Total waste of time. Time is money. I made an appointment with this guy around New years Eve, just before New years eve, for after the holidays. He knew that our washing machine was broken and still he left us waiting not once but three times. He never called to cancel, but instead I had to find out after wasting time waiting for him and calling him. He has no consideration for his clients or customers or others or anyone else. Do not book this guy for jobs because he will leave you waiting and not show up.
