Job was done poorly 😫 can not belive that trust a breabd new car to this guy. Couldnt fix a smal dent a proper way.

Amazing service. Truly honest and hardworking people. Came in with a peeling Corolla, the owner, Damian, gave me a solid, fair price for a paint/body restoration job, and I accepted. Within a week, the car was done and it looked like it just came out of the dealer. Apart from the tremendous work the team did, the service was above and beyond. Damian and his team did everything in their power to make sure that I was happy with their work. If I ever need any more work done to my car, these are the guys Ill be looking to.

I was Highly Recommended to this Body Shop so I took my car here because someone rear ended my Mercedes, Im really glad I went to the right place. Because Im extremely satisfied with the service and quality of the work. They put me on a rental while my car was being fixed, my car was ready 2 days before the promised time and when I got my car back it seemed like nothing had ever happened. Fantastic service, quality all around. We were out of towners and had some trouble with our rental car. The kind owner of the shop fixed it for us free of cost and sent us on our way. This is how a small business is supposed to operate., very courteous and quick! They are convenient and dont make you waste half a day to get a simple job done! . Extremely pleased with D Auto Groups services! Repairs were completed quicker than expected. Their customer service is top notch from the moment your car arrives to the moment you drive off the lot. Did not know that my car could look better now than when I first purchased it, but they made that possible.

DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE.I have a luxury car and these people only made it worse. I was stripped off parts of my BMW, the parts that were supposedly replaced (bumper,hood and door) were only repaired.When I asked for proof that he replaced my door he couldnt even provide me with valid invoices.The paint job to my hood was horrible and now I have a bubble. The paint job on my door was incomplete as well.The customer services absolutely sucks. The owner Damian is super unprofessional and never gave me a straight answer.He had my car in the shop for a MONTH and when I finally got it back, the work looked rushed and as the aforementioned, the work done, was absolutely horrible. There were parts that werent even placed on right and instead of fixing it because is OBVIOUS that is not placed on right..they just left it there.

D Auto Group by far, does the best body work in town. They are quick, efficient, and the work is flawless. I own a rental car company, and I send all of my repair jobs to D Auto Group. I would recommend this shop to all of South Florida vehicle owners.

I really felt like I came to the right place. They were very kind, worked me into their schedule quickly, did great work at a great price. Kindness, honesty, service, quality, value, this was a great experience.

I’ll begin by saying the actual body work was fine the quality of the paint job was acceptable. The main problem I had was that I requested a custom grill which Damian was ok with but had to order from China and after 6 months I never got it. After 6 months of excuses he ended up refunding me the money but it was a nightmare.This grill was delayed in delivery so he asked me to come pick up my car and come back when the grill arrived which I was ok with. I return my rental car and drive over to pick my car and the paint job is on a few runs but nothing major I was content. I go to get in my car and see that the head rest collision system had not been reset and my headrests are still popped out. His body shop guy had no idea what they were so had to wait for him to arrive. He gets there try’s to put them back but can’t manually so I need to leave my car and go get into a rental again. I go pick up my car the second time at the end of November.I don’t hear from him for 2 months then on January 24th ask about the grill and he says “oh yes must be there laying in my shop. On January 30th I ask him if I can come get it installed he says he’ll call me to schedule it. On February 7th I hit him back up and he says he will have someone reach out to me but never does. This goes on almost daily until February 20th when he finally tells me that the “grill was there so long they can’t find it”, allegedly he had to fire someone for loosing the grill and reorders it.I basically have to hit him up daily to get any info out of him he ignores my texts and when I try to call him he reply’s with a text giving me an excuse saying he’s out of town or some BS. Finally on April 5th he says he reorders the grill. That grill never showed up and he was never able to provide tracking for that order. He finally agreed to pay me the money my insurance paid him so I could go order the grill my self. It took me 2 weeks of constant texts and excuses to get that refund. Literally the worst customer service I have ever recieved.

I was highly recommended to D Auto Group and was extremely satisfied with the finished product. Dropped off my car on a Tuesday and picked it up on Friday. Friendly staff, I would definitely recommend them to everyone I know!!

Best Body Shop in South Florida, I had the best experience ever. I dropped off my wrecked 2014 Ford Mustang on a Saturday, and got a call from the owner himself Thursday telling me Geico had come out for supplement already and vehicle would be ready to be picked up Monday afternoon. All together 9 days to repair and repaint entire front end of my vehicle. They are on top of eveeything, owner had Enterprise pick me up at the shop when I firsted dropped it off at there shop. He also made sure Geico would give me a similar vehicle. They gave me a 2016 Dodge Challenger for 9 days, that was extra nice. All in all, I must say these guys at D Auto Group really will take over the industry with service like this which is uncomparable to the last time I crashed and my car sat at a shop for close to 2 months. I am not one to write much reviews but this company really deserved me taking the time to do so. I would personally reccomend D Auto Group to anyone in South Florida in need of Collision Repair Services.
