s perfect. Super cool dude, will definitely be coming back with him any time I’m in town!
Wow. I’ve been here for a little over a year and nothing but feeling like family here. Not only that, but the cleanliness is superb, even the bathrooms are clean. Love the fact Danny calls your name personally and asks about your day and remembers certain things from your last conversation.
I moved to Pembroke Pines 2.5 years ago. I used to go to Frank at Primos before I moved. In the 2.5 years I’ve gone to 9 different barbers and NO ONE comes close to doing as good as Frank.I made the decision after last haircut to drive the 45 miles now to go back to Primos and go to Frank EVERY time I need a haircut. He’s the best haircut I’ve had.Whatever money he is making there isn’t enough. He needs a raise.
Customer service at its finest. Everyone is really nice and welcoming. Elky is the best and has been my sons barber for a while now and she always gives him good cuts.
Always a great haircut, good friendly service. Great spot!
All the barbers here are very good. They make an effort to recruit and retain top notch barbers. My son and I drive across town to go here.
Santis was my barber, first time and last, i asked for a fade cut and the results was an uneven cut, when i went home and look closely I have long hairs all over the place. Sorry but I wont return to that place.
Been coming here now for almost two years! Such a great, chilled and professional environment. Prices are great, especially with a membership they have.
Santi is the man. Best barber shop in town for grown men.
Unfortunately my barber and good friend passed away, may he rest In peace, and I was forced to look for another barber. I was brushing off getting a haircut because I just wasnt ready after getting a haircut with the same barber for 9 years. When I finally decided to get a haircut, I looked for a high end place and found this one so I decided to try it out. The experience was pretty AWFUL. First I showed a picture to the guy and he barely looked at it for 2 seconds and said yea yea, I know what that is, so he started cutting my hair and just started chopping away with no structure. He would just cut here and there and come back and so on. I then asked him if he could wash my hair at the end because he wasnt going to and he said yes, but unfortunately he couldnt wash hair, he basically left my hair full of shampoo and just got a wet towel and wiped the shampoo off. He asked if I liked the haircut and I said not really because it was way too short and he responded with it looks short because its wet, but when its dry it will look longer which makes no sense! I have some longer pieces and some shorter pieces throughout my hair. Then I went on to pay $24 for this TERRIBLE service. This is the same service you receive at a cheap Hialeah hair salon and pay 7 dollars for. Expected way more. Wanted to post some pictures of the horrible haircut but the system wont allow it.
Great, classic barbershop atmosphere. All the barbers do a great job, but if you want a pomp or lines go to Tony, hes the best. The shop utilities an app to schedule appointments and its crazy easy and stress free fit your cut into your day. This is the only shop I go to.
You guys give insane haircuts
Great haircuts! Good luck finding a time slot! They’re usually booked 100% Thursday through Saturday.
The service from Santi its great great, and always clean
Great place!! Clean, sophisticated, and friendly. They fit us in at the last minute. When I called they were booked up until closing, but the receptionist called us back to let us know they could see us if we could make it there by a certain time. That is great customer service. The price is also exceptional. Includes neck and shoulder massage, a drink, shampoo, conditioner, and haircut. Will be back.
Very nice open salon that does not have deafening music. Old fashioned decor with barbers in uniform, drinks are offered, personal TVs, and a discount system that is a no brainer should you visit several times a year. Very nice and you can make appointments in advance.
Simply put, I just got the best haircut in the last 20yrs at Primos! The service is top notch and the experience cannot be surpassed. I also took advantage of Richs blade skills and enjoyed a smooth straight razor shave that, in my opinion, also took 5 yrs. off my weary face. Dont wait till your next haircut, do yourself a favor and stop in ASAP even if it is just to get a shoeshine!
Great atmosphere, Santi is a professional stylist, very grateful.
After reading some online reviews about a stylist at Primos named Frank, my husband made a first appointment with him. When he arrived for his appointment he was told that Frank was not there and was passed off on another stylist. She gave him a rush job haircut and he came home with the top half of his head in a buzz cut and the other half was 3” long. It was the WORST haircut I have ever seen. He looks hysterical and he will have to wear a hat until it grows out. If Frank was not going to be in that day, they should have called and let him have the choice of keeping the appointment.Update: The owner did reach out to apologize and make things right. It is understandable that a stylist can have a bad day. It’s just unfortunate that this was the first appointment so there are no others to judge by. It is appreciated that he did try to accommodate.
The best place in Miami, great service, clean you can make appointment online or with their app. All the stylist are good but Tony is my man and the man for a quality haircut
Great service, phone app to book your service! Or call in of course. Friendly staff! Plan ahead but sometimes i get away with last minute booking.
