Adam and his team are top notch professionals, very knowledgeable and overall great customer service. I happened to just drive by and pull in. I asked for some help with my Porsche 911 tire. With no appointment he took me right in, solved my problem and send me off within an hour. While I was there he gave me tons of tips about my car and showed me the shop. Great people and service. I took my wife’s 2013 Range Rover for service and everything was great. I took her new one to get checked out the day I was buying it and instead of trying to fleece me they told me I should take it back to the dealer because the suspension was doing something that wasn’t normal. Most places would have tried to get the $3000 repair but these guys were honest and this is why they have my business.

I had Specialty Car Services replace the overflow coolant tank on my 1997 Porsche Boxster. I had diagnosed the problem on my own, but didn’t have the necessary equipment to do it myself. Adam gave me an estimate and confirmed my diagnosis. They had the car for less than 48 hours and completed this very involved repair with OEM parts within range of original estimate. I was very pleased with their communication and work and will definitely take my Porsche back to them for future service.

I called this business to have two dents repaired. The guy on the phone seemed ok and even gave me a discount for being military. So we set up the repair for a Saturday as he said it would take 4 to 5 hours and during the week I dont have that kind of availability. He said they would be at my home at 11am. I called and spoke with them 3 times, each time the guy had a different excuse and said hed call me back, that never happened. Needless to say they never ended up showing or calling thus wasting 5 hours of my Saturday that I couldve been out with my family. The next day (Sunday) I texted the gentleman and told him I thought it was inconsiderate and unprofessional the way he conducted business. He replied there on their way, and again I never saw or heard from them again. I cant rate their work because it didnt even get that far but that alone says a lot. Its incredible that someone doing business like this still makes it in the business. Before mine, he has 9 ratings, and you can bet your bottom dollar at least half are his family members and friends.
I cant say enough good things about these guys. Ive been taking my cars to them for about 2 years now and they are legitimate. Very honest car people in South Florida, which is rare. They once quoted me a price for a brake job, and came back with a lower final price when the work was done because they didnt use all they parts they thought they would. Extremely honest business!
Professional guys, they gave me the scope on how the car was going to be repaired and how long its going to take. I was assisted by Adam and now that my car is finished, it looks brand new. I dont care what the other negative feedback backs are but I highly recommend them in repairing your car.Update: after a Year you can see their lies, they told me they were going to replace the parts instead of putting bondo on it, but clearly you can see they didnt replace it. also they never replace my window like they said they would.

EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED!! I took my car (a new car) to have ONLY a medium size dent on the rear bumper fix (done by a Valet parking)..this car had no other issues beside the rear bumper... Story short...I ended up with dents all over the car, I HAVE PICTURES TO PROVE ALL THIS ....entire left side of the car had to be painted (not only once but twice), first time paint was dripping on door, very visible dent on the hood, a broken windshield (which they replaced with an after market LOW QUALITY windshield), broken and replaced front passenger glass, gaskets painted all over, passenger handles scratched, paint on left side of car was buffered so many times to hide all damage they caused that the top coat (clear coat) was removed.. No wonder the first time I went to supposedly pick up the finished car the I guess owner asked me If I had purchased this car new, a question I found to be out of place... Now I can put things together....It is not only the damage that was done to my car, but the fact is that, to this point they have NOT COME CLEAR to say what exactly happened to my car. I only got these kind of answers I dont know what happened to your car or It is what it is, but that someone was fired because of this.. So they do know what happened, but they preferred to hide the truth from customer...They were not honest enough to tell me the left side of the car had to be painted for whatever reason, I had to find out on my own...LOW QUALITY, LIARS...EVERYTHING WAS LIE AFTER LIE.....I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. They tried to fix as much as they could but their quality is HORRIBLE. Unfortunately my car was taken here by the valet parking, not my choice. I would have taken it other shops like Charlies Paint & Body Shop where Service & Quality is excellent..............This experience was a nightmare!In response to your comment posted two months ago:About the rental, it was the valet parking responsibility to provide me with a vehicle since they were the ones who damaged my vehicle; thats why my car ended up with you guys. My complaint is about all the lies that I was told by all of you guys and the low quality job. I was never informed of anything that happened to the car. I had to find out on my own!!!! And how did I find out?? Cause you guys forgot to replace the tinted film on the front windshield and passenger door. Is that proper? NO. You do not lie to your customers!!!!!!!! About all the damage that was done to my car while at your shop that is 100% your responsibility for leaving my car outside during a hurricane. When I left my car at your shop I asked if my car was going to be left outside and your response was No, we will never do that, we have a huge shop and we will make sure all the cars are covered that was not the case at all . The service you guys provided was TERRIBLE and If you want pictures I can post them for you to see. To this date Im still finding parts that are missing on my car (right kick panel on rear door). The fact that you guys had no electricity during hurricane is no reason for you guys to lie to your customers and to provide such a low quality job & parts. About being offered to reinspect everything once you guys were back in operation with power and internet that was not the case, that is a LIE......I went back to you guys three times after my car was completed. One, to have the paint fixed, and two times to have the tinted film back on. By the way very unprofessional for you guys to call me a few weeks after, not to apologize but to ask me to have my review/post removed because that will affect your business... IT IS WHAT IT IS!
