The absolute best experience ever. We rented the 45 foot yacht. Customer service walked me through everything as I was purchasing and made it super easy to book. We had four people in our party and I felt like it was perfect for our small group. We had space to move around and it didnt feel crowded. There is a little market at the dock where we bought more champagne and beer, towels, and snack so dont feel obligated to bring a bunch of stuff with you. Make sure you get there early if you still need to buy stuff because you leave on time. Markus, our captain, was AMAZING. Markus was ready to go when we got there. He was so personable and knowledgeable and really wanted to make sure we had an amazing time. Anytime I go to Miami I will book again with Dolphin Water Sports and book with Markus. If you are questioning if you should book, dont, just do it!

He was not even supposed to be our captain that day but there was a confusion and they called him to see if he could come and he came as quick as possible. I recent went on the up to 5 people tour it was great! Ceanise (Cee Cee) was a wonderful captain as well. She handled the ride very smooth and cautious. She was engaging and friendly. She took us to some very nice areas and even a private island. We were greeted to a brand new boat and were the first people to ride which was very cool. Complimentary champagne and beverages and even got to play the music of our choice. 10/10 will definitely be doing this again. This ain’t one of them paid comments either no cap!

Hands down!! I had a great experience with Dolphin Water Sport. I rented a 20ft yacht for myself and 2 of my friends. Our captain Jack was everything. He made our experience worth wild. We had so much fun and I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who is looking for a great experience in the Miami area. I took pictures with captain Jack and I must say he was a while vibe himself. Jack was super friendly and very knowledgeable. He showed us different celebrities homes. He also provided cups, ice and Champagne. Even though I had my own bottle of Champagne. The more the merrier. I had such an amazing time I will definitely rent from this company again but with a much bigger yacht.

He took us to some really cool spots, he even took us on a little tour of the beautiful water front houses in the area and pointed out some really cool places! Jack Richardson was great! He made us feel comfortable and entertained us by showing us celebrity houses. We had a small boat for a small group of girls celebrating a birthday. They provided a bottle of champagne and we got to choose our music. It was a good time! I booked with a Groupon but it’s really not necessary because it’s the same price.

Three of my friends and I visited the Miami Beach area for the first time and we wanted to get on a boat. It was very last minute but we were still able to get a boat ride. I really liked the fact that you can also text the number on the website and get a response right away. Our conductor, Steve, was also great. He let us connect our phone to the speaker, continue to ask us if we were okay with the speed or if we needed water or anything. He was supper sweat and over all was very professional. The experience was great and I will definitely be booking with them again when I go back!

Booked this and was blown away by the level of service that my group received. The booking process was very easy and accommodating. They went above and beyond to make sure everything we needed to celebrate a birthday was provided. They allowed us to bring food and drinks and captain Markus was AMAZING! He offered suggestions when the weather wasnt as sunny and took us to an area where we always had sunshine and blue skies! We even got a gorgeous sunset view on the way back to the dock! The level of service was outstanding and we will be returning in the future.

Upon my arrival, my boat wasn’t ready as the previous riders were still unloading. Also, especially during this time, my boat wasn’t clean. After the previous people exited the boat, the captain invited us right onboard. The boat was dirty and the sink had debris and residue from the previous users. The fridge wasn’t as cold as it needed to be as everything was just watery and melting, causing water to drip on my cake that was stored in the fridge. You also don’t get full access of the entire boat. I’m kind of disappointed and feel like my money was a waste. The captain was cool but I didn’t like how we stayed in one area the entire time. I also didn’t like how we was unable to use the water mat to lay out in the ocean. It was a big disappointment, especially after expecting so much more than what I got for the price that I paid. The company also never answers the phone and prefers to text, which I find in unprofessional. When people pay their money, they want to TALK to someone, NOT TEXT. Especially about important details of their trip. I won’t be renting with Dolphin Water Sport Miami Beach again.

We rented the 45 ft sea ray and had Markus as our captain. We had a great time as Markus was very accomodating and took us to all the notable spots to hang out. I particularly enjoyed traveling down the Miami River throughout downtown between all the buildings. The boat was in terrific condition and the captain brought a cooler with champagne and ice to cool our beverages. I highly recommend Dolphin Water Sports, they provided a very memorable trip!

This was more than worth our money, it was so much fun! We got the Sea Ray 52’ for 4 hours for 13 people and it was so good! The whole process of booking and filling out the forms was super smooth and easy, we even got recommended captain Peter and first mate manny. Peter and Manny were so nice, helpful and respectful they were as great as they recommended. If we were to come again we would defined do this again. Also, the group u are coming with depends a lot on how the ambient will be because it will be just ur group! 10/5 starts!

This was the perfect excursion for our girls trip. Got to explore the Miami waters for a few hours and relax at the Sandbar. We were permitted to bring our own food and drinks along. While out there we decided to extend our excursion for another hour. They allowed the extra time without hesitation. Captain Markus was very professional and attentive. I think I texted them about three Separate times to inquire prices for different size boats. They are very flexible with booking and made sure to include all the details and prices, prior to booking. My friend and I Were recommended by the company, Captain Jack. I loved that Jack had reached out, via text message on the morning of the boat ride to Introduce himself and list details on where to meet him.My friend and I had an amazing time for the two hour duration of our trip. He made sure to put our safety first in which we trusted and appreciated him for. Although we both wanted to go in the water and swim, he didn’t recommend it because of the high tide and current. It was very windy and the waters were very choppy, but Jack made sure to check up on by signaling a thumbs up! I highly recommend this company and Jack! May 22, 2021. We bookedMy husband and I rented the starcraft 20ft for 2 hours. Trust me 2 hours is not enough. Thats how much I enjoyed myself. We booked Captain Jack because of the reviews I read. The reviews give him no justice! This young man has a great personality and very knowledgeable of the areas he takes you. He gives you a tour. Very professional! First time on a boat and I felt safe.We stop at this island and I had a whole photoshoot 🤣 jack took the pictures of me and my husband. Love it ladies! I had so many to choose from. It was my birthday trip to Miami and I had this fire hat to go with my suit.When our time was up he sent some nice places and restaurants to visit. He made sure we enjoyed it.NO COMPLAINTS!!!
