I have been a massage envy member fo over 6 years and nothing has ever compared to the terrible experience my mother in law experienced to. She went to get a facial here and received TERRIBLE service. The AC in the room did not work. She requested a massage instead, and again the AC in that room did not work and it was extremely hot. The heater on the bed was also turned on. She requested to only use one sheet versus a sheet and thick blanket and was advised this was not possible. They made no effort to accommodate her and give her another room with working AC. She was told she can contact the location on SW 8th Street and SW 132 Avenue and receive services there. She did as advised and was told by that location that they were unable to help her. She then requested to speak to the manager at this location (Doral) and was informed they were unable to reach her and she was not on the premises. After protesting they provided the number to the manager, Ilian Figueroa. Ilian was extremely rude, angry, and unhelpful. She screamed and would not make any attempt to help resolve the issue. My mother in law simply wanted a refund and she refused insisting she just go to another location. BUT the only locations she could visit would be coral gables or midtown which is 20+ miles from my mother in laws home. That is extremely inconvenient for her. I really have never seen such poor management at any massage envy location. It saddens me that the company has fallen so low. Look elsewhere if you do not want to be disappointed, insulted and ridiculed. Do better, massage envy.

Everyone here is friendly and professional. This has been my go to relief for over a year. Being a member has been wonderful! The place is clean and they take COVID precautions. ILA is amazing!!! I have been recommending her to all my friends. She truly loves what she does and has a special way of assuring that Im ok during the session. I realize that the massage isnt only about pampering,but my body needs the TLC. I can feel the relief on my body. Facials are ahhhhh...refreshing. Worth it!

I have been a member of massage envy for a few years. I was hesitant to go after all the COVID19 started. I am so happy I decided to go last week! Everything was very organized, keeping distance, they check your temperature, have a questionnaire to fill out before the appointment and everyone was using masks. Loved it! Their customer service from the front desk to the therapists is amazing. Thank you Lissi and Yaima for the awesome service.
When this Covid epidemic started I decided to freeze my account since they were closed for over 3 months and still wanted to charge me. Lots of people including myself lost their jobs during this. Now, several months later I get a $200 charge to my bank account. When I called to see what it was for I was told customer service would call back... no call yet... The massages were mediocre and the company is as sketch as it gets, trying to charge people when their doors arent even open...I has tons of sessions saved up and they try to use this against me so if I dont pay for more I lose all my time saved up. My contract was also finished about 6 months before covid.IT DOESNT GET MUCH WORSE, GET YOUR MASSAGE ELSEWHERE.

Been here twice and I can say with certainty that this place offers the best message anywhere!! I took a friend here too and he said it was in fact the best message hes ever received. Also very very reasonably priced. Masseuse knows exactly where the tight areas are, applies the right level of pressure (i like it pretty hard!) and will make you leave feeling great. Dont hesitate to try it out-- everyone is great here!
My daughter and I went today to get a massage and they were super aware of the Covid-19 procedures which we appreciated.Our therapist Grettel and Francis were friendly and gave us excellent massages. We liked the way the location looked and everything was sanitized.The cashier Lissila was also helped answer some questions I had. I have had many massages here and today I had Conchita. By far the best massage experience I have had!!! I walked in barely able to hold my body up and she got to the root of the problem.
Relaxing massage that leaves you tense when its time to pay !Extremely disappointed and disgusted with this place. I called to schedule an appointment for my boyfriend and I at which time I inquired about the price and was told it would be $55 per person.I provided my cellphone number (out of state) and my card number. We arrived for our appointment and was asked to complete a survey at which time I asked the receptionist if I needed to provide my address since it was out of state she replied no not at the moment. Fast forward to the end of the massage, we arrive at the counter to pay I handed her my card and ID and was THEN informed that because we were from out of state it would be $95 per person. Yes an additional $40 per person . At no point (while booking the appointment or completing the survey) were we ever informed of this upcharge. This disclaimer is not posted on their website or anywhere inside their business. You would think that because this is a practice of the establishment that they would make it clear prior to you booking/ confirming your appointment.I have called several times and left messages for a manager who never seems to be there. I have also written emails and nothing from no one. I am in the process of disputing the charge with my bank.If you are planning on visiting a location and you are from out of state I would recommend Groupon. Its always cheaper.
Update: refund has been approved apparently but Im waiting to see if it goes to my account, will keep this review up until process is complete.BEWARE: I purchased a six month membership to this location for my wife while she was pregnant. She only used 3 of the massages, so on the sixth month I call to cancel. They transfer me to the Gables location, which apparently runs the customer service. They told me that it was cancelled and that I had sixty days to use up the remaining hours. Cool. Three months later (last week) I check my credit card account: they were still charging me the $65 fee. So I call to find out what happened and it turns out whoever the person was that cancelled our subscription had tried to send a cancellation form via email to my wife but totally screwed up the spelling and the email was kicked back to them as undeliverable. It was at this point that the issue died on their side and the membership was never cancelled.So when I called and asked for a refund, explaining the situation, and noting that we paid them plenty of money for services we never actually used so the least they could do was refund me the three months that were erroneously charged. As of today, I am still waiting on a response from the owner. I will update this review if the situation changes, but as of today I cannot recommend this business due to their either a.) incompetence in the back office or b.) their shady business practices.

This was for a back skin cleanse. I was on time for my appointment. The lady that was doing my service did not realize that I came for that purpose. She had to reread her schedule. She did not speak English. The cashier stated that my gift card had 0$ balance. Someone on the staff here previously took my gift card balance and credited back to Services done for my daughter who initially gave gift card to me. My daughter was hurt by this. Your staff does not know what they are doing.

