They made me wait for 4 hours and never show up. Not responsible with their clients. I feel like a clown. Terrible. Don’t wast your time with them
This company is fraudulent. Do not use them- they will ask for a check and tell you they wont deposit it until the work is complete, but they will deposit it the same day... they dont show up for appointments, all of their phone numbers become disconnected within days of you contacting them, and they dont actually fix the problem you paid them to fix. DO NOT USE!!!
Agree with the comments here, which I wish I had read beforehand. The manager of this business, David, is possibly the rudest professional I have ever dealt with. My icemaker had jammed but freezer was working properly.When I called them, the technician quoted me $450 to repair the ice-maker. When he left, the freezer never turned back on. After three attempts, a technician managed to get it running again without informing me of the price of the repair. He then said David was asking him to charge $975 for a job that took him an hour and required no parts. The tech admitted this was too much, but ultimately said it was Davids call. After five attempts, I managed to get David on the line and he immediately went to a defensive and aggressive tone when I asked him why the repair was so much. He suggested he would tell the tech to go back into the house and re-break the freezer if I did not pay.Ultimately the tech agreed to reduce the price and deal with David himself. Ive never experienced anything like this in my life, and would definitely advise anyone to look for other options for your repair needs.
Keep away from this company!!! This is a rudest person i ever spoke. Be careful.......They took 200 usd and never returned to make the service!
They were so helpful the customer service operator to the technician were wonderful
Beware, completely unreliable. NOT SUBZERO. They schedule you and the tech does not show up, you call back they dont call you back. Then they will auto forward your phone number to voice mail to avoid talking to you call them on another number and they answer. Very poor service, unprofessional. Caution to a company that fakes the real sub zero.

Took 2 visits to fix a simple problem .bill went from $445 to 9 something ..waited 10 days food was all spoilt .....typical of miami... hard to find quality professionals
Just from the 30 seconds spent on the phone the guy was the rudest person Ive ever spoken to. Very poor customer service. You really should have someone else answering your phones. Not a good way to get customers and keep them.
