Joe is unbelievably funny and does a great job. He has been a regular guy now treating our property for about eight years now and us tickled pink at how great he is. Always has a funny story and is very friendly. Gives us a few minutes of his time each time he comes here to just chat with us and hear about our life what our kids are doing. We clearly can see that he cares about more than just earning our business. On top of that, he is exceptionally good at keeping pests away from our property. We have never had a problem since Joe has been coming around. He is always provided us with the very best service and has done so with great expertise. We absolutely love Joe and strongly recommend him to anybody in need of service like this. Great job all the way around fantastic service. Fantastic people. For my first time ever looking to find someone to get rid of a pesky raccoon that was destroying our garden I think I hit the jackpot right off. What a great service they provide.I felt from the very first time that I talked to someone that my concerns were being heard and that they were addressing what needed to be done to get rid of this raccoon. I have not always felt that way when I have called other places in the past, but that was not an issue here. These guys really know how to speak to you with genuine concern about your issue. They know how to handle their job, and do so while making sure that you can go on about your business knowing they are doing their job correctly. This was a very positive experience for our family. We appreciate their hard work and dedication and know that if we have an issue like this in the future that we have found the company that can assist us. These guys are truly great. Effective, professional, and knowledgeable. Those are perhaps the best words to describe this company. Previously, there was a family of raccoons that took shelter in my backyard. Thanks to the owner and his crew, they were humanely removed. I am very satisfied with their swift action and I will recommend them to anyone who is suffering from raccoon infestation.
