I found out about Air Essentials through my neighborhood model homes. First time I walked in I knew I had to find out where the scent was coming from and how to get some. I ended up purchasing the 3500 unit. I explored a few different scents but my favorite so far is Miami Beach. Recently I needed help and talked with Angelos in Customer Service. She was great. She walked me through some steps to identify my problem and then helped me resolve it. If you love having scent throughout your home this unit is worth the price.

Things got off to a rocky start for me with AE after getting a unit that didn’t work. Sent it back and paid “restocking fee,” which is fine for “I changed my mind,” but really shouldn’t be applicable to “doesn’t work.” The folks who handled the return otherwise however were professional and pleasant, and when we decided we needed a good-priced smaller unit for another area of the home, we bit the bullet (and our lips) and came back for another try. The second order went well, and we’re very happy with both the diffuser and the oil. Shipping is reasonably quick, customer service is good- they answer the phone and email and return messages, which not everyone does these days! Selection of oil aromas is really good. Glad we tried again with AE. Satisfied with subsequent orders.

Several years ago my husband and I went to a hotel in Bal-Harbor and instantly picked up a scent that was one of the most incredible scents I have ever experienced. For a couple days I just enjoyed the scent but after the second or third day I had to ask the hotel staff what the scent was. The manager at the hotel referred me to “Air-Essentials”. I called the moment I got home and spoke to one of the sales people. I will say I was nervous because we are not wealthy people and could only imagine the cost for this machine. Upon speaking to their sales representative I was pleasantly surprised. This machine was not as much as I had assumed. To add to the nice price the salesman I spoke to was great. He was not pushy and extremely helpful. We purchased two units for our house.When we first received the equipment we had no idea how to install or use it. It turns out that it is more simple than it looked. However when we called Air Essentials to find out what to do we were treated like new customers still. They went above and beyond to help us even though the sale had been made. This was over four years ago. Still to this day we run this machine and could not be happier.So why after all this time of having the units am I writing the review. Being a women I still need to call and ask questions or see what I can do to make a stronger scent. Every time I call to this day I am treated with respect, generosity and kindness. I normally do not write reviews. To me they are stupid and not many read or trust them anyways. However after dealing with this company for the prior four years I felt the need to take the time to let as many people know about the experience I have had or most likely will continue to have.As far as the scent and the units, our house smells amazing. When we have family or friends over the first thing they mention is how great our house smells. I have many realtor friends who also purchased the unit to stage in houses and have increased their sales by doing so.I personally believe the scent that your house, or business for that matter; is important. It can set the mood, calm the nerves or even clear out the fish smell you cooked for dinner. If you want a unit that really does make make your house or business smell amazing; I would highly recommend Air Essentials. If it was only the unit that I was impressed with I most likely would not write a review. However it is the wonderful treatment I am given every time I call in addition to the amazing scents.
