We have purchase 3 pick-ups from Vance, 2013 Ram 1500, 2017 Ford F250, 2020 Ram 1500. Treated with respect and feel we purchased quality vehicles. Recently tried to trade in 2020 Ram. In the month long process we have found the truck we wanted to trade for on sister lot in Perry Oklahoma. Come to find out Miami Ford and Perry do not work well together so no deal was made. Also was told not to contact Perry because Miami dealer wouldn’t get credit for the sale. We then found truck on the Miami lot that had been for sale for month. (think salesman Stevie should had let us know that truck like we ask for was on there lot) When ask he said he wasn’t aware of it but when he got caught up he would let us know. That was a Monday, on Tuesday we made the 30 minute drive to test drive the truck. The truck then needed to go to shop for minor repair. Late Wednesday we were told it was fixed. We asked to get trade quote and we were told when he got caught up he would talk with Donny. Another day has passed Thursday we had offer on our trade and we countered. We heard nothing so Saturday morning we contacted the finance department. Very poor communication. I ask for Donny to have his Boss call me. He said he would. (never got call) The truck that we were in the middle of buying was sold out from under us then when asked was lied to about it. We were told that we could get newer one with less miles and without body damage for the same payment. Supposedly all ready found truck (on different lot, and not able to look at it in person). Never heard back. I reached out for the last time to see where we stood on trade. We are at week and half just on this last attempt. They have made us feel like we was a bother to them. I absolutely would go somewhere else. Also used to have vehicle serviced at Ford (my 2020 Ram) because I really liked the shop. Theo (shop manager) has now left. Not even close to the same shop atmosphere. It has been very draining and very dissatisfying experience. I gave two star just because of previous experiences. If just rating off of this last visit would have been under one star if possible.

My husband and I broke down, on the interstate, outside of Miami, OK. Thank you Kevin, Chris, Shawn and Thelma. Thelma drove us to our hotel, Shawn brought the wallet, that was left in the car. Chris stayed late to work on the car and Kevin was as nice as could be, keeping us informed. We were on the road much quicker than expected as Shawn picked us up, from our hotel the next morning. We couldnt have broken down at a better spot. The team at Vance Ford was extraordinary and kind which made a stressful event almost enjoyable!

Had my car for weeks working on my brakes. 2 days after picking it up it starts say low brake fluid. Brake pedal still goes to the floor and it feels like they are rubbing on something and the rear shakes when I stop.

We get our vehicles serviced here, visit Theo and Shawn. They are honest, great at what they do, reasonably priced, yet somehow they still manage to leave us laughing or in a good mood even after they took our money so I would say their customer service is on point.

I was in the market for a Ford F250 Limited and found a deal on one here at Vance Ford. I was a little nervous about buying a $70k truck sight unseen since I live in St. Louis, MO but my salesman Stevie Nowlin was great at answering all of my questions and the pictures they posted on their site were excellent quality. I found it from talking with Stevie that the truck was actually at another Vance dealership in the Oklahoma City area but he arranged a driver to bring the truck to Miami, OK for me to pick up. I had an excellent experience buying my truck. Everyone at the dealership is super friendly and truly caring. They even followed up the next morning to make sure I got home safely since it was a late drive home. I would highly recommend this dealership even if you are an out of town buyer needing an extra layer of trust.

Since purchasing my F150 in 2017 I have used this service department. I take my truck in for regular/routine maintenance and have found them to be friendly, professional, and courteous. I use the online scheduling method and have never experienced any issues. I show up on time and they are always ready for me and get me in and out quickly. At the 25,000 mile service they gave me a heads up that the 30,000 mile service would be more extensive and more costly. I appreciated the heads up which allowed me to plan my finances accordingly. I highly recommend them.

I was able to do my loan application online and finish up at the dealer. I went one day to test drive and took the night to fully decide and not make a impulse decision. A bit to expensive.

Stevie Nowlin is the guy to go to! He will work and work to make sure you are 100% happy. He goes out of his way to do everything that he can to find the car you are wanting, but is in no way pushy about it! He is very friendly and looks to build a good relationship with customers. I bought a 2019 Ford Escape and he had it pulled inside the dealership, detailed, and had it ready to go with a custom “reserved for Kaylee Pruitt” sign on the rear view mirror! He is quick to respond to text messages and is Johnny on the spot with everything! If you want a great experience, relationship, and price, I highly recommend going to Stevie!

Paid over 2000.00 getting the air conditioner fixed in my car. Its been almost 5 months and it quit. Took it back and now they want 610.00 to put a new condensor because they say it was clogged. Only 1553.00 was to have the air fixed. I feel like i was totally screwed by this company. I will try never to go back and try to make sure everyone knows that their a rip off

They had a truck we were interested in purchasing. When I called about it they couldnt find it. A couple days later they found it, it had been in Perry. I was told it was a great truck. My husband and a friend went to look at it this past weekend and it had quite a few issues. After test driving it my husband noticed a leak under it, they tried to tell him it was water from the AC, after getting underneath it and actually looking it was anti-freeze. The driver seat was broken and the back windows wouldnt roll down. I wouldnt trust what they say about being a good car. They also low-balled us on our trade in, our trade books for over 13k and they only offered 7k. They werent willing to negotiate at all. I wont be car shopping with them again any time soon.

Have purchased many vehicles from here. Im done! Worst place to purchase a vehicle. Took 4 months for title. They said they would pay penalty for tag. 6 months later still nothing. My newest purchase is working out the same. Only difference isThe truck i bought has been in shop 2 times in first week. Do not buy here. There are places that will take care of you with more than lip service. And it cracks me up to see the dealerships response to negative feedback. They ask you to call to discuss matter. I believe id be calling my customer instead of asking them to call me.

Signed the papers to buy a used car yesterday. Got a call today saying they sold it to someone else. They claim it was a mistake on their end. Personally believe they got a few bucks more from someone else and sold it out from under me. Not sure if they are dishonest or just stupid. Buyer Beware.
