Agent was not professional. We were early for our appointment and he said hell be there in 5 minutes. Finally its our scheduled time, we saw him coming in with another client and went up without even looking for us. We called him again and he said hes with another client and said hell be done in 5 minutes. We waited another 15 minutes and finally we took off. He didnt even call us back afterward. What a waste of our time.
