I have utilized On The Map for the past three months. I have seen no increase in traffic and at one point my rankings actually decreased. When I tried to cancel after my initial three months, I was told that I needed to provide 30 days notice. I provided 8 which should be more than sufficient. My monthly payment was deducted from my bank account despite my instructions that the transaction was not authorized. Be very leery of OTM.

He called one or two more times after that using the same rude and unprofessional tactics. DISGUSTING.

On the map has perhaps the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I received multiple email and phone call solicitations after I had already signed a contract with them. The monthly reports they provide are nothing but an excel spreadsheet. In the couple months that we were with them we saw a very minimal increase in traffic. They have no idea what they are doing.
