Still working on my free trial, but theyve been really awesome about on boarding me. Ive gotten two free hour long calls and they created ads and a landing page for me. Its a really comprehensive marketing tool and I think it has a lot of potential.

I really enjoyed using the software I’m going to continue they allow client as it has all my business excel and expand your communication opportunities I would not have had it were not for the software for example duo calls and being able to link my social media accounts promoting advertisements getting my business name out there as well as the products and also showcasing real consumer reviews and concerns

I am going on two years with Referrizer now and I am excited for all the new changes with Facebook and Instagram ads. Nash was my on boarding rep from day one and he still keeps me in check. We were looking forward to our overview of their platform but the sales person lied to us about what they offer to book the appointment. We were very excited to save some $ as he told us they offered the same services we required but for less. Come to find out that is in fact not true. They do offer some of the services but we were turned off that they lied about offer things they do not to get the appointment. We do not do business with dishonest companies. Wish we were able to have the experiences it seems others have had.

Im very pleased with the customer service provided by Referrizer. They both show you how to do things and then coach you as you try to implement. Although they have many templates to help with text and email campaigns, they work with you to adapt the language and tone and timing to fit your specific client base. When I first signed up with Referrizer, I was assigned an account manager who helped me set everything up, answered all my questions, and has seriously made my on boarding process to Referrizer somewhat enjoyable. First first few weeks of using Referrizer, I was impressed with their staff and the software. However after a few months, I realized that Referrizer wasn’t helping my business at all and it was actually just wasting my time since I kept trying to tweak things in the software to make my customers more interested in participating in the referral offers and rewards program. Plus, as time went on, the Referrizer support became less helpful and it was increasingly difficult to get a real person on the phone. The on boarding manager was the only one who helped me and that was for only the first 2 days after signing up. Overall, I don’t recommend Referrizer as a marketing tool. There are much better options available out there. Keep looking...
