It was the worst experience of my life I am 64 years old and I could say not to go to this place ever.. the owner Eric has a very bad attitude disrespectful kept my car the whole day from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. he was supposed to fix some things but he charged me $110!!! And he didnt do any repairs he told me that I needed a tune-up and a couple of other things ..he was supposed to send me a estimate and its been 5 days Im still waiting I hope somebody read this this guys the worst of my life!!!

Erich has been working on my 2004 Z4 for 5 years now. He never disappoints. The work is done quickly and properly with fair pricing. He tells me when I dont need to worry about things. Importantly, he stands behind his work! He is just excellent. Honesty, fair pricing and integrity. What more does one want from a automobile shop?

I have read the other reviews here and find it hard to believe some of them went to the same shop as I did. I brought my F150 in Monday morning and had it ready for me same day, and this included putting in a new radiator among other things. This is the third time I have taken a vehicle there, and every time they were more than pleasant to deal with, and at a much lower price than expected. The service and value were fantastic every time. I cannot imagine going elsewhere and would recommend Erichs to friends and family.

Erich was very nice and attentive. The guy worked on my Jaguar xj8 and he was well recommended. I put full faith in him and his team. Sometimes in life, all we have is trust.

I have a 2008 BMW 650i and have taken it to several foreign car specialist to diagnose and fix a problem with the brakes. After what seemed to be an endless quest to find a competent honest mechanic and thousands of dollars spent getting nowhere, I was referred to Erichs Car Care. What a breath of fresh air. Erich looked at my car and told me he needed to have my car for a few days to diagnose the problem and he would notify me before he did anything of his findings and what the repairs would cost. I left the car and when I was called back by Erich, he told me he had identified the problem, repaired it and to come and pick it up. When I picked up my car, Erich explained everything to me and my bill was about a fraction of what I expected. Weeks later, I now can write this review and say that |Erich is REAL DEAL! My BMW drives perfect and Erich is the reason for that. I highly recommend Erichs Car Care to anyone that has a foreign car that is out of warrantee and wants an honest mechanic that knows how to fix anything that is wrong with your car.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND !!Great mechanic, I have a 2003 Audi Allroad which has a very complex 2.7L Twin Turbo engine. The car has had a mystery slow cooling system leak for over 3 years and 4 different other mechanics tried to fix it, but failed. The whole cooling system had been replaced yet the slow cooling system leak could not be cured. It was a mystery leak that had other qualified mechanics stunted, until Erich got a hold of it. I dont know if Erichs tenacity and refuse to loose mentality took over, or maybe hes just simply a genius, but he actually found the hidden mystery problem and fixed it! I am very grateful because he actually saved my car and gave it a new lease on life. I also want to mention how appreciative I am for his consideration when it came time to pay because he saved me a lot of money by charging me a fraction of what i was expecting and willing to pay.Thank you Erich, you definitely have earned my business for all future work and I obviously HIGHLY RECOMMEND Erichs Car Care.Juan Puig

Because I know the mechanics and they re AWESOME.

I feel very saddened by the service I received with this mechanic. Three times I had to go back for the same problem, and this man had the audacity to call me a liar saying that there was a different problem, and that I had to be charged for their time. Also the pieces they were charging me for were three times the price that I found them online. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else. If I am coming in for a full checkup which I am paying 80 dollars for I expect a full checkup not a half ass check up, and later tell me that its a new problem when it never was. They didnt bother to check in the beginning.

I took my Mercedes Benz that it would Not start the guy Erich told me I needed a fuel pump told him to do it Only later to find out all it needed was a fuel pump relay the scammer really be careful Youll better be off going anywhere else and I heard he does not pay his employees I overheard a conversation with him and one of his employees the employee was complaining that it was 3 weeks overdue and still not getting paid STAY AWAY from that place ERICH RIPOFF CARE
