I worked with Ricardo purchasing our 2020 cadillac escalade esv. Due to work hours and our location we didnt get to the dealership until 20 minutes before close and we wanted to test drive the vehicle. Ricardo never once rushed us and took ample time to show us all the features despite going into his personal time. Additionally when we found a couple small hiccups in the process after we signed the deal, Ricardo fought for us every step of the way even personally driving to the UPS store to send us an item that had unintentionally been left out. We have had SEVERAL VERY poor interactions with other dealers and I can honestly say that this interaction was by far our best. Ricardo has earned our business for life because he is a man of his word and fought to make sure we were 100% satisfied... which we are.

I wouldn’t recommend SERVICE DEPARTMENT AT ALL.When it comes to sales department there is nothing negative I had a good experience.But that’s it, once’s you have your car don’t come again to do any service. I have a Cadillac Escalade.First service got me disappointed horrible custumer services, but that’s not everything. I have been having an issue with the driver seat is not cooling.It was 4th time that I took the car in order to get the issue fixed.Always took like a month without my car and at the end nothing gets fixed .Last time was the 4th time with this issue they keep the car for 4 weeks.I was calling and getting in touch even with the department manager.It was taking so long and this is a family car I really need it, always told them that please make sure that everything was working good because it was taking so long and I didn’t want to go through this again and explain that was the 4th time already. Even the manager said he was going to make sure himself that this issue were solve .When they bring the car I was expecting everything was good, you can imagine my car wasn’t turning on.At this time It wasn’t just the seat,it wasn’t turning on ether. The guy that came with the car he apologized and had to take the car back again.Battery was bad.I call the rep that was in charge and he starts blaming the guy that bring the car.This have been the most dissatisfied experience ever .I have been to another dealer like infinity and services was awesome nothing like this kind of experience.If this we’re the only dealer to do service I wouldn’t do my car service at all.ohh and actually it was a seat issue right my car had 60 miles more that means they used the car, dealer is 6 miles away from my house.For my opinion this dealer have to work on their service department.Wouldnt reach my expectations at all, at the point that I would never give them a try again.

Good luck with the service department, they either “busy with a customer” or out on vacation. The whole service department are bums and scams. Held my car for two months to fix it when I bought a brand new car and it’s only 5 months old.

My husband and I had a wonderful experience at Braman Cadillac today! Victor (Sales Manager) and Bryant (Salesman) made our car buying experience painless. They both were very professional and knowledgeable about the vehicles and their features. Bryant was well supported by Victor. We have purchased many vehicles in the past and have never had a manager be as attentive to our needs as Victor was. The patience exhibited by both Victor and Bryant showed exceptional customer service and I would highly recommend this dealership!

Wow! What impeccable service we received on 06/28/2021 at Brahman Motors Miami. Our experience started with a email and phone call to Alejandro Abreu. When we arrive at the dealership we were treated with respect and honesty. From the test drive to the approval Alejandro was attentive, courteous, professional, and knowledgeable of the vehicle we selected. The price we saw on line was honored without hesitation. During the approval process he checked on us and kept us updated. Once approved he escorted us to the very competent hands of Alejandro R. Diaz. Mr. Diaz explained the process, answered questions, and made sure we had a clear understanding of the terms of the finance. Both gentleman provided exemplary customer service. We were at the dealership until after 10:00PM, and they were there to the very end with a smile. Not one time did we feel rushed.
