I had a repair of a sentimental piece, they were very helpful and identified the right fix for me which they did straight away at a very reasonable price. They stock a nice selection of locally made jewelry too. Highly recommended.

I stopped by with my Watch, needed a battery replacement and had to change my watch band. Unfortunately the band I’ve bought online wasn’t exactly the same, but the Owner helped me out and was really really nice and knew what he was doing! Best costumer service by far. He offered my to polish the watch for a reasonable price and guess what... now it looks brand new!! Amazing work. I’m so happy with the outcome and will definitely come back! Luis did a great job of fixing my glasses (two pairs) at a very fair price. And my glasses were not easy to fix; other repair shops tried and did not succeed. But Luis succeeded! Yes, very professional and very responsive.

I stopped by with my two Rolex’s and a bracelet I haven’t worn in quite awhile . I googled a watch repair shop near my home in South Beach . I was weary but I went with the reviews as they were good.and took them in . What a pleasant surprise, his wife was so accommodating and introduced me to her husband . He could not repair my watches but he fixed my bracket at no cost . And also recommended a repair shop and kindly packed up my watches in a pouch .What great service and a true honest business man ... I will be back .

I had a catastrophic proposal, which ended up with the engagement ring setting being bent relative to the band (long story short). Shortly after this catastrophe, I called and spoke with the jeweler close to closing on a Sunday. He was able to repair the ring at a reasonable price and very quickly. Was very happy with how they were able to turnaround what was a rollercoaster of an engagement day.

These people are awesome. They are very professional and the watch repair person is very patient and kind. I was having a difficulty with my wrist watch band and he helped me solve my problem. The sales ladies are also the best. I usually dont write reviews but in this case I felt I had to because I was so impressed by the service given to me at Bachi Jewels I highly recommend them . Besides they have a beautiful selection.

Customer service is not dead in Miami Beach!I was looking for a place to adjust my watch and I couldnt be happier with this jeweler. They greeted me with a smile, brought me right back to where the gentleman adjusts watches, gave me a seat, and were very friendly. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes and they didnt try to upcharge or sell me add-ons. Should I need any jewelry/watch/eyewear or repairs, I will be back!

I brought some what I thought irreparable gold jewelry items. With the design suggestions of Luis and Gabi they created some unique pieces of Jewelry to wear. Highly recommend.
