Firstly, those who know me understand that I am a perfectionist .. whether it be meals, travel, entertainment .. I am very demanding.Kim was a random pick for me during my search for a once a month or so vacation place in Florida to get away from the cold North. After an almost 2 year search, with 2 agents, I decided to roll the dice and send Kim an email with my criteria. I figured I would have to send 1/2 dozen emails to different people like I have done in the past. Not the case.What impressed me most about Kim was her reponsiveness ... day or night she got back to me. I probably drove her a bit crazy but she never flinched. By the time of our visit, we had together come up with about 15 or 20 places in 3 different areas that matched my criteria. She arrived on time at our meeting point in Hollywood and the search began. She spent a lot of time during our visit getting to know my wife and I and read us (me in reality) perfectly.We had lots of questions - she had all the answers. We ended up putting in an offer on a unit that was not on my list - I missed it during my weeks of searching - she didnt. She stepped me through the whole transaction (I actually signed the documents electronically on my cell phone in a taxi).What impressed me most is that she attended the inspection and wrote the cheque (check) to pay for it, and worked with my sister in getting the deposit - all while I was on a family cruise. She then worked with the sellers to get some items cleared up before finalizing the deal finalized.Kim is a great person - you cant go wrong in working with her. This was truly as bad as it gets. She not only put my deposit at risk by her actions but was also the one that introduced me to the mortgage broker that is NOT a licensed mortgage broker. When push came to shove, she abandoned me with all the risk/liability and left me to deal with the chaos she created, as she moved on to the next sucker. This is what I get for working with someone I found online and not doing more homework.