This place is truly a complete waste of time and probably fraudulent. Massage level: pretty mediocre (to not say complete trash). the person massaging me (the only time i went!) had hands that felt like sand paper. The environment, honestly, feels like theyre about to perform some sort of surgery on you, and somehow they made my neck pain worse! But thats not even the most appalling part...They managed to charge me for months at a time despite me asking to cancel SEVERAL times. Im talking like a year of charges. They keep insisting that they need a signed document to confirm the cancellation yet they would never send one! They say that by company policy they cannot cancel over the phone- EXCEPT the manager did just that the final time I called. What happened to needing a signed paper? How come i couldnt get a manager on the phone for months at a time just to get my account canceled? On top of that, their only response in regards to the 12+ months of charges i asked to be refunded, was that i couldnt get a refund but only a credit for the massages i was owed (like 14). I wouldnt send my enemy here.Massage envy got like 500+ bucks out of me for nothing, and to that i say respect. You must feel good about yourselves, citing company policy to not right a wrong. But if this review prevents 10 dollars from going to this dump, ill be happy about it.

Ive been a member for many years and Ive had to cancel appointments due to emergencies that have come up and I always get charged for cancelling the same day.. today I had 2 appointments @ 2 and they canceled at 1:57 said their therapist had an emergency... they did not offer any incentives for my time... their customer service is the worst Ive seen in my time as a member...
I came to this location for a massage to relieve my upper back and neck tension and trigger points. The intake process was thorough and I was able to specify what areas I wanted to focus on, what areas to avoid, and what my concerns were. My massage therapist was very nice, but thats where my good experience ends.I ended up having the worst massage Ive ever experienced and left more sore and in pain than before, including numbness and tingling down my arm. I was aggressively stretched and repeatedly flicked on my head, neck, and upper back. I had also requested that my feet and glutes be avoided, and that my trigger points were my main concern. None of my requests were honored, aside from the painful and ineffective pounding on my trigger points.I have repeatedly attempted to contact the facility owner with my dissatisfaction via phone and email, but I never heard back. I feel like I wasted my money AND ended up in more discomfort than before. I am appalled by the lack of customer care at this location, and I will not be returning.

Failure to cancel my appointment. They told me at first that I could cancel an hour before my appoinment. I called 3 and a half hours before and they still wanted to charge half the money because “I didn’t cancel within the time range of the cancellation policy”. Awful customer service
I highly recommend Adria Sierra at Massage Envy in Doral. For thefirst time in over 30 years, I am free of the pain that resulted froma car accident in 1986. Adria has developed a therapeutic techniquethat does not hurt and has very long lasting effects. I can neverrepay her for what she has done for me, but I try to repay her bybeing generous with the tip and by telling everyone what she has donefor me. If you have pain in your back, neck, sciatic nerve oranywhere else, I recommend Adria. It would give me great pleasure ifeveryone could benefit from Adria’s novel and never before seentechnique. They are forcing me to keep a membership and making me pay for it when I don’t use it and have asked to cancel. I live in a different state and still have to fight with these people on the phone. They REFUSE to take my card off file so it will not be charged. I was told when I got my membership I was able to cancel and back out at any time. Now they ar stalking me I can’t cancel because my reasons are not good enough and that I HAVE TO keep paying no matter what. I’m never going to massage envy again and I make god damn sure they never get a cent from me again.

Ivis is a great deep tissue therapist!! Had an issue with the credit card at the desk, and I was not able to use my HSA card like they had originally told me I could so watch out if you are budgeting that way make sure you check with your HR office, but otherwise staff are nice and massages are quality.
Very poor service. I purchased a membership, but need to cancel because my doctor has advised me to stop...the massage triggered spasms in my lower back, & sciatica. Im getting the run around from someone called Shanti, who says they need a clinic manager to process the cancellation, even though I gave them my doctors written orders. Horrible service!!!

Iveen strugling with fybromialgy for a long time, but I dont want to use those strong drugs to control it, finally I found in massage envy this amazing therapist who help me with all my pains, I highly recomended Massage Envy and especially Adria, she is the best therapist, and she is also very kind!

I think that a massage place must have the appropriate environment according to the services they offer. Since I entered with my partner, we were in the lobby and while we were waiting to be served, one of the girls who was on duty received visits from relatives who spoke a little loudly, which by the way, it was very difficult for me to listen to the questions they asked me. that if I have problems with being touched on the head, buttocks, etc .. after waiting for the couple massage they just call my partner and then thehimself clarifies that we are both.I feel that for the price of the services that offer the experience that the consumer receives it should be different.
My husband and I make facials with Marisol, she is spectacular as a person and facialist, but the people at the front desk are demanding with the tip and even give you a bad shape, the tip is supposed to be voluntary and just in case I want to clarify that I do give I tip but I do it directly to the facialist because I feel like it. I give 3 stars for the lack of ethics on the part of those who harass customers with tips.
Yesterday I went to get a massage and I didnt like it. They started with the hands and not with the back as is always done. They never put hot towels on my feet or took the grace off my feet before I left. Whoever did it to me was pretty crude. And today I have more pain in my back than before I went to get the massage yesterday. I am an old ME customer and they have always treated me very well. No complaints. He was even a member. But I really was disappointed yesterday. My husband who went with me didnt like me either. They never waited for us when we left the room either, which is always done. Anyway. Nothing happy.

Due to my medical condition I cannot tolerate strong massage, in the frondesk they told me that she was the ideal masseuse for my pain but today I have not been able to get out of bed, the pain in my lower back worsened. In the gift they had included the tip and they did not accept that I had to leave it in cash or card so I had to buy an aromatherapy product because they did not give the value that was left in the gift ..
