I needed new ducts and vents system install in my home. I could not be happier that with the service from Eddy and Jose. They were able to do it how I wanted without causing significant damage to my ceiling. Jose was on time on the installation day, and Eddy explains in detail the process! I highly recommend them.

My AC had been broken for a week and I was starting to get stressed out. I called on Friday and I was in the schedule for Saturday! Frank was able to swing by earlier than expected and immediately identified the problem. He was able to fix the problem with replacement of the transducer. He was so meticulous and so careful to check all parts of the system. Did an absolutely wonderful job and was so kind and courteous the entire time. Amazing customer service by Cool Solution Services!!! Our AC unit broke down on a Friday and since we are a retail store it was imperative to fix it ASAP! We actually called another company before who left us hanging and were unprofessional. I found Cool Solution Services and called them Friday late and they came next day early; they were on time and were helpful. I would not recommend this company for repair of ducts, they sent a guy to repair (2) linear ducts but I was not happy with the quality nor the finish result. I had to find another company to repair one of the linear diffusers again.

Cool Solutions Services was going to send a technician to work on our AC. I was told a technician would come by between 9am-12pm on a Wednesday morning. I made significant changes to my schedule to make myself available for the entire 3 hour time block. No one came by the entire time. No email notifying me they were cancelling... nothing. I sat around for three hours wasting my time waiting for someone who never came and never said they weren’t coming. This was very disrespectful of my time. The only reason they get 2 stars instead of 1 is because the scheduling lady apologized and had a technician in first thing in the morning the next day.

Great service. I called after hours freaking out because my a/c unit stopped working and my house was like an oven! They came out and fixed it within half an hour at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend Cool Solutions.

Tenant called me yesterday, late afternoon, to advise the AC was not cooling, turned out the AC Compressor broke and circuits blown out.Called Cool Solution Services and Eddie and his team went first time today and got the full unit replaced with a high efficiency one and they even took care of the old unit, they installed a new thermostat, installed new steel hoses, all this in less than 24 hrs since tenant called me which is impressive and also necessary for the well-being of the tenant considering we are in summer and in the middle of COVID.They also had communication with tenant to validate his availability to make the replacement without me having to concern about this.They also gave me warranty of 1 year for parts and labor, and five years on the compressor (costs half the money of a new unit...), same as 2 maintenance visits and one emergency visit during the next 18 months.

This service was nothing short of EXCELLENT! They communicated with me effectively from the first point of contact, and there were NO hidden fees or surprise charges! Their worker was very respectful and efficient and made sure to take the necessary safety precautions during the COVID-19 Pandemic! I totally recommend this business and will surely be using them again in the future !
