Courteous and professional!! My car was experiencing electrical issues and I knew the problem was going to be tricky to diagnose but Galceran Auto fixed and solved the problem! Anthony was so kind, he kept me updated and informed at all times! The service was reasonably priced as I expected to pay MUCH MORE!! 10/10 recommend.

Every time I do business at Galceran, I ALWAYS walk away a happy customer. To say they give great customer service is the understatement of the year. Roger is a very competent and professional mechanic. He received my car from a AAA tow truck for a flat tire and was able to correct the problem immediately. His shop is very clean and well-equipped. He takes his time with his customers to explain the problem and gives advice on preventative actions to take. I highly recommend his services.

Dont bring your car here theyll tell u its one thing and its really another. All my car needed was gas they said it was an $800 fuel pump. So since they r so pathetic and desperate they still wanted to charge me $200 for labor. Terrible place to bring your car

Ive been here various times to service my 2012 mini van. This time it was for a routine oil change. The staff (Roger, Fernando and another mechanic I cant remember the name of) was friendly as usual and got me back on the street real quick. Prices still seem to me a bit higher than some competitors, having said that I havent had troubles so far with the works they provided; going to the cheapest place may not result in the best outcome.

The quality of service is incredible. They are always friendly and welcome. They will always be honest about the work needing to be performed and will make sure that it is done with 100% quality. Regardless of the amount of work needing to be done, they have a quick turnaround service that will always leave you satisfied and become a loyal customer. Roger and his team of employees are the best.

I do not know when the other gentlemen went but I have never had a bad experience at Galceran. They are not the cheapest, but they guarantee their work, and are very professional. I am a bother as a customer as I want to know EVERYTHING they are doing and why. Roger never minds answering my questions, or showing me the read outs if I want. They are straightforward, and try their best to work with me. If you want to be super cheap, go to some shady shop your cousins uncles best friends nephew works at. If you want it fixed right the first time, Galceran is the place.

The last time I went to the shop, my car was so damaged that Roger recommended that I not spend the money for a repair, therefore advising me to buy another car. Before I can tell you about the amazing service I received, let me tell you a bit of history with my car. I was leaving on vacation for about two weeks, so l left my car with another shop I USED to go to. I asked them to fix my front suspension and just to check the car for any other problems since Im usually with my three year old son. After I came back to Miami I picked up my car: they said my car had no other problems. Literally one day of having my car back it stopped working. I had it towed back to the original shop. My car was in the shop for three weeks and they still could not tell me what was going on with my car. All they said was that it might be my computer or distributor. The owner told me he tested four new distributors and two computers, but the car still wasnt working. I thought my car was dead, now I thought I had to spend money I didnt have on buying a new car (YIKES!) Fed up and upset I complained to one of my friends, who recommended me to Galceran Auto Electric (the one at the Mobile Gas Station 11900 SW 8th Street). Im not gonna lie at first I was a little skeptical, the first shop said they were experts so if they cant fix it who can, am I right? WRONG! Realizing I had nothing else to lose I had my car towed out of the first shop and sent to Galceran and with in two days I had my car! If the first shop was an expert then Im starting to think Roger and Yancarlos are sent here by the mechanic gods! Not only was my car running with in such a short amount of time but they also informed me that my tie rod ends were left loose. That was work that was done at the first shop! To think about what could have happened to me and my son if they didnt spot that is truly horrifying! I truly loved the service I received in this shop! I will recommend this shop to any and EVERY one I can! Its refreshing to find people who actually remember what customer service is and who go above whats expected!

I had a great result when I took my car in for overheating and trouble starting. Roger Sosa was able to diagnose the problem when others told me they couldnt figure it out and showed no fear in tackling the problem. I shopped his estimate around and even though he wasnt the cheapest or themost expensive he offerred the best warranty. I was impressed that I car my car back so quickly and the estimate was exactly what i was quoted. Keep it up fellas!

This guys wanted to charge me 600 doll for a mechanic work plus 100 doll for only put the scanner on it. I paid 100 for the scaner and towed my car to an other mechanic place where I was charge 300 dollar for the same job.This is a veeerryyy spensive place.
