They did some great work on my car. Bags to coils after my compressor failed for the last time. It didnt look easy, but they did good.

I bought a Benz SL and found paperwork from the previous owner from Karls German Auto.I had a problem with the convertible roof and spoke with Mike. He had an appointment for the next morning. I took it in and he explained the problem.Upon picking up my car, he showed me the part that was bad and gave me a very fair price.I can see why the previous Mercedes owner used him consistently. He was very friendly, efficient, professional and extremely competent with Mercedes cars.I would highly recommend contacting Mike for your Mercedes repairs but he also does repairs on other luxury cars. If you are in the south Miami area, I would call him.

Been using this place for 8yrs now and I have always had great service. My vehicles have been repair properly, Ive never had to come back for the same problem. I highly recommend this place!

Mike has been my mechanic since 1996 when I used to work at a warehouse across the street from him. He has always been honest and up front with issues/repairs/costs. Most importantly, when he fixes my car the issue never reappears, he actually fixes it the way it should be repaired (no band-aids). Cant express how much I appreciate the team at Karls German Auto tremendously and cant recommend them enough.

Total lack of care for the customer. Doesnt return calls, doesnt work with schedules and doesnt care if you use his service, Only has 1 lift so, can work on only 1 car at a time. DONT GO HERE.

Super bad costumer service, they dont answer phone calls, they dont have a schedule they close the doors at whatever time they want and also they dont return calls.....dont go there.....

Pick somewhere else to go to get your car fixed.
