I had my old engagement ring turned into a pendant. Great price and I was able to use some of the gold as a trade. I also went ahead and sized another ring I had a full size up and you cant even tell its been repaired! Great service. Will be going back for future needs.

I went to the establishment and asked how much it cost to change a watch battery and the clerk quoted 10 dollars, I agreed, then he came back and said it would cost $15. No honesty in prices, will never come back.

Dont repair Watches there i had the worst Experience Ever.Have to trash my $150. WatchJust went to Change the battery, the job was bad done, the watch leak water because bad Sealing ( Wrong Way) . Machine got Broke and watch never work.When i return to ask for fix it, says it was my fault. He try to cleaned and saying it wasnt his fault for not bring the watch the same day that happened.

The girl damaged the strap of my watch when I changed the battery, I told her that I was traveling and that I had to fix it before I left Miami, I called her the next day and I had not gotten the screw, I returned home with my damaged watch . Bad experience.
