We stayed here in July 2021. This is a great alternative to the big and pricy hotels in South Beach. Very well located. Off 5th, in a quiet street, close to the beach and walking distance from many restaurants South of 5th. The owner and manager were always super responsive. We stayed on both Units 1 and 2 on the first floor, both with great open space, 2 full bathrooms and 2 (unit 1) / 3 (unit 2) bedrooms ideally for a party of 4. The decor and details are modern and stylish, with good natural light and a kitchen modestly equipped. Reason for giving 4 stars and not 5: cleanness (living room sofas looked a bit dirty) and noise (specially if in downstair rooms). We were unlucky and had some very noisy upstair neighbors who were partying and with loud music till early hours (4am). Sound travels easily through the ceiling to downstairs rooms and we could hear footsteps, dancing, chairs moving and the loud music. Note: partying and noise after 10-11pm is prohibited but hard to control as there is no one on the premise that can act quickly. To her credit, we reported it the next morning to the owner and she was quick to action it. The next night the building was quiet. Will stay here again. the cleanliness and noise can be easily addressed
