They took my money sent me to an address that wasn’t even at the water, I walked 25 mins to the water to have another number call me and tell me to walk another 20 mins on a never ending trail off behind the water, I never got to jet ski but I paid over $100 on travel to have them tell me I couldn’t get my money back. I didn’t feel safe nor did I feel they ever had intentions on providing me with a service, I felt like I was about to be a victim of human trafficking. Don’t go here EVER!!!!

We had a very positive experience renting jet ski’s from this location. The process was straightforward and Maria at the agency was very helpful in accommodations our needs for arranging the jet skis as well as luggage storage prior to our departure. I would revisit this location again!

I highly recommend not stopping there at all. My wife and I made a reservation for a Jet-Ski at 11am and everything was wrong. First the address Maria gave was off by a 30 minutes walk. I called the guy with the ride and he said he never got the reservation and asked to wait for him for 2 hours. Long story short, the ride never happened. Just find somewhere else to go.

A very simple travel agency. Nothing fancy. I stayed a block away and only had a day to spend in Miami. They had a half day tour for 45 dollars which included a trip on a bus to Little Havana, Coconut grove, Wynwood and a boat trip. Included free Cuban coffee in Little Havana. Totally worth it when you don’t have much time.

I just found the business card for Perfection Travel and I should have written this review months ago!! My family and I used Perfection Travel in December 2019 and Maria was so helpful. The service was fantastic (we saw all the best spots in Miami) and Maria even let us leave our bags at her office on our final day before we went to the airport (and play with her adorable puppy)- it meant that we got to make the most of all our time in Miami (my new favourite city!) She really went above and beyond for us.

I had an amazing time with Maria. She made our entire experience flawless from start to finish. 10/10 recommend. I would not recommend anyone else for a Miami trip!!

My friend and I traveled to South Beach a few months ago for a quick get away trip, and bumped into this tiny business one morning while walking around Ocean Drive. The lady that spoke to us offered some great deals on excursions in Miami and Key West. She was very helpful and definitely worked with our budget and the things we wanted to do. She broke down the prices and told us exactly what we needed to pay for the activities we wanted to do. No hidden fees. It was an amazing weekend at a very reasonable price.

Did a boat and city tour as well as Key west snorkeling booked through Maria Gabriela. She assured us we could pay card on both tours, however when we got there they wanted cash only. Quite frustrating since ATM fees overseas can be a lot and we had little cash on us. I also reached out to Maria to express our disappointment in this and few other thing and she read my message and never responded, not even a sorry for the inconvenience. The Miami city tour - not very good they keep trying to get you to purchase things and you cant see half the city because they drive along a freeway and the wind is crazy. The boat tour was okay. on the other hand Snorkeling and Key west were great!

SCAM!!We paid a fixed price for the Everglades tour and they (Miguel and Maria Gabriela) told us Everything is included and you wont have to pay nothing in the national park.By the time we got to the national park, we had to pay an entry fee per person. We then talked to Perfection travel again and they told us that they couldnt refund the entry fee because we had already paid for the tour.We talked to Miguel and Maria Gabriela for one hour and explained 10 times the same story and they didnt let us talk, they shouted and after losing our money and our time, we ended up angrier than before.

Best TOUR agency in Miami Beach! The workers there are so nice and helpful. A guy named Juda attended me and he was very funny and provided me with great tips.

We had just arrived in Miami after a 4 day cruise, and wanted to store our luggage so we could do a bit of exploring before headimg to the airport. We found Perfection Travel on-line and took a Lyft there. The seemingly sweet little older lady welcomed us. We told her we wanted to store 3 suitcases, 2 back packs and a small carry-on for the day (6 bags). First she said it would be $10/bag or $60. I told her that was too much. Then she said it would be $50. She seemed quite used to haggling, which I do not enjoy. I said that was still too much and she said it would be $10/big bag and $3/small for a total of $39. After some discussion where her totals changed, we agreed on $39. I gave her a hundred dollar bill. She went to another buidling to get change. When she can back. She said it would be $50 and I reminded her we had agreed on $39. She said okay and gave me $61 change. She then told us to put our bags in the back corner of the little shop. I did not feel great about just leaving our bags unsecured but honestly did not want to haggle with the little lady again. This place basically depends on the little lady to guard the bags. Judging from the fact that when we arrived to pick up our bags, she was outside haggling with someone about the price of a tour they wanted to take, there was zero guarding happening. Anyway, we told the little lady that we were picking up our bags. She then told me she had given me $10 too much in change. I told her that she gave me 3 - $20s and a $1 bill. She continued to say she had given me $10 too much. I told her I was sorry she felt that she gave me too much. She said thats okay, it is between her and God. Huh. So I guess God will see to it that she gets an extra $10 that she did not accidentally give me. In summary, this place is a centrally located and convenient place, but if you choose to store your bags here, be ready to haggle over the price and prepare to walk away after pushing your bags into the back corner wondering if the will be there when you return....

Rather ‘Perfection Trouble’. We had to pay additional fees for our Everglades trip when we were told everything was included. We tried to talk to them, but the manager was rude and she did not understand our concerns at all. We felt like they did not care about us. It was funny, though, as they wanted us to pay for another trip as a compensation.

Had a positive experience in booking a tour. This is a small family owned business. Staff are very helpful and provided excellent customer service.

Our main contact at the agency was Juda, he has been incredibly trustful, helpful and nice, several times adjusting his own planning to make sure it would fit to ours. He has also made sure we had truly the best prices and giving us the right informations ans tips on how to benefit the most of our trip. Usually I dont let reviews and certainly not for travel agents but Juda is really worth it.

Perfection Travel is definitely not the experience you expect to recieve... after looking around for an Everglades air boat tour no one would tell us the air boat tour company so we could check their reputation online. Perfection travel did and provided a brochure of Gator park who would run the tour. This being the case and after looking at online reveiws we decided to go ahead. Boarded the bus and an hour later we arrive at a total different Everglades tour!! I would recommend searching online for boat tours and book direct. Most arrange hotel pickups and you can actually save a buck doing it direct. I am of the belief that you get what you pay for and seeing this was not the case with Perfection travel I would definitely not recommend.

They dont deserve a single star. We took the Everglades trip, we arrived at the place only to found out that we have to pay an additional fee in order to get into the boat when they have previously made really clear that everything was included in the 40$ we initially paid. We tried to talk to the manager to get the additional money back but she was rude and wouldnt listen to us. Stay way from this place.

We had a problem when we arrived at the Everglades park. The park charged 3 dollars to us unexptectedly, whereas Perfection Travel told us in several occasions that their price was the final one. No appropiate answer from Perfection Travel was given to us. Additionally, the bus which took us to the park arrived late at our hotel and inside the bus there were coackroaches.The driver and guide from the outsourced company were kind though.

Confusing information about prices for the visa to Cuba, one day they said they costed 75 USD per pax, and the next day, when we were going to buy them, the price was 120 USD per pax.Also, issues with the Everglades tour we bought at this office. Same issue with prices, the driver/guide asked for a different amount than the one indicated at the office. After arguing with him, he did a ridiculous performance, pretending to be talking with his boss, and said some offensive commentaries to us when speaking with the guides microphone.The lady at the office asked us to provide positive commentaries about her service, but we cant do this. She was nice, but the information they provide is not clear and I dont recommend this agency at all.