Walked in 30min to close, tried to get a quick easy cut (low fade) or a edge up. Front desk girl was very nice and tried to help me but, barbers didnt want to take any more clients. Two in the chair and one Barber sitting waiting for a client that was late. Whats the point of an establishment if Barbers are to lazy to take more clients on? Do they not want to take my money?
Great job. Great hair cut. Minimal wait time. Will come here again.
Nice place, clean friendly atmosphere. Came on a Thursday around 5pm and wasnt too busy at all. Was greeted promptly and was in and out in like 30 mins. Recommended
I came here to this barber shop and it was good service.
Very good barber shop!! Excellent service and Sandra is the best!! I have been going there for 7 years!!
This place was recommended to me by a good friend. he also heard about it from a friend. its a nice place, they offer you a beverage whilst you wait and they offer a few services: barber, shave, shoe shine.since day one, ive only ever cut my hair with Robert. hes a cool dude and hes meticulous. i highly recommend you go to him. tell him what youre looking for and hell sort you out.you can make appointments online and theres a membership that saves you 5 bux on anything over 20. pretty good deal, as the membership pays itself off after three cuts.
Ive been coming here for almost two years. Can make reservations or walk in as necessary. Coffee, water, or sodas are offered to customers as they wait. Plenty of services and products to purchase.
Love the barbers there they are friendly and can do a good hecking job!
Walked in, didn’t get the guys name but after he was done cutting and I asked for my cut to be shorter he said he couldn’t because I wasn’t specific enough for him (pretty much blaming me) - he didn’t ask for more specificity but yet wasn’t accommodating. Very rude and an unpleasant visit. He also didn’t clean up all of the hair on my face
The best place to ge tr a cut. Always professional and clean.
The owner is really cool
Always a great hair cut and Shave, ask for Rosie.
Tony is who I always go with. Great guy and always does a great job. Closed on sundays. Parking is crowded but there is a lot on the roof which is usually open
Excellent service
I am totally through and downgrading my review to 1 star. After suffering the awful haircut I got from Frank, I would reserve saying anyone but Frank. Today, I went in at noon, place empty so there was no rush for anyone. Patricia, I believe is her name, was my hairdresser. I was super-specific: not too short on the sides, shorter on the top, the back as is, just trim it rounder.Whoosh! The first trimmer cut almost shave the entire side of my head. How can one even do anything after that? So I wound up: sides of the head almost shaved, top a it longer than the side, back shaved. The exact opposite of what I had requested. For all his good intentions, Danny, the owner who by the way is a great guy, just cant control his staff. Most of the time they are shouting across the different chairs with gossip and all that with each other; then there is absolutely no training, so you get these episodes of people truly not listening to a single word that the client says.My wife cracked up when I came home. All she could say was thank god you have great hair and it will grow back.I had a better haircut at the Supercut on Biscayne Blvd. and around NW 14th Street, where the Publix is, which is near my office.Im done.
Quick and easy with friendly staff. Never had a cut I didnt like.
Very nice and clean store .. lovely staff .. I didnt have an appointment and they managed to stick me in .. Best place if you want to have a nice haircut/bear trim. I wouldnt hesitate for a moment to recommend it for anyone else.
Good service and super friendly
I normally dont write reviews, but in this particular case, I think it merits. For many years I have been looking for a decent haircut place. I finally found it!!! It has been about 6 months that I have been coming here, and wanted to wait some time to ensure I had enough information to provide an accurate review and it was based just on first impressions. The place is impecable, while you wait, they offer you coffe, water and other refreshments. The waiting area is in perfect condition, barber chairs are comfortable, clean and they dont look like other places that they look like they are about to break and fall apart. The barbers tools are clean and sterilized to avoid passing diseases. It gives pleasure when you seat at the station while the haircut is performed to see the barbers station clean, perfect and organized. Every station has its own TV for your enjoyment while the haircut is done. The best part. The customers are always returning customers, you see the same faces where everybody knows everybody. The barbers are extremely professional, friendly and courteous.I have the pleasure of having Rosie as my barber, and shes amazing. I can easily say she is the first haircut person that has been able to find the perfect cut for me. She will spend the necesay time to make sure the cut is perfect and to your satisfaction. Extremely detailed and picky making sure the cut ends perfectly. She goes above and beyond. She does eyebrows, neck and ears detailing if necessary. She finishes with wash. She is always suggesting ideas that may make you look better or type of cuts that will match your style and face.Congratulations to the owner for creating this place and having the vision to do something different on a poor serviced industry. I would highly recommend Primos Barber Shop and make sure to ask for Rosie.
Hi quality staff, good customer service
Best customer service. Always on time. Very clean
A mans barbershop. Dark Wood. Sports on TV. The straight razor shave is great. No bs political chatter here like at the cuban barbershops.
Great staff and service
Great spot, love going here for a haircut. Tony and Rosie are great.
Been going here for a few years. Friendly staff, always timely.
They close at 6pm... but in reality close before like 15mins before . Very disappointed came rushing to get a quick trim not even cut but they refused to help even after offering to tip them well.
Excellent service and very friendly staff. A bit pricey for my taste though :/ $47 for a haircut...
Great cuts, good vibes. Just pricey
I get my haircut every week. So my blowout stays looking good. My barber doesnt work on mondays. So i went to check out primos. Their service is nice im not gonna lie but their prices are way too high. My blowout was good just a little touch and it was $25 and i always tip $5 so i ended up paying $30 for a 15 minute cut.. Horrible prices.
Best barber shop in town!!
Great place! Very professional and clean. Ask for Christina!
Great services, I went with my husband las week
Best barber in jup the barbers are nice af and there hair cuts are dope
Nice and professional team.
I decided to check out primos based on the reviews found. My initial impression was that this place could replace my current go-to barbershops. Friendly service, exceptionally clean, and decent location. But when I sit back and think about my experience, it really doesnt compare to the high end barbershops Im accustomed to.The free drink. Its water, coke, or diet coke. Not really impressed when many other barbershops serve an actual shot of whiskey or beer. I was a bit surprised by this, seeing as other reviews mentioned ohh I got a drink. I believe Razzle Dazzle, Mankind, Klips, and Tommys all serve alcohol included with the cost of a haircut. My haircut is rather simple, a fade (2-3 on top with a 1 on the sides). The hair cut was well done and the tapes were done with a straight razor. According to the website, it was supposed to come with neck and shoulder massage but the barber had another appointment and couldnt fit this in. Left me an ehh impression.Shave is were I think this place fell short. It was nice, and I had a good time talking with the barber, but it is nothing that can compare to other barbershops Ive been to. Normally, theyll apply hot towels on your face before the shave to loosen the pores. Instead, this place applies beard chemical softener followed by hot shaving cream. The shave was fairly close. As I got home, I had to grab my shaver and pass over a few areas such as the mouth, near the nose, etc. Many barbershops normally finish up a shave with a simple pass through with a safety razor to catch the hard to reach areas... but no biggie but worth a mention. If you do compare the closeness of the shave, higher end barbershops leave absolutly no friction on your face. As Im typing this and running my hand through the check I can feel short stuble in select few areas. Once the shave was complete, the barber then applied the hot towel followed by a cold one. This was most enjoyable. At the end of the haircut and shave came the shampoo and conditioner. Pretty standard and nothing to note. I believe it was Crew brand.Pros- Friendly service- Clean location- Modern facility with TVs at every stationCons- Trying to imitate higher end barbershops with free drink- post shave hot towel instead of pre shave- closeness of shave- scheduling should allow enough time for each clientI would definitely go again for a haircut but I would rather go somewhere else for the shave.
Great experience, Ill be back for sure.
Great place, great staff.
Great area, service, and quality of barbers. Businessshould expand north.
Best barber shop in Miami hands down
Clean, comfortable and friendly. Typically a wait, reservation suggested.
Great service and excellent quality!
Great hair cut!
Awesome service.
The barber called Frank is extremely disrespectful, don’t go
Glad I found this place. Go see Frank if you need a classic cut.
Robert is the man! He is fast and very professional, but above all the guy is an artist with his hair cutting instruments.
Great place.
Great barbershop!
Nothing special...
Spectacular site.Special attention.Frank is the best barber Ive ever had. Very professional.I recommend this exceptional barbershop!
Good price and they style well
Fast and clear feel
Excellent barber. Mike is the best and I cut my hair as I asked. I will return in two weeks.
I call to the cousins barbershop and I asked to the front desk for Spanish and she said that she do speak Spanish but she was telling everything in English. When I got to the place I asked for a eyebrows cut and he doesnt do that, then I asked how much is going to be and a its $$ 25 $$ crazy. That bad attention and that prices and they dont do the eyebrows cut, that crazy.I call the cousins hairdresser and asked the Spanish reception and she told me that she doesnt speak Spanish but she was telling everything in English. When I arrived at the place and asked for a cut eyebrows and he does not, then I wondered how much he is going to be and how crazy $$ 25 $$. That bad attention and that prices and that do not cut eyebrows, so crazy.
